The buzzing sound of static chakra soon filled Chikami's ears, which he quickly got annoyed at. He'd hoped no one would interfere further with this battle, but it seemed he had little choice but to deal with the victims as they came. As the birds formed of electricity flew through the air the blonde moved again off his running, flashing away just in the nick of time to avoid getting hit by any of them. the result only lead to more destruction to the village itself, which was totally fine with him. The more they ran wild, the better it would be in the long run. As debris fell to the earth below and smoke cleared, the assassin moved across the area through the smog with blurring speeds. After touching down on one foot, he spurred off again to Daitomi, whom was doing something strange. Swinging her blade at an invisible enemy. Well, whatever. Maybe she was crazy or something, but that wouldn't stop his assault. A searing pain would come from her backside as Chikami blurred passed, keeping on the move after his slash across her. It was a fools mistake to just stand around.
There needed to be more of it. More destruction to Kumogakure or else he'd be left to deal with the results of backlash. Hand signs seemed to mold together in single formation before a dragon comprised of pure wind formed around the area which he ran. "May whatever god judge me rightfully for my sins.." Anguish was felt dripping from those words. That beast roared, ripping through concrete and the area while Chikami continued to move about, not stopping for a second. If they didn't stop him soon the entire area would be eradicated.

Rikio watched as his humming lighting birds would. Blast the building. It was not his intentions but he guesses it could not be helped. Seeing Daitomi attacking at nothing he would wonder what the hell she was on. The white lightning made him wonder what she was exactly. Did she carry the Hatake blood same as him. White lighting was something subject him and his people. He was not aware that it could be imitated. This intrigued him. After Chikami was taken cared of he would ask her some questions. If she lived for Chikami took a chunk out of her back. Was she trying to get herself killed? Things were not looking well for his partner in this here fight for the safety of their village. The silver hared genin would dash to her side. "I hope you are still well enough to continue." The Genin would take two Kunai's from his holster and launch them in the direction in he felt Chikami would head for he was on the move. One had something tied around the hilt another in its loop. He had conjured a wind dragon to do much more harm on his village. Rikio had to stop him. Hopefully this Daitomi could do something about this dragon for he had nothing for it. His Jutsu at this moment would do way more harm then good. Right now his focus was on Chikami. If you were not careful with this guy he would capitalize as the Hatake had just saw. there was nothing much he could do but avoid the dragon and try to pinpoint what Chikami would do next.

Dai froze for a moment, his speed stunned her for a moment. Much faster than her own, much faster than what Kein had. Dai tried to move forward to run past him. But she gritted her teeth as the cold steal sliced into her back. Blood painted the roof. She stood with her hand over the shallow cut. She opened her eyes as the Furyuu no Jutsu was formed. The roar was all that rang in her ears. She lifted her hand and stared at the slice of red on her fingers. Her emerald eyes lifted as Chikami caused more Chaos. She had to get him away from the civilians that were hiding in the building. Dai looked at the silver haired boy as he asked her if she was well enough to continue. She nodded. "It's shallow, so I wont bleed out." She wiped her hand on the side of her pants. "We have to lure him out of the village." Dai told the boy. "I'll take care of the dragon, you get him lured out to the ruins." She looked at the boy. "Once there, we'll take care of Chikami, together. Understood?" Once Dai had gotten the response from him. She took off after the wind dragon.
Neither of her ninjutsus would be effective against the dragon. She sailed through the hand signs and called out. "Ijin Ryouiki Mizu Gomon ( Devil’s Domain Water Torture )" The water that had created her Suiryuudan no Jutsu from eariler, rose around the wind dragon before crashing upon the jutsu. Defeating it hopefully without any issues.

