The birds were chirping so beautifully... and O'reo... O'reo was experiencing what it was like to be a tall pae thanks to his new upside-down prince. O'reo was able to wrap his tentacles around the pole and use his suction cups to climb up it. When he reached the top of the pole he did a king kong victory pose and cheer.

Then he followed his prince back down the pole. Next thing he knew he was soaring quite literally through the air, tentacles flapping in the breeze, as his prince dragged him along to their next stop. O'reo's eyes grew big as he stared at the wedding hall. He wanted to bounce on the floofy chairs with his prince! But a big pae was talking to them.

Love Birds? Yes, yes there were birds flying around them. Was O'reo ready to say yes for the rest of his days? Yes, yes he was. He would say yes to the turkey, and the cookies, and the punch, and the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and the anchovy pizzas. He would say yes to everything. O'reo swiftly nodded his bouncing mask up and down. "Eckabota... 'yes'" O'reo repeated the strange word. Wondering if the shiny, glittery, tall pae would bring them out a special treat. His prince deserved all the best treats.

Cathulu had come to knock things over with his new partner in crime. Who was pretty.

He had expected to find many pointy things that looked fun to grab and jab and pokey pokey but instead it was all fluffy white and there was birds over hea...... birds.

Cathulu began jumping up and down rambunctiously, to the point that at first he didn't even notice the big glittery yellow man and practically jumped up into his arms before he realized and sort of sprang back wards with all four of his appendages plus tentacles, straight forward. He landed on his butt with a bit of a growl as the stranger spoke.

He looked confused but O'reo, his new pretty wrestling friend kept nodding his head and said some things and even managed to copy the glittery dudes word. So cathulu opened his mouth and did the same. Though it was very less than perfect, it was still a "Y-yaaaays....yayaays!"

Alatheia found her talking patterner dancing away into the crowd and frowned. Guess she was alone again. She fixed her glasses and moved to the side of the room with a sigh. Ya, she'd leave soon. This really wasn't her thing. She wanted a quiet evening and this banger of a party was not her thing. She started to look to for her lost book. She quietly started to tip toe around the outside of crazy party, trying to keep herself low and unseen. She'd get her book and leave quickly. She'd have to talk to her bbf about this horrible idea.

If Alatheia were paying attention, she would have felt an aura that could only be called uncomfortable...


From the other side of a column, a peculiar satyr wobbled in her direction. It was as if, even though fully grown, this satyr was stuck in something of a awkward permanent adolescent puberty. He had the air of a deity and a lusty barn animal but a face sweet and unassuming.

As he approached her from behind, he exhaled creepily toward the back of her neck and said in a shaky, breaking voice. "Hey, pretty mama, wanna open a gift?"

FA Venus

The feeling of warm, hard breath on the back of her neck made her skin crawl and her fur stand on end. She could feel herself stop breathing as if out of a horror tale is slowly turning her head to meet the lustful gaze of the satyr behind her. Her eyes showed nothing but fear. It took her a terrifying eternity to noticed the 'gift' he spoke of.

The scream she let out was ear piercing, even with the music blaring all around them.

The sound of flat palm hitting his cheek also echoed through the room.

Alatheia abandoned the quest for her book. She pretty much flew out of the grand doors. Nope nope nope nope never again.  

[FA Venus]

A pink cloudy mist rolled through the party about knee-high to a standard adult pae. The music hushed to a stop and the lights raised.

"Pria, darling, don't be creepy. You ran that poor girl all the way home," a melodic voice mewled from the entrance.

Venus strode in, patted Priapus lovingly on the head, and then looked at the chaos. "OH! Oh... right. It was my day, wasn't it?" The goddess stopped to chuckle at herself. "I knew I was forgetting something. That deep tissue massage, though. So deep. So much skin," she sighed longingly. "Well, anyway! I'm so pleased that you all threw me a party. I love you all, sweet.... kids?"

