Incessant buzzing heralded an angel of insects...er mayhaps less of an angel and more of demon. Afterall he would associate the title of insect angel best befitting of Nozomi rather than himself. Ebony wings of many tiny eyes could be seen from yonder window of the sero, a gust of pheromone laden wind which smell of greenery plucked from the dirt rushing forth as the figure with eyes of pitch black and a mask of medical origin landed upon one of the sero's many balconies. On his back detaching itself a spider the size of most dogs which landed next to him. From the window the figure would vanish only to reappear with the opening of the doors once more and again another rushing of wind riddled with earthen tones. The cloud of black which had once taken the shape of wings now dispersed as their bearer loosed a sleeve in which they funneled into and vanished, the remaining closing the door behind him before they made their hasty retreat into their living sanctuary.
Standing upright with hands now in his pockets the new face walked casually and in doing so stood parallel with the red haired yamanaka at the secretary's desk. If he were to look upon him he'd find that the man was unsettlingly tall standing six feet seven or more inches give or take and gave off a foreboding presence. Inadvertently Kumotake had gone and completely didn't realize the Yamanaka's presence and when the secretary was readily about to answer the boy the tall ominous man's back made an audible snapping sound as he leaned in cutting the secretary off. "Where's Kaka-san?!' Sounding hurried if not almost panicked the man's cool demeanor turned into one of unexpected assertion.
The sudden outburst was not unwarranted however, the anbu which had paged the Chunin simply told him and perhaps others to gather at the sero for 'an urgent' situation. The lack of details made ones speculations fear the worst. Or they did in Kumotake's case. Still one thing stood apparent, it was still rather rude of the tall man to cut in front of the Yamanaka and cut of the secretary before he had been addressed.

•Adhesive Pores: Kumotake can now crawl or crabwalk creepily on all fours. When doing so he can climb flat surfaces and cling without the need for the water walking jutsu. Still, this is incredibly slow and inefficient for any purpose other than stealth. It's also incredibly unsettling to watch.
>Arach-nightmaria: Kumotake's Kikaichu having quite possibly absorbed the adverse twisted chakras of the former hellscape and now have, in their genetics, chakra traces of the beings who had once resided in the nightmare. The gloves allow interaction with chakra structures and the pores on the gloves themselves can produce threading from each fingertip. The threading can then attach to structures allowing them to be manipulated by pulling them. These threads are not unlike chakra threads in strength but are clearly visible. When finger tips are brought together the produced threads can fuse into one leading to garrote wire like executions.

Katsurou Yamanaka
The instant Katsurou was finished speaking, it seemed, he was met with an earthy breeze uncharacteristic of this area of the village. He turned his head to the window, but didn't catch anything there, which only unnerved him. That same feeling that ate at his stomach worsened as he turned the other way to see a dark cloud at the door. He was thankful that he didn't flinch, but his stomach churned further as the cloud seemed to be sucked into the sleeve of the stranger.
Katsurou was shameless in his appraisal him as he rushed to the desk, first noticing the medical mask and then becoming aware of the colossal size of him. Was the man wearing contacts? Katsurou knew that there was a wide variety of eye colors in Kirigakure, some due to doujutsu, but he'd never seen such darkness. It seemed... inhuman. Everything was made worse when the Yamanaka's eyes rested on the large spider. To his credit, he didn't jump over the secretary's desk to hide behind her, away from the dog-sized arachnid. He was thankful that he didn't generally find bugs terrifying, although that very well might change soon. The upperclassman asked for someone named Kaka-san, though the name held no meaning to Katsurou.
He felt blood rush to his face at being interrupted, whether from the injustice of it or the fact he knew he wasn't going to be confrontational about it, he couldn't say. He took a step to his left to give himself some distance from the other, and tried to only look at the spider through his peripheral. It served as a disadvantage to himself, as he convinced himself he'd seen the spider crawl closer to him and he nearly jumped out of his skin as a result. He gave his fellow countryman a little more space. Then, he held his hands out in a complacent manner, more aware than ever that the spider's (partner? owner? tamer?) had a whole foot on him. "Good spider," he cooed, "Good spider."

