Also, whenever someone shows up; As the ninjutsu class it says my restriction on ninjutsus is split between my elements. Does this mean that neutral jutsu are counted as an element?

You don't split it up in ninjutsu class. Whatever number is there, is per element. So as a genin, you may learn fourteen total.

Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!Holycrap AWESOME 83 thank you...but that does mean that as a jounin nin class with the senju bloodline I get 13 Mokuton, 13 doton, 13 suiton, and 13 maruton as a max?

1) This Guild
2) Rise of the Lost: making my characters/posting/updating the guild
3) Making that Trinity Blood RP in Gaia Forums
4) Posting as the Kyuubi in another guild
Cause I'm unsure...

YEah. With zaine done we can get to getting the story in motion. We need more members in general, but if the story is on it's way, we can at least have that. Get people posting and what-not. I'm sure the whole "earn your rank and power" thing isn't going to be too difficult or a turn off. It's worked fine here, you know?
Hm...yeah. I need Jack to gain a Bijuu, and to become a Sanin and leave the village, become a neutral power that is saught out for his wisdom and who seeks out others to "test" them.
When the hell did my clan change?! D: Cause now the justu he learned for his clan has altered considerably. v.v

Lanny. Like I said, I'll be 'round more soon enough in Rise.
First we need to figure out the system in the first place. Although you should know... A jinchuriki wouldn't likely be allowed out of the village as a "neutral power". xD
I couldn't tell you when. You'd have to look 'round the updates forum.
