He first started showing temperament problems when he was barely old enough to speak. And when he was old enough to throw a punch, he was already getting into fights. The anger would flare up so suddenly that his parents would not know when to expect it and even if they did, by the time they moved to stop him he had already exploded. Eventually, his father left because of it.
After seeing first hand on several occasions, particularly when the young Kaileer attacked one of the clan leaders, they agreed to allow him to learn the ways of the clan to try to suppress his anger. It worked miraculously, but made the anger flares all the more dangerous.
Kaileer spent most of his childhood this way, like a pot waiting to boil over.
He was first introduced to shinobi at the age of nine when he was taken into the city for the first time. He was awestruck by what he saw. But the trip did not last long before he got into an argument with a particularly haughty, young shinobi. It ended in a nasty fight and Kaileer was practically dragged back home. Whenever he brought up the shinobi after, his mother refused to hear of it, telling him the way he behaved, he would never become one.
He fought them about it for the next year and a half until he finally gave in... Or so he told them. One night, he snuck away from his house to where the clan's scrolls were kept and spent the night through copying everything in them. The very next day, with the copied scrolls safely tucked away, he denounced himself of any relation to the Hakemoto clan, that he would keep the name Cein'lys, and left.
He ran as far as he could, finding himself in Kumogakure, one of the shinobi villages he had heard about. Despite his mothers claims, he was accepted into the academy there. Though it did take longer to graduate thanks to his short temper, his prowess as a fighter and a tactical thinker earned him the title of genin, the first step in his quest to become a shinobi.

Isamaru's father was of the mist village. Isamaru's mother took refuge secretly in the village and ended up working at a tea shop that happened to be Isamaru's father's favorite. The two met and it was love at first sight. Isamaru's folks were wed not more than half a year after they'd met, and had Isamaru himself not two years afterwords. Isamaru was a bright young kid who just never really fit in with the other kids in the village. As a child Isamaru showed a large skill and interest in ninjutsu and adapted both of the elemental powers from his parents of water and lightening. Isamaru passed top in his class in terms of performance, but was the class low in anything assigned to him. Isamaru did no work other than what the instructors asked of him and this led his classmates to dislike him even more.
Isamaru made friends in his squad as a genin throughout many trial and tribulations and alot of hard ship, as many mist genin had. Isamaru couldn't help but feel like he was letting the team down. But the young shinobi proved himself over and over again, and so he began to practice his craft and hone his skills. Isamaru through alot of menial tasks and backbreaking work came upon the rank of chunin as he was believed to be a man whom could begin to lead shinobi. Isamaru became a power house in the village and often a teacher to up and coming mist ninjutsu shinobi. Isamaru thought was on a mission where he met a few humble monks from the land of sand and decided to go forth and train with them. That was two years ago.
Isamaru has now returned to his homeland, a changed seemingly worldly man, but not without the old him still fresh on the surface. Under every stare, and half-hearted reply. Isamaru would go upon the village and try to do well by the young shinobi now.

A few issues with the PA's. First and second you're entitled to ONE free Bukijutsu or Taijutsu the second you'd have to give up 10 ninjutsu or genjutsu, which you do not have so one of them has to be changed.
Third PA needs definition, how increased? Slightly? Moderately? If Moderately something has to be sacrificed or you will need a good reason to not have a sacrifice or debuff to something else.

He was a genius even amongst the best of the best and his parent knew out as well as their enemies. During their trip to the Leaf Village one day the entire Mibu clan was eradicated due to their great skills in combat. Ostarva survived the attack due to efforts our his parents who had ties with the Leaf and the Hokage, who sent Anbu to guard Ostarva from any harm. After the slaughter Ostarva was given a pace in the Leaf to live as well as a chance to become a great ninjas himself. Due to the actions of the Leaf Ostarva developed great loyalty to them and swore with his life to protect them at all costs. With that said he joined the academy and during his time there he demonstrated skill and excellence that nobody expected of him.

He grew up reading a lot and standing up for bullied kids, even if it meant getting bullied himself. Because of his actions, he made many friends in the orphanage and became the protector of the weaker children. When he was older, it became clear that he clearly had potential to become a Shinobi and was thus sent to the Academy for training. There too he made a reputation as a quiet intellect, but also as a protector of the bullied and picked on. He was near the top of his class when he graduated, despite the fact that he didn't seem to possess an amazing bloodline like many of his fellow students, so he focused on what he was good at, his swordsmanship. He was the best swordsman in the Academy when he graduated and he looks forward to learning many more sword-styles, even as he remains unaware of the dormant power he possess.
