	Sonaki Atsah Sonaki had just gotten fixed up and was limping down the tunnels of Sekhmet to go find Malika. She wanted to check on the female and make sure everything was okay in the prison. Sonaki wasn't in the best shape of her life, but she'd live. She heard a woman's voice, talking to herself, and stopped when she saw flickering candlelight ahead. She squinted and leaned forward, ducking behind a nearby rock. Sonaki's eyes nearly fell out of her head when she saw what was going on. May, a woman who had once been a sweet little dancer in Tender Sugar, was holding Honey tied up and seemingly unconscious, about to cut up his back. 'Stupid b*h!' she thought, rage filling her faster than she'd thought possible. 'She can't ******* do that to Honey!!' Without really thinking about it, Sonaki lunged at May, knocking the knife from the woman's grip and grabbing her hair in one of her hands. "You just screwed with the wrong member of Giza, bh," she snarled, slamming the female's head hard into the rocks. A sickening crack informed her that May would not trouble anyone again. Shaking from what she'd just done, Sonaki picked up the discarded knife and cut Honey free, slapping the male's face gently to try and rouse him. "Honey? Honey, are you okay?"

	Honeybee "They captured May..." Honey sounded kind of dazed, but at least he was awake. He blinked a few times, trying to wake himself up, and began studying his new surroundings. From what he could see, May was dead. He had been too late to save her. "I wasn't fast enough..." Honey forced back a sob and began rubbing at his eyes. A war was going on. Of course people were going to die...That didn't make it hurt any less though.

	Sonaki Atsah Sonaki stared at Honey for a few moments, trying to figure out what the hell he was talking about. Then it made sense; May had lured him into a trap. The girl wasn't strong enough to take him down otherwise. "She tricked you, Honey. She wasn't really in trouble; she was trying to get you alone, probably to take advantage of you. When I found you two, she had a knife and was about to mark you up. That's why your shirt is torn from the back... That girl was obviously obsessed with you." Sonaki shivered and hugged Honey, her body trembling with the full weight of what she had done. "Good thing I got here when I did... Honey... I killed her... I was just so angry that she was going to hurt you..."

	Honeybee Honey wrapped his arms around Sonaki and finally started to cry. He could take the army killing one of his friends, but he couldn't take being betrayed. It was too painful. He was glad Sonaki had shown up when she had though. Who knows what May might have done otherwise.

	Jo-Jo Ragefist As she raced along the rooftops, Jo-Jo noticed her brother had his eyes closed again and mentally sighed. I guess since we haven't seen each other in years, my incredibly confusing abiliy to stop his eyes has lost it's bigger radias. I hope we can stop these bastards, and that the others aren't in the other side. I don't want to kill my old friends. She thought and flipped over a large gap, landing gracefully and continuing to follow the woman in the lead. "Hey! Lady! Where is this Sekhmet? I can try and keep a path open for you if you give me the location!" She called to the rabbit woman.

	Isis Raine "I have a name, little one. It's Isis. As for Sekhmet...It's underground." She didn't have to sense the army now; she could see them. Isis looked back at the people following her and sighed. The rabbit new nothing about the assassin, but she was the closest to her at that point, which would make her the new leader. "Watch for a blond scorpion woman. She's guarding the entrance...Half of you come with me! The other half remain on course! We'll keep the army away until you can get the citizens to safety. Little one, you're in control of the half going to Sekhmet." Isis smiled slightly and ran ahead, going straight for the army. There were far less soldiers than there were before, but they were still gravely outnumbered. "Oh well...I've lived longer than most of the people here combined..." She chuckled, firing rapidly at the approaching soldiers. It didn't matter to her what she hit, so long as she hit something. "And thus the battle for Giza begins...Another chapter for the history books, no doubt."

	Jo-Jo Ragefist She nodded at Isis and called out, "Lena, you're with me! Yuno, go with Isis. You are more of an asset to her mission than mine. I want you to kill those bastards dead Yuno. Blade keep you!" And she pulled off of his course with the departing call for assassins. She couldn't help but have a bad feeling about this. Yuno was better at fighting against those animals because of his eyes, but she didn't think that her side was just a simple 'get them to safety'. As an assassin, Jo-Jo knew that she would have to fight at some point. She hoped it wouldn't be against children from her home.