___Krissella was dressed in all black, not completely uncommon from her, but the usual flares of lace or ribbon was demure today, even her make-up was neutral and calm. She had been standing behind her desk, getting ready to leave, eyes often glancing to the window, when Katsurou had arrived, features sad and eyes soft. Dawn had just broken.
___"Hm?" She turned, features blank before turning hard for a brief moment. She did not answer straight away, turmoil evident. When she did move - a shift of her shoulders, stance turning firm - it was interrupted by a sudden start of buzzing. Again Krissella was going to address the two shinobi - and again she was cut off. Her eyes fluttered closed, obviously fighting an inner arguement, before she breathed out and forced her shoulders to relax. "The Mizukage should be making his speech by now. Jack's funeral ceremony is today." She added the last bit of information with a down-turn of her features, a mixture of sadness and anger. "The funeral service occuring in front of the main entrance." She added, bite to her words. She caught herself, breathing slowly in an attempt to calm down. "It will be finished shortly. And the new missions will be made available to all shinobi." ___
[･･･] "They are available now." Inka spoke from the back of large reception room. The usual Mizukage robe expected of Inka had been replaced with a black mourning edition. As respectful as it was professional. The Kage's step were unhurried by determined, his steps completely silent to the untrained ear. "'Take-kun." He spoke, voice softer now. Inka lifted his hands a gentle look on his face. He cupped the Chuunin's face and abrubtly pinched the younger man's cheeks. "My first speech as Mizukage and you're up here? Tsk," He clicked his tongue but released his hold on the bug-associated shinobi. "Good morning, Sukoso." Inka greeted the large spider with a respecful smile and bow of his head before turning his gaze onto the new shinobi before him.
"Katsurou Yamanaka, Lord Mizukage." Krisella supplied. Inka stepped closer, gold eyes flecked with red, his gaze guarded and appraising.
"I see." He mumbled. "Dont worry over Sukoso." Inka advised. "It's Kumotake that causes trouble." A smirk appeared on his thin lips. "I know of you. Recent graduate. You haven't submitted all of your paperwork yet, though." Inka strode pass the two younger shinobi and walked up behind Krisella's desk. "Any notes?" He asked, picking up a small stack of loose paper
"Always, sir." Inka hummed in response. Krisella pulled out a small three-page form from her desk for him as well.
"Cheers." The Hizara spoke and passed the form to the Yamanaka. "Fill 'er in." He spoke, completely at ease with the various notes and paperwork he was handling. "And you, Take-kun?" He asked, looking up to make sure he doesn't miss any of the many facial cues that could flit across the tall man's face.

"I ********> Multiple breaks in his speech now that his temper had rationalized his face going from bewilderment, embarrassment, and then finally defeat, then shame. The large group at the trunk upon his flight here all made sense now. Evaded due to one part social anxiety and one part confusion. The recollection on it now via the secretaries silent scolding and Inka's straightforwardness pieced things together. Had he not allowed anger and paranoia to cloud his judgement he could have come to the prompt remembrance that the man sent to fetch him was actually specific in stating it was the 'trunk' of the sero is where he was supposed to be. For an individual that was supposed to be informed about the happenings of the village Kumotake's preference to keep himself confined and blissfully unawares of the outside world came back to bite him in the end. Then came the sudden shock of realization. Perhaps he had kept it in the back of his head after he heard it as when he was paged he had already submitted to his circadian rhythm of sleeping all day and being up a majority of the night. "Mizukage Jack is deceased."
Cheek now being rubbed from sudden soreness from the aftershock of Inka's fatherly hands the once ominous and intimidating figure showed human qualities. "Then it's...piss." Said with both remorse and disbelief as the man's long thin fingers went for his eyes removing the contacts and exposing a steely purplish blue and the range of feelings that followed. In truth he didn't want to believe it. Mayhaps that's what made it easier to forget when he was told earlier. He was so fixated on the term 'urgent'. Those heading to the chunin exams. The end of the nightmare. The end of that genderbent equal if not just as nightmarish as the priors scenario. His father, Noemi, Miki, Kirama. It felt like only moments ago that the group consisting of Inka, the odd faced woman, Nozomi, and himself congregated to discuss the future of Kirigakure and now that future like a reel of film was torn. All these conflicting emotions appearing on his face no longer hidden by the black windows which still rested on his pointer and index fingers.
"Kaka-san I didn't mean to miss...I...sigh...I don't know what I should be feeling or doing right now. I don't know whether to feel sad or angry...or...ug..I didn't know him that well..but he had confidence in me and...so far...I think I've been doing a pretty s**t job of showing I was worth it." The man's back lowered into a dejected slump. "A lot of people like me are probably torn up about this...I haven't seen Nozomi in a while either." Then with a sudden ding ding ding realization he noticed the Yamanaka was still present and had a moment of self-realization about his dejected attitude. "And I'm also probably doing a crap job when it comes to reassuring our youths to huh?"
With his hand relaxing the two contacts found themselves now in a case. "and me huh? Honestly I came looking for you, now that I've found you I'm sort of at a loss now...there's only one thing on my mind really right now and that's..who the hell did it so I can repay the favor but...?" Seeing Inka clad in black was a reminder that today was a day of mourning and with a sort of half smile half frown concealing what could possibly be a craving for vengeance "it's not the time for something like that is it?"

