Flint went quiet for a moment, trying to think of what to say to Akemi. He wasn't used to talking about himself, he only ever really spoke to family, and they already knew him. "Well, like what?" His eyes showed his confusion. "Tell me what you want to know. My magic? My ideals?"

"Well I already know you're a guy with a kind heart and that you're a wizard and that you have a family. But, that's it. It would be nice to know somethings that you like to do, your hobbies and and such," she said, running her fingers through her long hair as something to do with her hands.

Flint smirked. "Well, some people would tell you that my hobby is sleeping, but that's only half true." He leaned forward. "I try to write down all my dreams. They can mean a lot, you know?"

As Flint leaned forward Akemi felt another blush cross her cheeks and she pulled her robe tighter around her. "I've heard some thoughts that dreams have meanings but I can never remember my dreams when I wake up so," she finished her sentence with a shrug. "What do you dream about?"

Flint blinked once, then pulled himself back away from Akemi. "I think I dream like other people. Think up adventures, think of the next day, dream of hearts..." Of having one to myself... He smiled. "I dream of flying, a lot."

"Flying seems to be more reality for you then a dream considering you were a bird earlier," she mused, leaning against the tree behind her and absently petting Layla who began to stir. As Layla woke she was suddenly jumping onto Flint and licking him. Akemi giggled, "Layla really likes you," she commented.

Flint chuckled, scratching the wolf pup behind the ears. "I have a way with wolves. My older brother..." He stopped, thinking about how upset Kaimei had been when he told him about Akemi. And he hadn't even spoken about the proposal and marriage yet.

She waited for him to continue and when he didn't she pressed, "What about your older brother?" She watched as Layla wagged her tail happily at the attention the wizard gave her. She yawned a bit, closing her eyes as she waited for his response.

Flint finally gave up on holding back about his family. "I'm not the only one who turns into an animal in my family. My brother turns into a wolf, the others turn into their own animals." He tickled the little wolves tummy.

"So you all have your own animal," she mused, obviously curious about the situation, "It sounds fun. I would love to be apart of nature," she took up some dirt in her hand and looked at it, feeling but unable to see the dark bugs and squirmy worms that had made the dirt their home. "To be free and not held down by what people call 'proper' and 'lady-like'." She sighed softly.

"Our animals aren't about freedom, not exactly. I don't think you'd want to be one." Flint mused on it quietly, but realized that he'd opened a door into a conversation he didn't want. The one about his curse, and his demon. He liked Zilhein and all, but he wasn't jut about to tell Akemi about him. "If you could be an animal, though, what would you be?"

She was quiet for a moment, thinking about her answer, and when she did answer it was a bit hesitantly since she wasn't completely sure, "I guess I'd want to be an owl. I've always liked it better at night and the idea of being free to fly wherever just appeals to me greatly." She seemed to have a far-off look in her eyes now as she thought of being an owl.

Kaimei woke up and saw his sister was still asleep "Lets go for a stroll" he thought as he levitated his sister with his mind and put her on his back. He looked at the graves and bowed to them and started to walk away from them and headed into town. Since they were all asleep people would see the large wolf outside. he arrived at the town as walked thorugh the street while his sister was on his back.

"Owls are very wise creatures, and they can see forever." Flint leaned backwards, glad that he'd distracted her, and scrunched his eyes in amusement.
