Nahm chomped on another mouthful of popcorn and scootched down in his seat, getting comfortable. He'd wait for the arms-around-shoulders maneuver till he'd finished eating. "Hey, is that guy getting eaten?" he asked, indicating the screen and tilting his head with interest.

It was pleasant inside the theater, and noticing this pleased Shine. Between the darkness and the candy, this seemed like the perfect place to be! She slid into the seat next to Nahm, wiggled on the cushion until she got comfortable, and gave him a kiss on the cheek (or half cheek half hoodie, to be more accurate) for picking such good seats out for them. And for someone else too! She was delighted at the prospect of a new friend, but did her best to keep her cool. "Hi, um, hi...Zar?" she greeted him in a hushed voice, hoping she'd gotten his name right. "It's...nice to sit with y--" She abruptly stopped speaking. The culprit appeared to be the candy labeled 'Mike&Ike' that she'd popped into her mouth by the handful, which was now spilling out of her mouth as she held it open, tongue out. "Bluuuhhhh..." she groaned, trying to wipe any remnants off of her tongue with the palm of her hand. It didn't taste much better. She'd been so caught up in ridding herself of the terrible taste that she completely missed what was happening on the screen, but it was kind of loud and she didn't like it much. There was a new friendship at stake, however, and and old one she intended to keep...so she mimicked Nahm, tilting her head alongside him.

Zar wasn't enormously surprised that Nahm zeroed in on someone being eaten, the boil did have his priorities and those transferred very easily over to the screen. He still didn't personally see the draw of eating - the meal he'd had with the grue had had been very enjoyable indeed - but short of that food was still an unnecessary factor in his life and a monetary drain. "I sometimes forget that humans are edible." Or he tried to forget, the spike of instincts he experienced around the hunters he'd met had been entirely unacceptable and too close to a loss of control.
He worried this movie was going to play to a lot of things he didn't want to think about.
"Do you think there will be a lot of this?" he said, with a frown, fiddling with the collar of his shirt.
Manners once again prodded him into action and he blurted in a stammer to Shine. "Oh. Erm. Hello. It's yes. It's very nice. To make your acquaintance"
He made a face. Smooth.

Nahm would take care of that extra candy for you, Shine, weird tasteless human food or not. He scooped up the rest of the box. "Don't know," he answered Zar cheerfully. "Guess we'll see." He fiddled with his glasses; they made his eyes feel weird, but when he briefly tried removing them, the movie looked weird in a way that actually made him feel faintly ill, and he promptly put them back on. No sense risking wasting food.
He flicked his eyes to each side, a wide, sneaky grin appearing on his face. Shy creeple were just so much fun to harass. "I'm sure you'll get along just fine," he announced.

A few scenes later, the group had met most of the movies main protagonists as they were slowly gathered from their natural habitats, and brought together to work on the project that would fuel the entire plot: some theme park based on dinosaurs. Soon they were flying through the air inside the belly of a metal machine, and toured through a museum of relics. Bones and pictures, and things that bored even the humans sometimes. And, finally, they end up in a motor powered vehicle, to inspect the place for itself. Took them long enough.

Talking during the movie? Riyo didn't give a s**t. It was just some petty human garbage, wasn't it?
Akubi happened to catch the ghoul off guard by flicking a fish at her face. Immediately, she released his finger with a hiss.
"Why the hell did you give it to him?" The feline whispered angrily at Poke. "I saw him buy his own nasty human food." Now he was just gonna chuck her box of mistake at her for the rest of the movie, or at least that was the worst case scenario Riyo had decided upon.
She looked to the boil seriously. "Give them back."

Whoops, she had thought about that. Poke just shrugged at Riyo's question, slightly distracted by the movie which was introducing more humans and scarelings. Oh hey! A baby dinosaur, so THATS they were talking about! She still thought dragons were better, but hey, dinosaurs could be pretty cool,. Maybe they would get to fight each other? Thats what half the previews went on about anyway. Dinosaurs and explosions seemed like a pretty cool mix. Oh wait, Riyo was saying something again. "He would of had ammunition anyway?" Not that she had considered using them as ammunition, otherwise she might started throwing them.

Uru sat in his chair next to Molan while everyone else continued to squabble. He was more interested as to why the Humans were not as bothered by their antics than watching the actual pictures on the wall. It seems the Humans in the images of the wall were moving into some sort of box on wheels. How did it move? Where were they going? What was a 'dinosaur'? Why did the man before get angry when he was told it was a raptor? Were those not predatory avian? They have them nowadays.
The hellhound leaned forward to the group beside him.

She let go of the finger and he wiped the hand off on his clothes. Riyo wanted them back?
...Fine. She could have them.
"Alright." Akubi said quietly as he moved to hand them back only to tip the container over and empty it out all over her lap. Now she had them back. All of them.
That is what she got for biting him. Certainly he didn't care but on the other hand... Tit-for-tat. He wasn't going to just let her beat and bite on him without consequence.

Riyo had been about to say something back to Poke, most likely a violent insult, when she found herself covered in fish. Sort of.
Her mouth hung open for a moment, glaring at the boil as she often did.
Then she just... Shoved the candy out of her lap, folded her arms, and threw on that 'I'm emotionally constipated' look as she stared at the screen in a huff. Really, she'd missed a few minor plot points, but the fact that it was a movie centered around humans and dinosaurs couldn't have been going anywhere friendly. With any luck she could forget about the t**t sitting beside her for the duration of the film.

Dinosaurs finally make an actual appearance in the movie. They seem pretty harmless.

Efflo hides for the rest of the movie, trembling. Why is everything so loud and bitey? And what about that poor cow?
