hmm... good question.... i guess face my worst fear no matter how frightening so that i can become stronger and improve as a person... because if i keep running, what happens when there is nowhere left to run to... besides i don't want to be a coward for the rest of my life... but still it's so hard to face fears x_x it helps if someone's there to help you along the way...