	Takina Reaver When she heard the call of the movement, Takina jumped into her training. She found disgarded spray cans, tons of charge wire, a few small bags of ballbearings, and large amounts of powder. She filled her canteen with the powder, ballbearing, and a few hand fulls of metal and glass shards, then feed the charge wire into it through a hole in the lid. "All right! I need all of the spare canteens we got here people! They want a fight, they better be willing to fight for that fight!" She yelled and grabbed Brian's canteen as well. Back when she had been in the army, her specialty had been guerilla and other unorthodox warfare. This was her happy place. To let the enemy think they won, then blow them up with their own idiocy.

	Yuno Ironbeak After she had left, and he followed Isis to the army, Yuno opened his eyes and charged at a group of men. He watched them stumble in their attempts to kill his in his close-range attacks and roared, stabbing them before flipping into the air and landing in the middle of a new cluster. He knew that a stationary target was a dead target. Grayback had drilled that into them all as children. As soon as he could walk, he had to learn acrobatics and moving tricks to attack when you were in the air. "Come on! You want to kill someone, KILL SOMEONE WHO CAN FIGHT BACK!" He yelled at them, his eyes buring red as they tore into the fighter's soul, making them revisit every shame they have ever felt.

	Lena Ryder Lena nodded at Isis's instructions and yelled at Azul as they ran past her. "Army's heading into Sekhmet! We've been betrayed! Get the citizens back into Giza!" She rushed ahead with Jo-Jo to do just that, hoping that Azul would follow behind and manage to collect any stragglers. Lena's first priority, however, was a certain Tender Sugar guard. "Sol!!" she called out when she saw the girl she'd been worrying about since they'd found out about the army. Lena holstered her weapon and threw her arms around the smaller girl, kissing her quickly and checking her over for any injuries. "You're not hurt, are you?"

	Jennifer Owens One minute Jennifer had been helping the new members of Giza get settled in, and the next they were under attack... Just their luck. She drew her gun tremblingly and ordered all the civilians to start heading back up through the secret entrance to Sekhmet, through City Hall. She stayed behind with the two soldiers. "Um... What are you doing, Miss Reaver?"

	Sol White "Just peachy. How about you?" Sol grinned and hugged Lena tightly. She was glad to see that she was still in one piece. The guard shrugged and began brushing herself off, as if removing some form of invisible dust. The citizens of Giza obeyed Jennifer without question, so she hadn't had much work to do. Sitting around for so long was actually starting to make her bored. "Are we going to stay and fight or are we helping the civilians escape Sekhmet?"

	Brian Grant Brian grabbed a firm hold of the woman and pulled her away from his working friend. "Keep quiet, she needs to focus on those mines. One slip up and they will detonate in her hands. She is what we called a Rebel Fighter Specialist. She uses the most unsavory, and unorthodox methods to get the job done. Taki can make a gun out of a plastic bottle, a stick, a spray can, and a pen. I saw her do it and kill people with it. Trust me, she is good at her job." He told her softly, keeping his voice down so the woman could focus.

	Lena Ryder Lena shrugged, unable to keep a smile off of her face. She couldn't help it, though! She was thrilled that Sol was unharmed. "Since it looks like the citizens have pretty much got the whole running thing down, I'll let Azul worry about them... Let's go kick some Spinatologist a**. That is, if our resident assassin doesn't mind?" Lena looked over at Jo-Jo questioningly.

	Honeybee For a while after May's death (once Sonaki had left to locate Malika), Honey kind of just wandered around, searching for his friends to confirm they were still alive and hadn't decided to betray him too. When he saw Jennifer, he ran over and hugged the girl. The moment he realized what one of the newcomers was doing though, he forced down his usual bubbly nature for something slightly more serious instead. He lifted his hands up above his head, moving his fingers in an odd motion that was meant to mimic rabbit ears and tilted his head. Honey wanted to locate Isis as well. The odd people with him also peaked his interest. He smiled sweetly at the male and hugged him, Honey's way of welcoming him to Giza. Once the fight was over, he'd have to locate a place for them to stay.
