Pretty close of being a 9 but... you do lack a background and the bottom area is somewhat plain as well. If you fix that part, it'll be a 9 for me in my opinion.
NOTE: It looks like a girl while using male gender. Xd

The light purple and the black come together very well, and everything adds to the theme.
