Terra growled low as she looked around for the opponent, expecting Gwenhyvar to look with her but absolutely astounded as the panther began to stalk her. They circled around one another for a short time, the enemy shinobi caught in her eye as Terra noticed him above. She quickly sheathed her daggers, multiple handsigns immediately forming as Gwen lunged for her; the panther would taste bark in its mouth as she left behind the clone, the clone keeping it distracted as more handsigns were made. The tree that the intruder stood on came to life, quickly engulfing her feet and soon her legs in an attempt to trap and close her.

A clone that is created by altering the user's own cells with chakra. It has more endurance than the normal Shadow Clones and doesn't disappear when hit by the enemies' attacks. Moreover, since it has the ability to merge with plants and trees, it is also great for reconnaissance missions. They have the ability to travel far distances from the user and are able to communicate with the original. The clones can be as simple in function as a wooden dummy for use in the Body Replacement Technique.

This technique lets the user summon a tree to slowly wrap and bind their opponent. This technique is relatively powerful and holds opponents much more gracefully, with less of a strain on the user, because the user sinks them into the ground. Afterwards, the user can enclose the opponent so that their body implodes.

Ok so she cheated. She had information on terra that she had read in her files saying she was of the senju clan. She launched herself from her tree and finished her seal, chest expanding quite a bit as the heat intensified. She blew from her mouth, twin sounds of power unleashing from her lungs. Two massive fireballs, the size of your average shed's would fly from her mouth and one would impact the tree, the force from it obliterating it and causing embers to shower down on both terra and gwen. The second fireball was headed for terra. It was a bit mean but a test for her anyway. If she failed, taka would have to rush her to the hospital after putting her into a genjutsu induced sleep for the pain. But she was confident in the genin's abilities. She landed and kept moving to prevent from being snared, still forming more seals.

_____❶ Yurika no Jutsu [ Fire Lily Technique ] - Comparable to the Katon Housenka no Jutsu but different still, this technique is obviously kept within only the most seasoned Shinobi of the Leaf. Breathing in and expanding their lungs to an almost impossible size, the user breaths out gigantic fireballs (of comparable make and strength of the Katon Goukakyu). A highly draining technique, it more than makes up for the Chakra consumption in potency. Entire engagements have both started and ended with this one technique, easily felling multiple enemies in one ferocious attack.

Fire was the last thing Terra needed to see, having moved towards Gwen immediately as the heat intensified; she'd have no choice but to break him out early, setting a hand on the back of his neck and flowing her chakra through the panther until it seemed rational again. "RUN!" Terra yelled, the panther realizing the danger and leaping out of harms way as his mistress made additional handsigns as the embers fell on her and burned; gritting through the pain, she completed the process and swapped with a branch a decent distance away. She was breathing heavily, sweating, even burning as parts of her top were seared away by the remnants of the tree; raising off of one knee, she turned around to face her attacker and slowly draw her dagger as both pet and master stood ready. She'd have to see what this fire user had in store next, unable to rush in if her bloodline abilities were of no use.

This jutsu is just like any other Transformation Technique. The user performs the necessary hand seals, then wood emerges and covers his entire body and a puff of smoke or chakra covers up the transformation. Once the jutsu is done, the transformation is complete. It acts more like a costume than a transformation, as the user is able to leave it behind if necessary.

Taka put her hand on the reproduction of her mask and slid it off to reveal a smile. Her konoha headband shone in the light as she did so, the fire reflecting off it as she stood there. She spoke loud enough for terra to hear. " Terra Senju. On behalf of Konohagakure's military I am proud to announce that you have passed your inspection. Come down from your tree. You have shown promise in this brief skirmish between us, and I expect alot from you."

Terra blinked, unable to believe what she saw but too relieved to be mad at all as she saw Taka's face and konoha headband. She looked over at Gwenhyvar and nodded, leaping out of the tree and nearly falling over at her landing; the battle had taken a good amount of her energy from her, along with the burning holes left by the embers that had fallen on her. She wobbled slightly as she got off of one knee, taking a few steps towards Taka as Gwenhyvar slowly walked over and steadied his master. Terra breathed heavily, a hand on her hip and one on Gwen "You're a sight for sore eyes after that fireball, Taka."

Taka chuckled at the girl lightheartedly. She had spirit but she had given her a good scare apparently" Yeah those are pretty strong. You should be able to use that kind of power around chunin level if you keep on your chakra exercises. Though ittl either be doton or suiton type attacks, and even then it will be at your peak there. Jonin level you should be able to use that level fairly safely. Oh your poor clothes... "She said to her, stepping in closer and examining the holes burnt by the embers.

As embers showered down on Ceres a quick glint of metal flashed over her body as her arm moved around her. The embers where cut multiple times into smaller pieces which dissipated before touching her cloak. She smiled at Taka whom had finished the mission, she had guessed it was something important but would have jumped in if she was in any real danger. Slowly she began walking towards Taka, of course only Taka would be able to notice what she had under her long sleeves. The katar her master had given her, much larger then a normal one and retractile making assassinations that much easier. She really didn't care much for the young girl and panther that Taka was speaking with.