"This is a pointless war.." Truly it was. Was there any sense of honor in doing this? Any sense of pride whilst utilizing his power. Mindless destruction all for the sake of his own selfish desires, but what could he TRULY do to stop himself? If he were to fail this mission Gintama would have his head, but doing this hurt him so much inside. So many people were probably devastated by his actions, but damage had already been done. The life of a ninja was taken the moment he set foot on Kumogakure land and he did it without a second thought. Yes, he was indeed a monster who showed little remorse for what the past held or, at least, that was what he'd like to have thought. No memories, no family, no real self. Who was he to past the judgement of death onto the people of Cloud? This life only had a sliver of worth to it at this point..
Even so he needed to fight and continue onward; as such it was exactly what he did. The Dragon roared mightly as it ripped through the area, toppling buildings and making a mess of everything it came by. People ran in terror and all Chikami did was watch with eyes bathed in sorrow. "i'm truly sorry.." Indeed he was. So very sorry for what he was forced to do, but what other choice did he have? It was his own life versus there's and no matter the facade he put up death wasn't on the agenda any time soon. The Kunai from Rikio would fall to the debris building in the area as the blonde took to the air, sailing for a moment while holding Kyuutetsu in one hand. Eyes peering to the dragon as its roars slowly came to a stop; being swallowed by the water from earlier. The woman was far more resilient than Chikami first thought, so perhaps it'd be better for him to finish this sooner than later. "It seems this has been drawn out for too long and I don't have much time to waste. Sorry, but I'll have to kill both of you now.." An odd ink looking fixture seeped out onto the body of the blonde as it covered him totally in a diamond like shape, his golden chakra become malevolent; fluxed with a black outline. " It pains me deeply for not learning your name, child."
A huge flame engulfed the area around the assassin, mixing and forming. The heat alone set various areas on fire and intensified the area to such a degree water was hard to come by. The formation take shape quickly -- becoming a huge three headed beast comprised of flaming gold chakra. Its aim to destroy anything and everything in the area. Time to set this world ablaze..

Rikio would take a look at what was forming. It was not not skill anymore. It was he had nothing that could really stand against this. Not much could be done about this Hydra. at lest not something a mere Genin could muster up. Talent could not prepare one for this kind of situation. "Holy s**t..." It was getting hot. His eyebrow's would arch their way in. There was a mark spreading on Chikami body, like it was alive. Rikio would begin to grit his teeth. What was up with him meeting all these strong people out of the word work. First Apollo now this fool. A short grin was walking. "Heh, things are becoming a bit wild." His Chokuto would makes its way out of his sheath. The blade spinning between his fingers he would watch on. He had no idea how he was going to win this, but he would have to come up with something. He was getting rather excited. He would wait for the Hyrda and his marked up master to make its move. It had yet to attack and Rikio could kind of see what its purpose was. It was to cause destruction. Maybe they could use that to their advantage. The rank of the Jutsu was just too high to run in foolishly. it was time to use his strategic mind and come up with a game plan, but first things first. He had to survive. There was no way he was going to die here.

As the wall of water crashed and washed over the streets. Dai stood with eyes only on Chikami. Knew that he realized that she was more resilient than he originally thought. Dai took her stance as she watched the intense fluxes of Chikami's signature. They were like wild fire around his frame. Which then told her...he was Konnin rank. She tensed at the site, his chakra changed quickly to a malevolent with a black outline. Her mouth opened as she heard the tone in his voice. She stepped back as the area around Chikami turned into flames, mixing and forming. Dai stared at the huge form as it took shape. Her eyes wide as it formed. She had only read about this Katon, but to see it formed in front of her. It left her paralized. "It can't be...a Shinhidora." She knew the rank of jutsu and knew there was no way she could beat it. Being made of paper, she would die for certain.

