Koyuki sweat-dropped at the current topic at hand. "Senpai, I didn't know you went out to do this sort of stuff...I still don't think it's safe to go out at night with the recent disappearances..." She said.

"Yes, well....I didn't think I did either, but I somehow got roped into it..." Vincent said clearing his throat while trying to regain his composure. "And we're not going out alone, so we're safer than that guy that vanished." he pointed out.

"Isn't it a severe breach of police ethics to bring non-police personnel to a crime scene?" John asked.

"Let me answer your question with another question: Have you ever seen Death Note?" Seth countered.

"Eh, I don't follow the volleyball." John responded. This was his way of saying that he didn't care enough about a question to answer it.

Jenna listens quietly to the conversation, frowning slightly. Her Grams had become very interested in the disappearances, and had been going to work at night more often than she used to. "Have you found anything yet?", she asks.

Seth ignored John's response and flitted over to the other side of the conversation. "It's a yes and no type thing, yes we did find something, but we're not at liberty to say, seeing as you two aren't helping investigate, sorry." Seth said sheepishly to Jenna and Koyuki.

Jenna frowns a little more before sighing. She mutters something about them being like Grams, but decides not to pursue that matter.

Call him sappy, but Seth hated seeing people sad, especially women. "We may not be able to talk about it, but at least let me treat you to some sort of food as a sort of apology, please?" Seth asked sheepishly.

"I brought my own lunch.", Jenna responds with a shrug. She wouldn't pester the two boys about what they found, and she certainly wouldn't ask her Grams, but she was thinking of possibly looking into the matter herself if no one would tell her. Not anytime soon though. She wasn't entirely sure what Grams schedule was now, and didn't want to get caught sneaking out.

"Well if you want to go 'investigate' tonight, you'll have to go without me then. I just promised Koyuki I'd tutor her today." Vincent told Seth. "Math's not her best subject, so it could take a while." he teased her with a smile.

"Nah, it's no fun by myself, besides I'm still looking over that thing we found." Seth said to Vincent and turned back to Jenna. "Well all right then, if that's how you feel, just remember if you're in the mood for free food you know who to talk to." he stated cheerily and headed into the cafeteria to get some lunch.

Jenna laughs softly at Koyuki as she walks off to the cafeteria. She watches Seth's back, looking thoughtful, before looking for a place to sit by herself.