Katsurou nodded respectfully at the Mizukage's entrance, though he was sure that he was going to continue worrying over Sukoso. Perhaps it wasn't too much of a stretch that the kid with a knack for entrances - Kumotake - was more troublesome. He accepted the papers to finish them and politely ignored Kumotake's conversation as much as he could by focusing on reading his forms.
He turned towards Kumotake again as he mentioned 'our youths', seemingly referring to the Yamanaka. He focused again on his paperwork, gesturing to areas on the page to the secretary when he wasn't sure. It would only take another minute or two to finish his forms, and then he could receive his headband.

[･･･] "At ease, Take-kun." Inka reassured. "Not everyone is comfortable with formal services, I understand. So," The Mizukage made a quick note on the papers he was holding before turning his gaze back up onto the Chuunin. "Why not check out the mission board, hm? There are a few different types, including the usual. You both should check it out." He added, watching Krisella nod her approval over the newly graduated shinobi's form. "I'm pausing team missions for a little while. Especially when a few of our Genin are still competing in the Chuunin exams. Learn some independence. Or, if solo isn't your thing, build up your own team skills by attempting the missions with another." Inka suggested, his gaze steady and calm. "And don't let the illusion of 'time' fool you." He added. "We will never have enough, and it always has more than so to screw us over. Don't let it rule you."
Looking to Katsurou, red eyes glinted gold in the early dawn light. After the quick appraisal, Inka took the form, eyes zipping across the page while Krisella picked up a slim folder, Katsurou's name printed neatly upon its lip. Inka gave a hum of approval and swapped the paper form for the folder, and the Kage scanned its contents as well. "Yamanaka... I know that name... crazy woman. Very devoted mother." He spoke softly before closing the folder. "Congratulations on your graduation, Genin Katsurou. Your sigil." Inka held out his hand, waiting for the newly promoted shinobi to present the fuuin sigil every citizen has on their body somewhere. It was the lock and key to nearly every door in the village.
"While Genin sigils do not allow you unrestricted access to the technique library, it will grant you access to the dorms, this level one clearance will allow you access to the main areas of the dojo and academy with less restrictions then you have previously encountered. Any questions?" He asked, ready and waiting to 'upgrade' the Yamanaka's sigil.

Katsurou released his forms to the secretary once she found them satisfactory. She gave the kage her nod of approval, so he finished his conversation with Kumotake and turned back to the Yamanaka. When requested, he lifted his shirt sleeve and presented his left upper arm so that his sigil could be updated. He nodded at the following instructions. "I understand. I'll be sure to prove I deserve this opportunity." He bowed his head respectfully, already trying to arrange his plan of action. A few solo missions couldn't hurt, although he wasn't opposed to working with others. He could always use an audience anyhow. He needed some busy work until he found an opportunity to access the technique library.

With that, the Genin's sigil had been upgraded. Krisella stepped forward as well, a headband in hand. She gave a small word of encouragement and congrats, her features softer now than before the Mizukage had arrived.
"I may see you out there. I'll be participating as well - being locked up in the office is only so productive." His smirk remained, but nothing malicious seemed to be behind it. "The new board is placed downstairs."

