Amy nodded and smirked at Kat. "Let me know if they do a good job, please."

*turns to katana* Heyo, my mistress. I'm doing good, but I... I missed the party! *shouts as he begins to get teary eyed*

*turns back to Amy, looking down blushing at her question* Betsu ni. I just get the feeling that it wouldn't be right to do that to you when I wasn't serious. I didn't want it to be a cheap joke. *looks up directly into her eyes still blushing* When I do it, I want it to mean something and be from the heart.

Amy nodded at what Katana said, but she barely heard her and her eyes were glued to Kai's.

"When you do it, Kai? Um, well, I'm really glad you feel that you want it to be serious. I do, too, of course."

She blushed and laughed softly as she looked down at her lap. She suddenly remembered her conversation with Dec the other night, though, and she looked back up at Kai.

"Kai, I have to talk with you about something."

Since they were alone now, Amy felt that they could talk right here.

"There's... Look, I really like you, Kai. You're fun to hang out with and you're really sweet. I love being around you."

She smiled and cupped the side of his face with one of her hands. She stroked his cheek with her thumb for a few moments before she sighed and dropped her hand.

"There's someone else I also have feelings for as well, though, Kai. I don't know where I stand with him, though I did discuss this with him last night. I want to be completely honest with both of you about my feelings and about the other person. I don't think I'm ready for a completely committed relationship, yet. Of course, I didn't think I was ready to be a bartender, either, and look where I'm at now."

She smiled and looked at the area behind the bar where she usually worked. Then, she looked back at Kai.

"I don't know how you feel about this, but I wanted to be completely honest with you."

{{Ack! Stupid faulty internet connection! scream I have to go here in about half an hour and be gone for about an hour and a half. Do you think you'll still be on for awhile?}}

Amy smiled slightly, but she also tilted her head to the side to look at Kai in a curious fashion.

"Well, yeah, I want to stay friends with you, of course. But, well, I do have feelings for you that are more than just friendly ones. I know that much."

{{Don't know where you went Kai. Probably your internet connection went flooey, but just have Amy grab Kai's hand after this and have them dance, if you want. That's what I was going to probably have her do after their serious talk. She'd want to have some fun after that. Up to you, though. Hopefully I'll see ya when I get back in about an hour and a half. Earlier in the day...

-dame looks around in awe at her new room, the colour scheme done up in hues of deep blues, stormy grays, and midnight blacks. She does not even notice the theme of the room until she sees the very light, tastefully placed accents of Batman. A original bat-symbol here, a black on yellow one there, the new more sinister Dark Knight symbol in some places- Psy... -she says breathlessly- it's...magnificent... -then she spies what looks to be another light switch box but this one has two buttons, one placed on top of the other. The box is next to a wall painted completely black. dame eyes it curiously and looks back at Psy. The mistress gives her an encouraging nod; the newest MW lady goes over to the fixture and places her fingers on it hesitantly...then pushes the top button. A small whirring is heard as slowly the black wall moves up to reveal a beautiful almost royal blue coloured wall. As the black one slowly raises into the ceiling, something large and yellow reveals itself. dame starts laughing as soon as she recognizes it. There on the blue wall was the old comic book and 60's TV series onomatopoeias of BANG and POW- Oh Psy! rofl That is just amazing! I love it! I also appreciate that I can cover it up when I wanna be more "respectable"! blaugh rofl biggrin

-she nods as Psy leads the guys back upstairs, giving dame time to explore her room alone, it was a good sized room, no nearly as big as the ones over in the MW, which she was VERY thankful for, she wouldn't know what to do with that much space! She also has a lovely bathroom with a gracious shower, Jacuzzi tub and plenty of room to move around in. Her bedroom has a large section not taken up by the humongous bed that she plans to put in some of her gaming systems. There is also a huge T.V. blaugh She pushes the button on the onomatopoeia wall and the black wall starts rolling back down. While that is going on she opens the door to her closet and her jaw drops again- eek Not only was it walk in, but it was almost the size of her bathroom! eek -goes in and explores for a moment, debating of where she would put things if she moved in permanently. She closes the door, then sits on the bed, just going to rest for a moment...-

*smiles as she watches Amy and Kai dance. After they leave, she gets up to get another beer. After opening it and putting a lime in it, she decides to go prowl around the expansion to waste some time.*

*sipping her beer, she walks around the Jade Dragon, admiring the statue* Wow, that is huge! *she goes back out of the restaurant and goes to Pandora's to check it out next.*