Someone had been kind enough to leave him a layer of water for him to turn it to ice as he slid along. He could smell the burning and feel the heat as he made a small ramp from ice launching himself onto the roof of one of the buildings along the street. He instantly saw the huge flaming hydra and froze for a second. He had nothing against that. It was freaking huge. He glanced down at the street below and saw a woman. While she was striking she wasn't exactly a beauty. He did see her freeze though and that was bad as well as her blood. He had to do something else-wise that hydra would end up killing her. His hands flew through the seals as he hefted his hands in front of him. Takitsubo no Jutsu [ Waterfall Basin Technique ] The water shot up from under the ground around Dai and himself as the heat from the hydra already started to evaporate some of it. He leaned over the ledge and pushed off with his legs diving into the mass of water and instantly his chakra flared as he wrapped his arms around her and once they met formed one last seal freezing both of them instantly in that moment. Not dead but not alive. In stasis.
He had been on his way home from training, when something had caught his attention. The sounds of a battle were coming from the marketplace, an odd thing to hear in the location. His curiousness got the best of him as he couldn't help but head over there, changing plans and deciding not to go home. When he arrived on the scene, he wasn't sure what to make of what he was seeing. There were a few nin engaged in a battle, a few attacking just one. There was a man he did not recognize, and judging from how things were going, he assumed he was the one not welcome. Though things were not going so well for the others, as he had summoned up quite a jutsu. Not being close enough to be in its path, all he could do was watch to see how things turned out. He wanted to help, but he was not so dumb to blindly rush into something he could do nothing about. In his mind the best he could do was wait for the jutsu to die down, and if there was anyone left he would jump in, or if they perished he would try to be a last defense of sorts. He didn't know what the man wanted, but he knew that he could not let him just walk away unchecked after such a devastating attack. It was basically a suicide mission in his mind, but he would rather go out in a blaze of glory then to sit around and wait for this monster to find him. So from where he was, he had his blade drawn and pointed towards the man. "I don't know who you are, but it's obvious you're not welcome here! So I suggest you leave, or I'll have to remove you myself. " He sounded very brave despite how he felt, but he couldn't let this man know he was intimidated.
Fear. Yes, this was the feeling he'd gotten from the two. Were they so afraid of his power that they couldn't step to him. Better yet, would they even have those thoughts? It was good they knew their limitations, but Chikami didn't feel like personally dealing with them anymore. The Hydra with do all the work for him. Slowly the blondes eyes closed as he shifted on his heel, turning as the beast roared to the heavens; shaking the very columns of the village to its core. People stared in fear -- wondering who could even attempt to stop such a mighty creature. Even the Kage would have a hard time dealing with this rampant monstrosity. The walk was slow, but as the assassin turned the Hydra moved forward with a single step, completely collapsing in structures near it and causing huge flaming burns. It was so much chaos. So much destruction and it all came from one lone nin. "Destroy everything, Shinhidora.." And that was what it had planned to do. Its master had willed it, after all.
In a blur of gold Chikami disappeared from the area, needing to continue onward with his initial mission. The first part was complete; basic evaluation of these ninja took little to no time at all, but he needed to head towards the next area and retrieve the files Gintama commanded. All for the sake of his own selfish desires this was being done. He'd have too punish himself later for these deeds.
Shinhidora looked downward to the mites with growing tenacity. Eyes flaring with burning grief; the will to eradicate was strong within. With the sight of yet another entering the battle it reeled back in a mighty roar, piercing the very sky above. One arm went outward it a swipe, smacking the bodies of the two frozen away and into a nearby building. The result would leave them burned, but not too much considering their frozen state. Still, it would put them effectively out of the fight either way. "GROOOOOAAAAHH!!!" More needed to be destroyed! Death to all those who opposed it! No one dare stand in this dragons way! Its tail swiped across a nearby building, sending it flying into several more before hitting the outer rim of a wall. This was no longer war, but slaughter.

Dai stood as the Hydra roar, fear in her eyes. This would be her turning point. ...If I get out of this, I am going to train to get stronger... Dai closed her eyes. ..."I WONT BE AFRAID ANY MORE!"... At that precise moment, the area around Dai, the water that had created several of her attacks, froze and turned in ice. She whipped around as a Takitsubo formed around her. As the one that made the technique entered in, she went to look at their face. But everything happened quickly, Dai grabbed ahold of the beings clothing and buried her face into their shoulder. Something told her she would be alright. The last things she remembered was that the heat of fire was gone, replaced with a cold sensation like the snow in Yuki. And seeing Sypher's face, smiling at her and mouthing "You'll be okay".

Chikami was trying to get away while the flaming Hydra was running rapid. Rikio could not lose sight of him he had to act fast or he would get away. It was either go through the Hydra or all is lost. It would take too much time to go around and there was no telling what would be done if he attempted. There was only way to get past this Hydra. Looks like it was up to him to stop this Chikami character. They were failing on after another and Rikio could not stand it. He was going to have to use it. His Chokuto in his his grip it would start to crackle with his white lighting. The sound of a thousand birds chirping could be heard off the blade. "Chidori..." He would mutter under his breath as he feet began to move at a very rapid pace. All could be seen was dust in his wake. He left the ground shoot through the air his body twirling mid flight as both his his hands griped the blade. "Sai!" He would unleash four slashes with all his might. Even this level jutsu was not enough to destroy being of flames. But destroying it was not his intention. He needed space. As the four large crescent shaped lightning waves shoot fourth Rikio was right behind them. They would split the flame hydra in its center and make a opening in its flaming body. The genin would make the hand seals necessary. The Hatake would turn into a quick strand of white electricity and blast through the opening before it could more than likely reform. The genin blazed onto the other side of the building reforming back to his normal form as he fell to the ground. He had to go after him. He was a bit wobbly as he got to his feet. He would have to deal with Chikami on his own then. Everyone else was busy with the hydra and he was the only one with a hint on his location. It was reckless but he had no other choice. He would be in for the fight of his life.