Katsurou watched with awe as his sigil was updated with a flare of chakra. He took a respectful bow as the Mizukage referred him to the new mission board, which was still in the process of being put together. "I hope I do," he said in response to the possibility of seeing him out there as well. Then, he took his leave and went down stairs himself to get to work.

The new mission board was an absolute mess. There were several sections of bulletin board hung on the wall, but most were bare or had re-prints on them. Katsurou furrowed a brow at the sight, but knew he'd take great pleasure in putting it back again. He could make it beautiful.
He began by pooling all of the loose papers on the table in front of the board together. He then shuffled them to be facing the same direction. He hummed to himself, a tune that he used to play when he first got his flute at six years old. He had a couple dozen papers to stick in a pile, but he didn't mind the monotony.
Some were old, so he had to double check the dates on them and give those their own pile. Otherwise, each sheet was put into its proper category. E-Rank for clean up in the academies, D-Rank for most other simplistic tasks like the one he was doing right now, C-Rank for domestic village problems and some scouting, B-Rank for more intense tasks including long travel, and A-Rank for the toughest of the tough. He put each new pile in front of its respective board.
He began pinning the E-Ranks, skimming them as he went to double-check they weren't misstamped. He wouldn't want an academy student to snatch up a task they weren't suited for. He finished those quickly, since there weren't many opportunities for academy students to do hands-on work. It was easier to wet one's beak on D-Rank work.
He pinned up the D-Ranks by organizing them in order of due date. The ones that required completing in the next day or two were placed on the very bottom of the board for accessibility. He then worked his way back up, checking dates and placing them higher and higher. Anything repeatable or unlimited was to border the left and right side of the board for easy spotting.
C-Ranks caught his interest, since they were difficult but not too high above his current skill level. In fact, he could be capable of completing them before he was even a Chuunin, although his current newness as a ninja barred him from such tasks without a doubt. He needed more training and experience before he could... train another student. Hm, that sounded like a fun mission. Since it was repeatable, he put it to the left of the C-Rank section of board.
B-Ranks went up fairly quickly. He noticed there were almost as many as there were C-Ranks. Jounin were probably very busy ninja, more than he'd thought previously. Many of these tasks were repeating, probably routine diplomacy or defensive patrols. He imagined that there were a lot of potential dangers, even if the premise wasn't scary. Medical ninja had to be ready for just about anything if Jounin came back hurt.
He put up the last rank without much skimming, since they were far in his future if at all. He figured he'd have his own share of work at that point. As a Yamanaka, he was almost destined to join the ANBU force. He finished pinning the last of the missions and then looked at the collection of desks in front of the board. They'd need to be organized and stocked, but primarily Katsurou just wanted to snatch up the late missions from before and toss them. He crumbled up handful after handful of already-complete missions until he could carry a near-mountain in his arms. He tossed them in the specified bin in the back of the room and wiped his hands against each other with sincere satisfaction at a job well done. He pulled on the end of his ponytail absently as he thought about what to do next. He glanced at the D-Rank section of the board to consider his next mission. He didn't mind converting the Kage's office, though he'd be lucky if he could get through the day without receiving a variety of paper cuts on his hands.

