See this? This is your problem. Remember that these aren't just avatars; they're characters. Aside from keeping their personalities in mind, you also have to keep in mind that how they are portrayed in avatar form is not the same as a character would be portrayed, given more freedom on how they can be designed. Again, this is why I included a written description with each of them rather than just the example avatars.