Jutsu Used Raikou Henge no Jutsu [ Lightning Transformation Technique ] Rank: D Upgraded to C Official Description: When performing this skill, the user transforms into an extremely quick 'strand' of lightning. In this quick state, nothing is done slowly - everything is in a rush for the user. However, this strand of lightning is incapable of changing directions on its own. It can only change directions by bouncing off another object, such as a tree or a boulder, but the user is capable of bouncing off in any angle they wish to. The transformation automatically dissipates when the user makes contact with a living target: being in a state similar to lightning, the user plunges completely into their target, and ends up in their physical state on the other side of their opponent. Chidori Sai (One Thousand Birds Cut) Rank - B Upgraded to A This attack is a mixture of Hatake Clan’s specialties. The user is able to channel their ration through their weapon of choice. Through repeated slashes (maximum of 4 shots) they become able to unleash raiton blasts that appear to be white in color. These slashes cleave metal like a hot knife through butter. These slashes are extremely fast and blinding to those who are not the Hatake or Lightning User in question, thus making this technique special. This jutsu does not require handseals.

Destruction wrought that would be told through generations; Shinhidora just kept on destroying building after building til the area was a wreck of its former self. Fire danced as it strolled along, roars piercing the air with each advancing step. Its heads reared, looking about to see nothing else interesting for it to play with. One of those mites had gotten away utilizing some type of lightning technique, but that was no concern of the beast currently. It was created to cause death and that was what it intended to do. In the distance the sound of an explosion going off grabbed the monsters attention and that was where its aim was then focused. To the gates!

Going along the streets, Suzume helped anyone that would need it. The red head really had no idea as to the situation of the intruders but she had yet to run into any opponents. When she finally made it to edible creations, she searched for any trapped inside buildings or under debris. The destruction really was massive, Kumo seemed to be the village for that sort of thing these days.
What she found next really was astounding. Two shinboi, trapped in ice that had not seemed to melt even in the slightest despite the flames. It must have been from that Kekkei Genkai she had heard a bit about. Not exactly sure if she could drag them through the streets to the hospital and being without the use of fire jutsu, Suzume fell back on something that she could do.
Drawing her sword, the red head walked around the both of them, judging the thickness of the ice in areas around them and giving the ice a test cut. Tough stuff, but she would be able to cut through it, she just had to be careful. With skill honed after much training, the swordswoman began cutting away at the ice and circling it as she did so. The strikes were fast yet controlled, cutting into the ice without cutting the people inside. She was moving so fast that her movements blurred together and it would be hard for any to keep up with just how many cuts she used.
When she stopped, the ice began falling away in chunks, and everything else Suzume would just pry off until the two shinobi inside were free. Daitomi and Myurai, they were still alive but barely. Hoisting Daitomi over her shoulders, she grabbed Myurai under one arm, partly dragging him, she headed to the hospital.

There was nothing left for him here, as the man had fled. He was going to attempt to help the two in the ice, but someone had already gone and done it. All that was left for him to do was to give chase to the man, and attempt to stop him if it were possible.
And it was a beautiful day in the neighborhood. The birds were a chirping. The dogs were a barking. Yep, things had returned to a subtle calm after the actions of the duo assassin's who entered the village some weeks ago, but now something new seemed to be on the horizon. Without a warning to anyone or anything, a dark mist seeped from the ground of the edible creations district just as construction was going on. Most took this as nothing more than kicked up dust and continued on their merry way. Others took it as some form of poison and stayed clear out of the area, but for those whom stayed inside? Well, the dark purple-ish mist began to grab hold of their very being; latching on and altering form. The people left behind shifted shape and seemed to become more feral. They lacked the color of their eyes. Hell, they even lacked a healthy skin tone and had become a flask dark pigmentation. It was clear that something was very wrong. Without warning or explanation to these acts, those affected just began running wild from the Creations District. Soon they'd be out running amuck in the rest of Kumogakure. An alert resounded through the village, letting everyone know that something was afoot.