Try as she might, it was inevitable for Kagerou to attract attention. Many ninja wore active wear as their everyday work clothes, but very few opted for a full blown armor set like what Kagerou had on by curse (or blessing?) of the random cockroach-shaped chocolate she had eaten while half-asleep. In the color of a roach and very obviously designed after a roach, it was certainly an eccentric piece of armor. To preserve some shred of dignity, Kagerou kept her face hidden firmly behind the visor and mask the armor so conveniently had. Although, she knew that she would soon need to identify herself.
In this cockroach-inspired defensive attire, Kagerou tried to enter the kage building as casually as possible. Even though there was a mission board at the trunk of the Sero now, this was where Kagerou was used to seeing the board, and more than just old habits dying hard, she thought that she should report her return from the chuunin exams to the main office just to be on the safe side. Of course, as ever, there was a line for the secretary, so while she waited for her turn, Kagerou read through the various notices and updates posted on the bulletin board. Like she had noticed the day before, the change of Mizukage had brought changes to the village. In a sense, it was a new vision of restoration, but as one would expect from the former Mizukage's trusted advisor, a lot of it also felt in line with what the previous Mizukage would have done.
When it came to her turn to speak with the secretary, Kagerou fumbled a little bit with the visor and mask of the armor, clearly unfamiliar with the contraption, to reveal her smiling face before identifying herself, "Excuse me, lovely day, isn't it? My name is Kagerou Uchiha. I just wanted to confirm that my return from the chuunin exams has been recorded, and if there has been anything I need to know since returning. Such as…" Her voice did not falter, but it did pause. Then it resumed, moving on, "… any new squad assignments and such," because wallowing to the point that it became hard to understand did no good to anyone. She had already promised herself that she would honor their memory by learning from and accepting what had happened. She continued to smile in her usual fashion.
Also, another reason Kagerou asked about squad assignments specifically was because the notices she had read gave off the vibe that the requirements for taking a mission had changed. Previously, they had been tied closely with the squad system, but the wording of the missions seemed to imply something a lot looser than squad leaders assigning missions to their students/squads, the preferred method when Jack was Mizukage. However, for all the difference, she had not found anything specifically stating a disbandment of the squad system. Asking about squads directly would probably clear any confusion she had.
Oh, and about that promotion to chuunin? Rather, as the examiners put it, a recommendation for a chuunin promotion? Kagerou still remembered it, of course, but that didn't mean she really cared much about it. She... She did think she had done well enough in the exams to be considered for promotion. However, the exams had been the only time she felt like she could be ready. Having felt ready once didn't really feel like enough reason to insist she was ready for more responsibilities.

• D"eye"versity - Through the use of custom techs, Kagerou can swap between the normally limited abilities and techniques for her sharingan, potentially giving her access to all eye abilities and mangekyou techs. She can never have more than the written limits at any one time (e.g. access to all eye abilities but cannot use more than two at a time). In addition to learning the required custom and whatever additional requirements that custom might have, Kagerou needs to fulfill certain conditions for a safe swap. Each Sharingan ability or technique swapped must be retrained and adjusted to, a process that takes twenty [20] posts at first for each Sharingan ability/technique, is reduced by two [2] posts every time the Sharingan ability/technique is safely retrained, and can take a minimum of six [6] posts per Sharingan ability/technique. If necessary, Kagerou can perform a riskier, instant swap on the fly without the readjustment period, but these swaps can only last for up to five [5] posts and disables the Sharingan, which needs to recover from the strain, for twice [x2] the number of posts that the swap lasted for. Techniques learned with the 'To Copy' Sharingan ability, which can be swapped out, are not forgotten but must be retrained every time Kagerou safely swaps to the 'To Copy' ability. Instant swaps to the 'To Copy' ability give Kagerou all of her copied techniques without needing to retrain them. For every time Kagerou safely swaps to her 'To Copy' ability, her copied techniques take two [2] less posts to retrain, going down to a minimum of one [1] post to retrain each copied technique.
• Miracle Performance - Kagerou can perform healing eiseijutsu through her performance/instrument as if it was ninjutsu of the same rank. When performing healing medical techniques, she can target anyone who can hear her music with the jutsu. I.e. she no longer has to be within touch range of the target to use healing hands.