Masahiro was as quickly taken aback as his student spoke, the feeling of her raw urge and response to his words. In her current stage she was obviously beyond raw compulsion, and more in the direction of focused anger. Between both the potential traitor in her family and the woman who had betrayed her and her family some time ago. Masahiro's own mind reacted a bit differently to the woman's speech. She was aiming to take his student away from him and away from the confines of Konahagakure as a whole. This was entirely unacceptable, but pertinent given the situation. Masahiro's feelings were belied in the words of his student however, and just as soon as this situation began to resolve itself, Noctis himself arrived in a sudden burst.

Masahiro's head turned sideways as he inspected the man who had arrived so suddenly. The bolt in which he had arrived was directed between his two students who had been quarreling in spar but a few moments before. Still, he gave directed orders, and more than likely would deliver more that would soon need to be followed.

"Cambria, Terra, and Koan. Pack up your gear, Hokage Noctis wants us in his office. We're to be facing evaluation it seems. Jun, you can choose to travel with us or return to your normal duties. I won't force you down either choice."

With that he gestured for his team to join up with him, but not before turning to face Daitomi Imatokai once more.

"Koan has given you her choice, and it is now your job to respect it. I expect you to do so, willingly." He whispered in a tone that she would surely capture, sounding strong, but intentionally avoiding being menacing.

Bowing her head into her book she walked, mostly by memory, to where her sensei was standing next to Koan and the female who she did not know. Once she was in the presence of her teacher she looked up from her book for a moment. It was obvious that the woman was not among friends based on the tone of voice Masahiro-sama had taken with her and the look on Koan's face. It didn't really matter what the woman had done but she could tell that she was not welcome here.

Stowing her book back in it's pack she began thinking about the things she had just read and how much work would have to go into bringing forth the manifestation of her bloodline, the epitome of her Jutsu. Her father's gift in a curse to her. It wasn't until her last years at the academy that she began presenting with with the subtle hints that she was a little different than the others. Once the "evaluation" with Hokage Noctis was finished she would seek out an area to hone her skills in the Jutsu that was embedded in her blood. Sniffing the air for a minute Cam recognized a familiar scent on the wind. Smoke was coming in from the west. Fire had hit the forest again.

Quickly apologizing for leaving Cam headed out in a dead bolt to the other side of the tree line where a clearing presented itself. Off to the side a bit she noticed a handful of people standing around a burning tree looking at it like it was ready to explode and kill the ecosystem. With a small inward laugh Cam walked up to the group. She made the mental note that there weren't enough Water Jutsu users around to prevent such events.

Once she made it up to the group she had not even broke a sweat or had the need to calm a laboured breath. Speaking to them as a whole Cam asked, "You guys need help putting that out?" she nodded to the tree, "I don't think a forest fire is a good idea right now." She wasn't rude or sarcastic, in fact her tone of voice was more amused than anything else. She would wait a moment for a reply before putting it out.

"No, really, my clothes are the last thing on my mind..." Terra realized how wrong she had just sounded as Taka stepped closer, blushing scarlet under her gaze as the woman looked at her burned clothes; some spots were simply exposing normal patches of skin, other far too close to private areas for Terra's comfort but she acted as calm as possible in the scenario. Gwen simply nuzzled against her to try to relax his master, looking around at the still burning woods. Unknowing of quite what to do, she smiled when Cam appeared, "Yes please."

With a smile to match Terra's she replied, "It's a good thing that I was around then"she said. These forests were part of the land that surrounded the place she was born and if the fire spread it could consume the whole village. Despite the unlikeliness of it all she still let the thought linger for a moment before proceeding to her task. Nodding to the two women Cam took a few steps towards the burning tree and then took several backwards and close enough to the river that one of the little pools that had spawned from it, reflected her image in a perfect mirror. With a flourish she used both hands and formed the signs for the Water Reflection Clone Technique. She summoned four of them from the water pool behind her. Walking with them she brought them to stand at each of the cardinal directions around the tree.

Instructing them to clasp hands around the base of the burning arbor she released the Jutsu and let them burst into a rush of water that would slake the fires that had previously been trying to consume the tree. Smoke wafted off of the bark as she watched the last of the embers die as it tried to rekindle against the drenched wood. Quiet sizzling sounds emitted from the tree for a little while but it seemed that the bark had protected the tree from most of the damage and in a few years it might not even show the damage that it did now. It was charred, blackened and, it weeped a sappy ooze. Turning back to the women she walked towards them again, this time not really sure what to do except to snag Terra and bring her back to Masahiro since she wasn't positive her teammate had heard Noctis-sama's request for the whole team to come in for an "evaluation".

Ceres let out a sigh as she basically remained unnoticed by everyone except for Taka even though she was in plain sight. Her skills at being a stealthy assassin were good but not that good, she just assumed that the two genin wanted to simply ignore her. That was fine with Ceres, she was use to it at this point. "Even with trying to put out a forest fire.. its best to cut out a perimeter where the flames have not yet reach then work your way in... or else you'll be here till the entire forest goes up in flames." She spoke in a lowered voice as she walked up to Taka and slowly wrapped her arms around Taka's arm and glared through the darkness of her hood at Terra. "So this is what you have been up to..."

I just gave you mine a few hours ago. "Taka let the girl cling to her in her usual affectionate, possessive manner she remembered quite well from her youth. It made her chuckle slightly. She was competing and she knew it.
