Ahhh... feeling a little better.

I won't sleep much tonight though. Alcohol has that effect on me, for some reason.

No, we haven't fought... He actually came over this morning to take me to the clinic, and admitted he was being an a*****e because he was scared shitless. I think there was a mumbled "I'm sorry," in there somewhere.

The test was negative. I was told to wait until my period actually comes down before starting a new pack of pills, then start over as if everything was normal.

Aside from needing alternate contraceptives meanwhile, the real downside is no pills = horrible mood swings.

Pity the people around me. I sure do.

We got a couple of six packs of Coronas, some limes, and a big bag of frozen hot wings to bake at home.*

I'm kind ofreally hung over right now... and he was in no condition to drive so he's snoring in the guest bedroom. Grumpy Lil' Tiger is keeping him company.

*If you thaw the wings and bake them low and slow, it decreases the burn considerably. This is good to know because last time I accidentally got extra hot and paid for it - I will spare you the details.

Oh, I see. I thought I missed out on something back there. At least you guys are on speaking terms now. Yeah, I can imagine him being a wee bit scared about your condition. I mean, how are you guys going to hide the little one?

That's just your hormones going back to normal level. And to be honest, I don't really pity those around you, considering the things they've done to you in the past. Just hang in there a bit, and control yourself for a while sweatdrop

Oooh, I'll definitely try that out emotion_dowant Now you've got me drooling rofl

Now why would I hide that? The poor little potential person wouldn't be to blame for anything. Plus the sick, twisted satisfaction of my parents finding out just where it's coming from... I'd rub it into their faces with glee if I thought I could get away with it unharmed. "See, this is what happens when you double down on playing house, your kids don't know each other and end up screwing like bunnies on Viagra," or something even worse.

Not so much speaking terms as having to decide WTF are we really doing. We agreed to take a day in the middle of the week to really sit down and figure stuff out.

In my case, normal level of hormones = antisocial, bordering on homicidal. See first paragraph for examples.

Errr.... Sorry? cat_sweatdrop but yeah, thawing and slow-baking makes them SO much better. Too bad we ate them all, the spicy would have helped with the hangover.

Well since you put it that way, I guess things wouldn't be that bad for you guys. I guess it's just my own cultural up-bringing that got me worried for you sweatdrop

Hang in there, I know you can do it Gigi. Think of your wait in a positive way; think of what you'll have once the wait is over.

*snickers at the title*

Mmmm... Snickers. I could use a bar... or six. Eat ALL the varieties!

My period is coming down hard. I'm cramping badly and am using maxi pads instead of tampons to let it flow more freely. I'm also sitting on a folded towel with no pants on, in case I have spillage again.

Yuck...

It's not really that bad after a while. My problem with tampons is they tend to extend the flow by blocking it. I loathe pads but if I know I'm not going anywhere I'll use a super maxi with wings and whatever at home and just go with the flow.

I had a really bad period a few years ago, to the point that I was sitting at a computer at the library and ended up leaving a bloodstain in the chair. At least it was dark fabric so not as noticeable, but I had to wrap my cardigan around my waist to cover the huge stain on the a** of my jeans before I could even stand up. Once I got to the bathroom I had use the disability-friendly stall to take my jeans off, dump the oversaturated pad in the trash, rinse my panties out as best I could and blot the jeans with paper towels to dry them off as much as I could before heading home.

When she heard the story, that's what finally convinced my mother I needed to go on the Pill.

That's god awful but at least it served a purpose I suppose >.<

I used to wear tampons all the time but now suddenly I'm finding that they hurt me unless I take the AZO Yeast pills that I bought from Wal-Mart. Not sure that is what it is but they help. I've noticed it gets worse Robert decides to put his filthy hands on me (like the other night while I was sleeping)... o.O I wonder why that could be. >.< (He's a very unclean person!) Pads are a pain for sure...I was playing basketball with one of my friends in my younger years and the pad worked its way out of the leg of my pants... she asked me what it was and I said nothing and I fled back to my house.

Oh man, embarrassing stories related to periods.... I was in my math class in 6th grade... when I bled all over my desk chair... not just a little either... and my teacher (who was a man) donned some rubber gloves and cleaned it up in front of the entire class. I had to call my mom to bring me an extra set of clothes. emotion_facepalm

I also had a few times where I would be sitting in class zoning out and sweating because the cramps hurt so bad (all of them seemed to be in my Honors English Classes that I can remember o.O) I would go to the bathroom and just sit there for the whole class until my teachers would come and ask if I was okay... when I would say no my mom would come get me and I would spend the rest of the night in the bathtub. I think they have evened out quite a bit now because even though I still remember how awful those times felt I haven't had a super bad cramping episode in a while now. My period started out as 7 days or longer now its down to three (if I even get the damn thing!)

The yeast pills thing: no offense implied at all but DUH. He's so filthy you get infections from him touching you there!

6th grade: OUCH!!!

The changing periods thing: maybe you have PCOS?