"'No more squads'?" Kagerou echoed what the secretary had just informed her of in answer to her question. Of course, she was a little surprised, but aside from that, she was generally fine with the idea. Aside from the update on squads, the secretary had been nice enough to, either through monotonous words or a simple point to the bulletin board Kagerou had partially read, inform her of all the other changes.
After giving her thanks, Kagerou stepped to the side to allow the secretary to continue her work. With the disbandment of squads and the considerable slackening of mission regulations, now was a really good job to freelance some medical jobs and record them as missions. However, raised in ninja family that she was, Kagerou place a lot of healthy emphasis on the benefits of fostering teamwork. For that reason, before bouncing off, as well as one could bouncing off while wearing cockroach-esque armor, to the hospital, Kagerou took a moment to survey the room for any potential teamwork building comrades.
Now that she was actually looking, it wasn't hard to notice Kumotake, the lanky teen stood out from the rest of the room with his height and medical mask. She walked over to him, pulling his notebook out of her back as she did so. Her telltale bells did not ring with her approach. She had not put them on this time. Although, maybe Kumotake had already noticed her considering her outlandish attire. Whatever the case, Kagerou approached with a smile and held the noticeably thicker notebook out to Kumotake. The only difference being that if she hadn't been noticed, she would have earned his attention by lightly tapping the back of his head with the borrowed object.
As mentioned before, Kumotake's notebook seemed thicker than before, and it was easy to tell why. Within the notebook, Kagerou had stuffed several magazines she had found in random hiding places during the times between the more interesting parts of her life. Only the edges of their scandalous covers peeked out from between the covers of the notebook, but Kumotake probably wouldn't need to guess what the magazines were of and why they had been stuffed into his notebook after hearing what Kagerou had to say, "Long time no see, Kumotake. Give me a bit of your time, okay? Hmm… I finished copying everything in your notebook about kikaichu. Hope you don't mind. When I was reading it one night, it occurred to me that you would probably be worried if I kept it too long, so I'll return it to you now along with all of Sukoso's study materials that I've stumbled upon." Despite the very obvious pause in the middle where it was clear from the grim set of Kagerou's lips that she was trying to figure out how to word a sensitive subject, Kagerou faced Kumotake with that ever so amiable smile of hers.
Of course, she still had the darned cockroach armor on her, so who knows how friendly she really seemed even with her face revealed.

(OOC: Time is screw-y. I was rping it like this was a little over a week, maybe even more, after the funeral, which I see now is different from what you guys are doing soooooooo… Let's wing it?)
Kumotake wanted to say something, but nothing came out of his mouth. Inka was right. There was no point dwelling on the past, looking to the future and focusing on the present would be the most ideal thing to do now. However, Kumotake was simply not the type of person to let the past go so easily. He would separate himself from the new enacting Kage as per usual with Sukoso in tow. Rather than take any affirmative action he felt it necessary to think. He'd sit down surprisingly not re-inserting his contacts and stare at the Yamanaka who would then so diligently scamper off to update the new mission board. Such spry enthusiasm and youth...something about it left a bitter taste in his mouth no unlike an old man shaking his fist at kids on his lawn.
Whilst Kagerou felt a greater desire for responsibility Kumotake was the antithesis. Why did he agree to be one of Jack's 'fruits' when he was so lacking in the leadership department. It was frustrating as despite Inka's words the self-doubt, angst, and brooding continued to churn within the teens lanky being. His stare and focus growing even more intense on the other mission board wondering when if ever he should make a move and actually read its listings. Although thoughts continued to plague him who did it. Why? How is Inka so calm? Where's Nozomi? What were the results of the exams? Or did anyone even depart for them to begin with? Shouldn't I be putting more effort into communicating and being well informed? Does any of that even matter? Is it better to just not know? Perhaps nihilism would prove to serve him better? Ah, or maybe..
It was just then he'd feel the edge of something rough but at the same time flimsy tap him. He'd look towards the source to see Kagerou in her eccentric outfit while most individuals would have been deterred by such a sight Kumotake fumbled the following word. "K..Kawaii." strangely enough as per usual Kumotake found something normally deemed disgusting or unsightly cute. "Ah.." he'd respond as Kagerou returned his journal unto him in which he would grab it weakly if not somewhat somberly looking at it. Truthfully he had forgotten he'd had even lent in to her in light of the events. Then he realized the lascivious edgings peering out only for all of them to fall to the ground in a disheveled heap. Immediately Sukoso detached himself landing on the collection and appeared to be counting each issue to confirm if he had truly been foiled.
"One night." He repeated the words that Kagerou spoke with a sort of emphasis. Did that mean what he thought it meant? Perhaps not. Though perhaps it was best to simply be direct about things. "Am I to rightly assume then you've read the 'entirety' of its contents." Tapping the crudely drawn image with in bony index finger he seemed to be trying to bait something out of Kagerou whilst still maintaining some form of discretion as he spoke whisperly. Eyes shifting to the corners of his sclera to look at Kagerou but his head refrained from moving. Chances were he'd read into to how Kagerou responded to see whether or not she discovered the hidden texts beneath the pages of arachnid anatomy.

