We aren't chatting, we are asking for clarification. And since we are apparently sharing links now, Here is the post of me registering, and then the very next post is Hakari Niko giving me Chicchimon... the art isn't there anymore, but that really is the art she gave me, which says nothing about Chiccimon being restricted. I didn't ask for Chicchimon, that was the digimon I was given. (I asked for a baby that would digivolve into Penguinmon.)

His Chicchimon is legibly as it had turned restricted after he got it. For the Mode Change, it is still unsure of if you can get it.

Did i just break a rule by having my Veemon digivolve in the roleplay (Tamer Island) before i "bought" a digivolution? or is it okay because it's only temporary?

well how would u get to know? I meen it says he digivolves into him..and it says he is a virus type so that should be how right...how else would i get him?