She trailed off as she noticed the abnormal amount of maenads and satyrs mulling about. What in my name is going on here? Oh wait, she knew. There was only one thing it could be. Or Pae, in this case. The goddess stifled an eyeroll. Her exes were so obsessed with her and what she was doing. It was ok to be jealous, but home thievery and to a greater extent thunder stealing was a little much.

"DIO!" She exclaimed in a happy tone, slinking toward the god. "What in the baby daddy drama are you doing here?" She purred as she ran a finger down his cheek. "Isn't there someone else you could have been? A drunken stupor, perhaps? Some barwench's knickers? Cheating on your newest partner or two? The usual, maybe?"

Dio had quite been enjoying his little visitors, especially the harpy, when a pink mist floated in.

An eyebrow quirked, he took a deep breath in, though a smirk tugged at the corner of his lips. "Oh, here we go." he said, though mostly to himself as he watched the powdered pink Venus sashay herself in and demand to know who was running the party.

He laughed when she noticed him and came over, running a finger down his cheek. "Ah, doll, why that's exactly what I am doing! Baby daddy drama!" he chucked, reaching a hand behind her to get a nice squeeze of that cake. And perhaps a quick pinch of one of her muffins too. "What took you so long dearest? Distracted by that oiled flex for brains? Or have you gotten bored and remembered who showed you the most grandest of times, hmm?" he winked again, drawing his tongue across his bottom lip before kicking back and patting the side of his golden couch where he had made just enough room for her.

Rubena couldn't believe it. She'd struck out again. Men really were all the same. With a small sigh and a muttered "ugh," Rubena got up and left the two deities to their...whatever.

Shimmer Star stood totally in shock Venus had finally arrived and it sounded like there was no deep mystery, but there was an old relationship between Dio and her, not that Shimmer had any illusion that Dio flirting with her was anything special since there had been many many other female pae around him when she went over. She shrugged perhaps she would meet up with him later or perhaps she would meet another pae and have a nice vacation. At the mention of a massage, she thought that would be a good idea for what to do next. She shrugged and prepared to wander off to do something else unless Venus was going to do anything remarkable.

Erlantz was still following the animals and somehow hadn't run into anyone as of yet so he just kept his eyes down and kept going. He didn't even notice that Venus had arrived. He hadn't really noticed the difference in the party anyway since he had never been to a Venus party before anyway. His focus was still on the animals and his worry that they would get hurt if anyone stepped on them. He still didn't know that they weren't real and he was under the effect of yet another arrow. Deities and demis were an off bunch indeed.

Sweet Tart smirked as she watched the interaction between Venus and Dio it was pretty funny. Their relationship was pretty funny. It was also pretty funny that Venus had forgotten her own party. She was still a little unclear if Venus was angry that Dio had filled in on the entertaining or was just making fun of him for the sake of making fun of him. She sat down in a chair and watched their interaction curiously. She hoped Venus wouldn't shut down the party they had all had a pretty good time with Dio in charge, but she wasn't planning on arguing with a deity.

Koios was still standing near Cruise when Venus appeared and it seemed she had forgotten about her own party, so that must have been how this party ended up in a drunken stupor. He stood there watching their interaction wondering what Venus would do now she was here. Would she take control of the party or go back to relaxing in the spa. He was hoping she wouldn't shut down the party altogether since he still hadn't gotten much of a chance to have fun as he somehow ended up doing damage control on the harpy Asios. Which certainly hadn't been his plan when he decided on this vacation.

More shots, more dancing, damn was Eniko having herself a grand ol time. At least, until she noticed Venus cut on in. Sensing that drama was afoot and something probably about to go down, this seemed like the perfect moment for part two, party-in-the-room bugaloo.

Pulling in everyone close, she grinned slyly before motioning to the door with her eyes. "How about we take this party back to my room?" Well, her and Kasmai's, but... semantics.

Once that was agree'd upon, she took Xeneka's hand (who she waited to grab one of the other two's) before weaving them out of the crowd. Look at that cutie - she noticed a cute fae just hanging by the side and clearly not partying enough - and swung by to grab her with her free arm and a, "The real party's out here hun, how about you come check it out with us," and a wink.

And thus the four became a five as they retired for the evening.