The result was Sukoso freely able to manipulate it's size among three categories. Minuscule enough to retreat into Kumotake's body which was it's original form, slightly larger as a normal spider, and finally large enough to be ridden. It takes a full post to change in size, There's a cooldown of at least 1 full post, must be in physical contact.
•Adhesive Pores: Kumotake can now crawl or crabwalk creepily on all fours. When doing so he can climb flat surfaces and cling without the need for the water walking jutsu. Still, this is incredibly slow and inefficient for any purpose other than stealth. It's also incredibly unsettling to watch.
>Arach-nightmaria: Kumotake's Kikaichu having quite possibly absorbed the adverse twisted chakras of the former hellscape and now have, in their genetics, chakra traces of the beings who had once resided in the nightmare. Having evolved from the hellish ordeal placed upon them and unknowingly carrying terror within their genealogy they have developed the ability to produce fear inducing Genjutsu at the will of their host acting as the conduit for the molding of the necessary chakra rather than hand signs.

The emblem of a jagged spider sewn on the backsides while the palms contain what appear to be the equivalent of small hole like pores. The gloves when worn treat the wearer's hands as if they were complex for interactions with ninjutsu. The gloves allow interaction with chakra structures and the pores on the gloves themselves can produce threading from each fingertip. The threading can then attach to structures allowing them to be manipulated by pulling them. These threads are not unlike chakra threads in strength but are clearly visible. When finger tips are brought together the produced threads can fuse into one leading to garrote wire like executions.

was Kagerou's first thought, immediately picking up on the meaning behind Kumotake's "kawaii." Not like there was much meaning in the first place. She was going to offer him a piece of chocolate to use himself whenever he felt like it, but stopped herself just in time. A rather uncharacteristic smirk spread across Kagerou's face as her eyes shifted to the side in thought. She just had a rather great, in her opinion, idea, . Somehow or other, Kagerou had picked up on the rumors of a potentially budding romance between these three Aburames.
The expression quickly sobered up, though, when Kumotake caught onto the hint just like she had hoped. A cryptic smile to match her veiled answer, given as such to hide the truth from others but not from Kumotake, "When I realized you would miss it, it was already late, so I didn't look past the cover that night, but just this morning, I did finish reading the entirety of your notes on the Aburame and kikaichu. It was very enlightening." Her voice was not loud, but neither was it a suspicious whisper. It was a healthy level for a conversation intended to be only between two people. Kagerou was a terrible liar, but it appeared this weakness lay solely in her acting skills rather than her ability to remain calm and sensibly craft words under pressure.
Matching Kumotake's gaze, Kagerou was also keeping careful track of her opposite's reactions and expressions. Whereas Kumotake stared at her from the side of his vision, Kagerou observed him head-on and very obviously. she figured from his intent stare,
Trying to give Kumotake the best answer she could for his intent analysis, Kagerou added, "Once I realized you would miss it, I figured I should return it as soon as possible and only used it for what I had promised. Anything more… felt like it would have been rude. Would you have liked me to read everything inside? Was there… something you needed help with aside from Sukoso's habit?". It had started with that same cryptic smile, but as Kagerou continued to speak and her mind began to think, the smile faded into a straight-lipped look of concern.

To clarify, they they gain a -5 chakra reduction every rank, to a maximum of -20 at sannin. All medical jutsu are still learnable by both sides, but the chakra control only applies to the chosen side.
• Grand Performance - The user can perform both types of arts (ninjutsu and genjutsu) through their performance or instrument, often casting them at the same time (must pay for both techniques). Can perform D rank techniques through instrument at gennin, C at Chunnin, B at jounin, A at Konin, and S at Sannin.
• Learn Medical techniques one (1) post faster.
• Learn ninjutsu (1) post faster.
• Learn genjutsu one (1) post faster.
• Miracle Performance - Kagerou can perform healing eiseijutsu through her performance/instrument as if it was ninjutsu of the same rank. When performing healing medical techniques, she can target anyone who can hear her music with the jutsu. I.e. she no longer has to be within touch range of the target to use healing hands.
• Calamity Performance - Kagerou can perform offensive eiseijutsu through her performance/instrument as if it was ninjutsu of the same rank. Harmful eiseijutsu cast in this manner is guaranteed to hit as long as the condition of sound is met, but it takes one post to manifest its effects. In that time, the technique can be nullified by matching the energy (chakra/stamina/whatever else) cost Kagerou paid to use the entire jutsu, including any extra costs for additions/modifications. Those afflicted by harmful eiseijutsu cast in this manner become aware that if they do not spend the required amount of chakra/stamina, then bad things will happen to their body. The target(s) will have a vague sense of how bad the damage will be, but do not know what exactly will happen.
• Dream Audience - Kagerou's dream is to help as many as she could. From this desire, the dream world manifested the power to multiply the recipients of all of her eiseijutsu techniques. With neither extra effort nor decrease in power, Kagerou can affect two extra targets for each eiseijutsu activation as long as they fulfill the requirements to be a target (i.e. contact for most eiseijutsu by default or sound when Kagerou performs eiseijutsu). Past the starting two, she must spend a total of 5(n-3)+10 energy split evenly between chakra and stamina for each additional target; n = number of targets. Odd energy costs are split with 1 more point of stamina than chakra. This additional cost cannot be reduced or refunded.

