Well, I'm not so sure how the guild feels about something like that, but it's basically just him being able to use say, as a Chuunin, a Genin's ranked skill without the handsigns.

Now one handed, that would be better. >.> Kind of like how the Hyouton users perform some of their jutsu, though as a drawback, I would give the same weakness of other one-handed jutsu users, your jutsu would be weaker done with a single hand seal.

Like I said, Shinsua, I used to do this kind of thing in all my other guilds, and with returning to work on this one I'm getting passion back for some like my Halo one. >.>
