Henrietta looked at the Axew. The Poochyena had a complicated name, she thought. She, however, had no idea what a Poochyena or a Torkoal were. As far as she was concerned, the Poochyena was the fiery turtle thing she had battled. There were simply too many Pokemon for her to memorize, and she didn't have a Pokedex, so...
"H-h-henrietta," she said. Then she gestured to her Pokemon, "Melty and F-frate." She looked around a bit and then pointed to Joltik consuming a Pidove in a nearby tree, "Socant," and... she pointed to the Darumaka that was conversing with some Patrat, "Darumi."

"Your pokemon sure are free range," he said looking around.
"But it's a pretty diverse bunch," he said. "I've never seen a Litwick up close before. They're not as common as the others you have. Not to say your pokemon are common."
He didn't want to offend, and he rose a hand up defensively to gesture this.
"I'm not as used to them, since I'm originally from Hoenn," he said. "That's where my other guys are from too."

Henrietta nodded. "H-hoenn," she echoed. She'd heard of it, seen it on a map. Some photos in a history book. Some recent history of some terrorism or something that she'd had to take a test on in class a while back.
So, that explained the two strange Pokemon. She looked at Ryan then, quietly. It wasn't as if she was searching for something to say, the awkward girl simply had nothing to say, and the boy was still there, so she'd stand around. If she was like Salieri, she thought, she would've had the confidence to continue her training despite his presence.

Speaking of Salieri...((and that's how you cash someone else's post into a segue, ka-ching))
The Battle Girl's Monferno fell onto his back, panting from the intense workout he had just received. [Kill you...I'm going...to kill you...]
Salieri grinned. Wukong was worked to exhaustion, but physical training wasn't the point of this exercise. The Gust had simulated the conditions he would face while running at Mach Speed, and now he was able to keep his eyes going during those winds. Not only that, but he was able to pick out small targets through the air pressure as well. With this new keener eyesight, Salieri felt that his Mach Speed technique was now ready to test in battle.
"Alright champ, you can take a break," she told Wukong while turning to face Eunmi, missing her Monferno taking advantage of his five fingered hands to flip her off. "I think that worked out great, thanks guys!"
She rubbed her chin. "Hmm, but I feel like you guys didn't get anything out of that at all. Now that's no fair. Hey, is there any training you want to do that I can help you with? I owe you one, you assisted with giving Wukong the gift of Mach Speed after all!"
((Ah s**t, now I'm also hungry))

"So I guess I should probably heal my pokemon," he said as Axew wriggled against his chest then chomped down on the nearest finger, "Ow! And get some food! Geez..."
The Axew plopped to the floor and crossed its arms with a defiant sideways swing of its head, eyes closed, all sassy. Ryan rubbed his sore finger and sucked in his cheek.
"Ow... do you know where the pokemon center is? I am kinda lost." He gave Henrietta a weak look.

"Th-the pokemon center?" Henrietta said. That was on her list of 'places not to go'. Had to do with being attacked by one of the nurses over some crazy reason that was lost halfway in her erased memory.
"I-i," she looked toward Nacrene City. She really didn't want to go there if she didn't have to, on top of that Eunmi had said to stay close. So, the next best option was to point him the way. "N-nacrene is th-that way," she said and she pointed in the direction of the city.

"Yeah but," he craned his head around in the direction that Henrietta was pointing, "I knew that already. Cities are big places, y'know."
He sighed and shrugged, "but what kind of a trainer would I be if I couldn't even find the pokemon center on my own? Not a very good one."
Ryan ruffled his own hair and said, "well thanks for your time anyway. I just hope I can get to the center before Genbu and Maugrim's injuries encroach and slowly, inevitably, steal their precious life away. Their deaths cold and alone, dying whispers damning the ones, your pokemon by the way, who inflicted such agony upon them, all because they couldn't get to the hospital in time to be saved."
He started trodding towards Nacrene and looked back over his shoulder, "well, goodbye."

Henrietta's eyes shined with tears. Now she felt horrible. She shot a glance to where Eunmi should be before she made after Ryan. "W-wait!" she called. She'd step to his side, turning her to Pokemon to tell them to "keep training" before she turned to Ryan.
"I-i'll sh-show y-you." Darumi would roll up to her leg and she'd kneel down and scoop him up.

"Wow, so generous!" Ryan said in mock surprise, "I'm blessed."
He carried on walking and laughed sheepishly, "actually I'm horrible with directions so this is probably for the best."
After a while he said, "why do you talk like that?"

"H-hum," Henrietta said before they started walking.
That 'while', while existing for some undetermined amount of time, saw Henrietta trying to figure out her xtransceiver to send Eunmi a text of where she was going. She'd just gotten it figured out and something like, "helping someone" sent to Eunmi when Ryan spoke.
She looked at him, baffled, and said, "t-talk like what?"

"Well..." Eunmi knelt down to D-Vee's level. "It'd be nice if he didn't always have to paint his techniques, but I don't think there's a way to get around that."
Eunmi looked up at Sal.
"But just having someone his own size is helpful for training. I know D-Vee likes fighting, but I can't really pit him against my other two - they're so unaccustomed to fighting."
Eunmi stood up.
"That said, Dali could use more speed and control of his water attacks," Eunmi ticked off her fingers as she spoke. "And Mochi hasn't even had a battle yet."
Eunmi's xtranciever text tone went off, and she twisted her wrist to look at it.
"I don't know whether to be concerned or not," she said. "Henrietta's going off to 'help someone'."

EDIT: The Battle Girl sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose. "Even if we should be concerned, my brain's still fried from trying to figure out what happen to her before. Let's just say that if we don't see her in an hour then we should give her a call."
Salieri looked over to Wukong, who had Chen Zhen by his side reluctantly pulling out a leaf from his head and giving it to the tired pokemon. During training, one of his jobs was to keep helping the pokemon to regain their vigor. It helped the sessions last longer.
"Hey Wukong, are you up for a match!"
The Monferno, still laying on his back and eating the medicinal herb, rose his arm for a thumbs up. "Wukong can battle with D-Vee if you want. It'll give him a good time to test out Mach Speed in combat. Then you and me could jump into the lake with Dali, help him learn Aqua Jet."
Then she paused, realizing that she was missing something. "What's a Mochi?"
