Alexander and Marcus walked to the dock as Alexander whistled. a large sub in the shape of a whale ruse to the surface. "You always did know how to travel in style..." Marcus said swooning a little before laughing. "Only the best for you..." Alexander replied sweetly as they turned to the others. "Do you think she'll be able to do it?" He asked The bar owner before raising an eyebrow. Marcus smirked and chuckled. "Yes...she's a natural with Ice...manipulating water should be easy for her...though she's not mermaid or fishwoman." He said smiling

"Come on!! We're getting ready to leave!" Evan called to Daren as he stood up slowly. "You can check once we get there...I doubt they'll peg you as a terrorist anyway!" He said as his cat meowed and growled slightly at Daren

Nick shuffled over to the docks, waiting for the entrance to the Whale or Sub or whatever to open. Kinda hungry now. Damn, should have brought something to eat, maybe more bullets too. He thought, sighing.

"There's no need to apologize. You needed the rest." Skye said to Joe. She found it strange that he would be apologizing for sleeping when he was wounded. "How are you feeling?" she asked as she followed him out.

"Better. Your magic helped greatly in my care." Stopping as he looked back at her he gave a small smile. "Thou has my thanks, tho the damage to my ribs will stay the wound will heal and I will be able to fight again should the need arise." Looking above her for a moment Joe turned back to look at Alexander and Marcus before opening and closing his hand a few times. "How are you though enforcer?" Joe asked suddenly as he turned back to look at Skye. "Thou had run into troubles before your arrival."

"I'm just trying to watch out for my guys, no need to get snappy!" Daren retorted as he shut the laptop and thrust it back at Evan. "Closest thing I've got to family, so you'll forgive me if I don't want them getting tangled up in this s**t."

"Huh? Oh that. I'm fine. Something like that was inevitable, it was just a little more extreme than I imagined." Skye said as she rubbed the back of her head. She thought that Joe was asleep during all of that. "Mare continues to strike and most likely I've been labeled a traitor by now, but I was fully aware this would happen. So you might want to call me something else from now on." She said with a small smile of her own to return back to him. It would be nice if he could call her by her name. She could see that their ride has arrived near Alexander and Marcus. She joined the others and waited for Daren and Evan to come by.

Looking at Skye, Joe nodded slightly as he listened to her talk of Mare. "Then if not enforcer what shall I call you then" he asked her thinking for a moment before exhaling slightly. "I have not learned any of your names and as such none have given them" Joe told her crossing his arms slowly the pain still radiating from his wound. "T'would be the right thing should we be partner for the entirety of this campaign to know that much." Reaching his hand out to her Joe offered a small smile. "Joesph......Joesph Aulrich" he said with a soft smile towards her, why he had not done this the night prior he was unsure.

"Oh right. Our meeting was not the best of circumstances. I've just been picking up names from what I hear. My name is Skye Zane." She said as she grabbed Joe's hand and shook it. "Maybe once we get settled in the blue nation we can go through introductions again." She said as she smiled back at him. She actually still doesn't know the assassin's name and still needs to get use to working with a killer around.

"I have picked up on the names of others but until they have been given it is rude where I come from to call them as such. A name is a personal thing and given it out is a thing of trust between parties" Jacob said his grip on her hand light and subdued as he withdrew his hand after the hand shake. "Indeed maybe when we arrive where ever the keeper and his friend is bringing us."

Evan blinked and blushed lightly. "I..um..." He muttered as he put the laptop away. "I'm sure they are fine..." He said as he stood up and adjusted his bag before exiting the water whale and heading towards the sub.

Marcus watched Evan and sighed. "These kids have a lot of work ahead of them..." He said as he pulled out a pocket watch, "By the way...Alex darling, how is the um...ya know." He asked as he crossed his arms. Alex's face became serious as he looked at Marcus. "It's begun cracking....I believe something has happened to make someone angry. It may be best we get these kids to their proper destinations before the sea runs black..." Alexander said slightly worried. "You can feel it can't you..."He said noticing the pocket watch. Marcus sighed. "Yes...and I'm sure the others can too..." He said as he looked at the watch more noticing a small crack in the glass. "Have they reached out to you yet to find me?" He asked the fishman who shoke his head. "Good...if the worst happens at least part of it is safe already..." He muttered before turning and walking towards the sub.

Skye was intrigued and amused by Joe and his values. He was stubborn and would charge right into battle, but he was more kind and polite than most people in the world. She kept her smile as she thought of this before looking over at Marcus and Alexander. "Something wrong?" She asked walking towards them when saw the serious look on their faces.

Marcus smiled sweetly. "Oh, nothing. Nothing my dear." He said looking at her. "Simply a bittersweet moment realizing I'm returning home after such a long time away...It'll be great to see the sight of that nation under the waves..." He said quietly as he gripped his watch tightly. "It's called 'the fountain of Faith' and seeing this city..." He said before looking up at the tall buildings against the gray clouded sky. "It's troubling..." He said before shaking his head. "Anyway! Are you ready to leave how to move like a merfolk?" "Or Fishfolk?" Alexander added before smiling Marcus chuckled. "Yes...or Fishfolk. You will be escorting the sub with me and Alexander." He said as he closed his watch and pocketed it

Walking up beside Skye Joe looked at Marcus as he looked at his watch. "Shall we go then? Time spent here is time that Mare could be plotting things. T'was said he knows of us, should we not make haste to complete out quest?". Looking at Skye for a moment he returned his eyes back to Marcus. Something was.....off about him but he wasn't sure what tho it had seemed that Skye had picked up on it as well but he would not be the one to pry.

Hearing Marcus' answer, Skye still couldn't shake the fact that there was something else that was wrong. Something that they weren't telling them. There was no time to ask more about the subject and she doubt that she'll actually get it out of them. When Joe came by, she nodded in agreement with him. They should be leaving now. "How will I be escorting?" she asked, feeling like it won't be simply swimming besides it.

Marcus smiled. "Alex do you mind telling the sub crew that we are ready to leave?" He said smiling. Alexander nodded. "Shall we go, my electric brother?" He said to Joe as he began walking towards the sub. Marcus looked at Skye and toke a deep breath. "I can tell you are more used to freezing and the use of Ice. There is a a section of the blue nation that specializes in that form of using blue essence. But for now, you will learn how to tap into the essence with in you. The power of the Blue essence is the ability to keep faith flowing like a mighty river. even when a river has dried up and only trickles of water exist it still flows freely." He said sternly. "Beings of the blue nation are proud of the faith they have and are inspiring to others who lack this, we had the faith that we could change our forms in order to move our mother tribe under the waves, and so we did." He said as his face and legs transformed into their fish form as he summoned his trident. "Since you've been picked you must have the faith in yourself to be able to return to the land of your ancestors that lies beneath the crashing waves." He said smiling as he leaned in next to Skye's ear. "Remember this along, even long after you leave the waves, all the purity's are missing a fragment....find the fragments and you will find the great ones...but keep this to yourself." He whispered before he stood back up and winked at Skye. "Now follow me to the dock's edge." He said as his tails turned back into legs as he walked towards the dock's edge.
