Cathryn sat down at the Ravenclaw table, excited for the feast to begin! She couldn't believe that summer had arrived once again. Usually, in muggle school, she somewhat looked forward to school ending. But here, in Hogwarts, she could live the rest of her life here. Well, she would enjoy the last few days as best she could.

Kitty glanced around the Great Hall. There only seemed to be a small number of students here. Apparently she had gotten here early. She swung her legs up onto the bench next to her, saving a seat for her guy-best-friend, Ethan. She stuck her hands out behind her back, saving a seat for her girl-best-friend, Seren.

Gwen sat down at the table, making sure she could still see her boyfriend. She couldn't believe that the end of one chapter was upon them. It seemed just yesterday that she and Cass were in the very room they sat in now, anxious to uncover who they would turn out to be. Now that she knew, she wouldn't change a thing.

For the future? Well, she had quite a bit of money from her parents, and Cass did too. She wanted to open a store with him. Just a simple one. She could see herself spending the rest of her life with him. That would definately be something.

The prefect smiled as she relaxed a bit. A new chapter was unfolding, one which she was eager to begin.

First year Ravenclaw



Ethan stepped excitedly into the Great Hall. He peered around at the crowded tables and varied expressions. Some were happy about the start of summer. Others were sad to leave their friends or melancholy about graduating. Still others were some bizarre combination of the two. Ethan himself belonged to the first category. Sure, he'd miss some of the friends he'd made this year, but his best friend, Cathryn, would be able to visit anyways. He was definitely glad that lessons were over, even being a Ravenclaw, he'd found many of them quite difficult. The only thing he felt sad about missing was the ability to perform magic, which would be lost as soon as he left the train. He was determined to make the most of the ride home, so he'd stashed some filibuster fireworks in his pocket and studied up on some hilarious charms.

As he approached the Ravenclaw table, a bright-red mop of hair caught his eye and he smiled cheerfully. Cat was sitting with her legs upon the bench, clearly saving a spot for him. He strode over to her and sat deliberately atop her shins. "How's it going, Cat?" He asked casually. "Long time no see. Get petrified by a basilisk or something?" With a quick giggle, he stood up to allow her to remove her feet. He then sat down again, this time serious. "I have a secret. You can't tell anyone." He spoke mischeiviously and seriously, keeping his voice low. Out from under his robes he produced several chocolate frogs, passing some to Cathryn. "Ahhhh. The end of the year. Bet you anything little Katherine's gonna be on my case until we're back again for our second year. By the way, congrats, mate."

It was around this time that the headmaster spoke, giving a flawless and obviously rehearsed speech. At the end, she announced the winners of the house cup, and Ethan leapt up and threw his hands into the air. Felling entirely ecstatic at Ravenclaw's victory, Ethan began to sing loudly. "HOGWARTS, HOGWARTS, HOGGY WARTY HOGWARTS...."

When he was finished, he returned to his seat and gasped as the food magically appeared as always, and loaded his plate with turkey thighs and bread and pumpkin pasties and mash, until there was no porcelain to be seen. He began to eat just like his father, with an unquenchable appetite and a bottomless pit of a stomach. When finished at last, he tore open a chocolate frog and ate it before it hopped away, then laughed at his card. There, on the small piece of paper, was the same witch who'd given the speech just a few minutes ago. He glanced up at Cat and showed her the card, the school song now stuck inside his head.

Yia smiled and sighed, worst year ever. He was sorted into the same house as Roi, so it was to be expected... That vile b*****d, Yia despised him. He didn't really gain many friends, and probably gained a lot of enemies. He sat down on the end of the table and let his head fall onto the table. He was looking forward to the summer, to be around technology again. That's one thing he missed the most from the Muggle World, TECHNOLOGY. Something that wouldn't survive in a magic school. He tried.

Other then it being horrible, he never got to really be with Thomas, Thomas was always down in the dungeons and he wouldn't go down their except for Potions. Roi's base of operations was down there, and he wanted to avoid that demon whenever he can.

Zamir sat down quietly at the ravenclaw table. It didn't register to him that this was his last year here. Part of him liked the idea of beginning a new chapter. He was now an adult. Out in the world he could do what he wanted to do. His parents were already in the process of convincing the ministry to allow him to join. Such work was perfect for him and his unique ability to see the smallest of details in any room.

He folded his arms lightly on the table as he waited for Xenos to join him. He had much to talk about with him. Xenos had been there for him through everything. He was like a brother to him and he wanted to make sure they kept in touch after graduation.

Cathryn winced as Ethan seated himself on her legs, but she didn't say anything. He then laughed and stood up. She swung her legs under the table, but kept her hand on the side that Ethan didn't occupy, waiting for Seren to show up. She giggled in delight as the boy sitting on her right slipped her a chocolate frog. She loved these candies, but didn't get them very often. "Thank you!"

While the Headmaster spoke, Kitty looked over at the Hufflepuff table. She saw the familiar blonde boy she had been searching for, and drew a piece of paper out of her pocket. She wrote a quick message on it, and let it fly. She watched it soar above the chattering students until it dropped out of sight behind the row of eating Hufflepuffs.