Plants cultivated by Kagerou grow as if the soil they are nourished by is +1 grade higher than it actually is. Unfertilized soil yields crops in 2 rl weeks. Low-grade fertilizer yields crops in 1 week. High-grade fertilizer reaches a new level of fast and yields crops in 4 days. (Post-acceptance note: I just realized that there is an Evergreen religion in this guild. I did not mean for this to be a religious PA in any way. It's just botany. I hope that's not a problem.)
Kumotake's eyes shifted from her person back to the journal almost frog like in nature when he blinked thereafter the left blinking first followed by the right. The question she imposed would be left with a hesitant answer. The following words coming out breathy and stale."No...of course not." The notebook was then tucked away into his back pocket as he stood making an audible crack as per usual. Although, he gave off a vibe that was rather unexplained. Satisfaction? Disappointment? Confusion? It was one that was lacking in positivity but at the same time wasn't necessarily negative. Maybe it was uncaring? An aura of despite whatever answer Kagerou had given him whether it was the one he was looking for or not that it didn't matter, that not just her answer but nothing mattered if it somehow involved himself. At the same time the hairs on Sukoso's abdomen stood up she had found them all...well all but one. The 'special' one kept in a 'special' place for a 'special' occasion.
Kagerou would feel a light pressure on her shoulder as Kumotake began to walk past her. His hand was corpse like with its paleness and if not for her current attire would have felt just as cold most likely. "You're coming with me." Spoken uncharacteristically of the tall teen his voice produced a pressure not unlike that of a stalker or ghost like entity breathing down a persons next holding equal parts dread and hints of intimidation. Although it could be said this was the first time Kumotake has actually asked for 'someone else' to join him rather the vise versa as the boy typically adopted the characteristics of a lone wolf or lone spider in his case. From here his hand would slide off her shoulder weakly with his current forward momentum. He moved toward the mission board making his objective clear where he wanted her to follow him. Sukoso however, was already taking advantage of the situation before him and had already begun re-hiding his notable 'treasures' less some effort was made to stop him which none seemed to be coming from his host.
Leaning with back bent unnecessarily close to the mission board. Kumotake was already shaking his head. Performance duels. That all sounded way to cheerful for someone like him. There would be no plausible way he'd ever take the initiative to apply 'himself' to something so flamboyant and showy. He could definitely feel the spirit of Kaka in the new missions that was for certain. Delving into the depths of Kirigakure...this seemed more a Nozomi thing as while he wasn't abysmal at swimming he was far from someone like Nozomi who seemed part mermaid. In addition his Kikai weren't adept and maneuvers in the water, additionally Sukoso wouldn't be able to come with him. There there was this long winded development contribution. The paperwork involved made the teen visibly cringe. But the last one. Leaving to advertise these shows...maybe it would be best to do so and get some breathing room. Although he felt Kagerou having just returned from an overseas endeavor would be feeling homesick if not seasick and would undoubtedly want to venture again. Then again advertising withing Kirigakure was always an option and perhaps he'd finally be able to get in touch with the actual village...but...wait both these options implied heavily interacting with actual people. Maybe this mission also was a bad idea. Kumotake sighed in how pointless it all felt for him to even try any of these options.