Yes, she would definitely miss Hogwarts.

Gwen was glad. Her house had won the cup. Her last year, and they had won. She couldn't ask for more of them. This night would be one she would always remember, one she felt as though she could cherish. The night wasn't even over yet!

A shroud tightened itself around her heart as she saw Cass stand up from the Slytherin table. He left through the great doors that started their journey so long ago. 'Now what could that boy be up to? she thought to herself as she got up to follow him.

The little plane that Cathryn had sent Devin came flying back, gently landing on her plate, much to Devin's delight, as he was laughing in his seat, which was at the Hufflepuff table.

You couldn't come over here to tell me this. Surely it would be a lot easier than this. No, I'm just kidding Cat, don't be sad. And sure, of course we could get together sometime over the summer. Might as well for I have nothing to do anyway. Not being able to use magic out of school is going to be a pain, speaking that I am going home to a pureblood family, whom all use magic at free will. But alas, we can still hangout over the summer...And thank you, you're quite the wizard as well, or is it wizardress, or witch? Nevermind, it does not matter really. It was nice meeting you and I hope to hear from you soon.

Cathryn giggled as the paper airplane she had sent to Devin returned back to her. She unfolded it and read the message inside with much excitement. A twinge of embarrassment came to her at the first line, but then she reasoned with herself. First of all, she was saving a seat for Seren. Second of all, had she come over, she most likely would have turned bright red, and lost the ability to form comprehendible sentences. Still... she didn't want Devin to leave without giving him a proper goodbye. She considered coming over and joining him after the headmistresses speech, when the headmistress stopped speaking. After a moments hesitation she leaned over to Ethan. "Ethan save my spot, and the spot next to me for a pretty first year girl called Seren. There's someone I've got to say goodbye to." With this, Cat stood up and made her way to the Hufflepuffs.

Yia was tired, really tired... He honestly wanted to go straight to his four poster up in the Ravenclaw tower. However, he had to sit here, in the Great Hall, waiting for the First Years to be sorted. He sighed slightly as he looked around for William, or should he say, Roi. The demon was around here somewhere, just not here in the Hall yet... But that's strange, Roi got into a carriage before them, and into a carriage ahead of them.

He held a hand to his chin as he thought, what could that b*****d be doing? He was about to ask his brother, when he realized just then, his brother wasn't here! Yia looked around, violently twisting his head back and forth looking for his brother. He couldn't see hide nor hair of the boy and now he was worried. He sighed however as the scars appeared on his skin again. Something that hadn't been there for awhile. He wondered who would actually care, after all one reason Yia and Thomas stopped being friends was because he liked using his ability... Obviously he was making the boy jealous of his talents.

Yia sighed again, he hated thinking like this. It made him seem like a depressed person, still his school year hasn't exactly been that good. No, it's been more interesting... In the bad way.

Hurrying into the Great Hall, Danielle's eyes shone with excitement as she found her way to the table past the billowing robes and bountiful chatter of the other Hogwarts students. Taking a seat, she smiled politely at the table's only other occupant. She didn't know the boy, but that didn't stop her from striking up a conversation. She had seen him around the castle and the Ravenclaw common room, though his name escaped her. "How was your summer?" She hoped she didn't seem too intrusive. "I'm Danielle, by the way. Dani for short if you wish." The smile remained, delicately framing her lips as she awaited his reply.

Yia was in deep thought when someone else had joined the table. He was off in the clouds when he heard a voice. So he turned to look at the girl next to him and he smiled. "Huh? Oh sorry, a bit distracted. Hi, I'm Yiaraw, you can call me Yia. My summer has been... interesting." He said to the girl, he honestly didn't feel like telling the girl what happened over the summer. However he turned his head to look at the doors, then looked up and down the table and the Slytherin table. He gulped as he saw that everyone was here except Roi and his brother were here. He hid his scars and turned his hair green again as he felt really worried for his older brother.

Simon walked over to the Ravenclaw table with a melancholy look on his face. He was happy to be Sorted into Ravenclaw but his first friend here, Lucas Frostmourne, had been Sorted into Gryffindor. He began to feel a clawing sense of fear creep through him. He didn't want to have to face the Ravenclaw Common Room without Lucas. He silently hoped that Lucille or Adair would be Sorted into Ravenclaw so that he wouldn't be alone. Crossing his fingers, he opted out of introducing himself and instead watched the rest of the Sorting ceremony.

Yia couldn't help but smile at the cry of Ravenclaw and he stood up and clapped for the boy when he joined them at the table. He held a hand out to the boy, a mischievous smile on his face as he turned his hair white and blue, the color of Ravenclaw. "Hey there Simon, welcome to Ravenclaw, I'm Yiaraw, call me Yia." He said cheerfully as he shook the boys hand and sat back down. His stomach growled and he frowned. He was really hungry, no doubt the people that heard the sound of his stomach would agree with that statement.
