Well, seeing as this takes place before all of the naruto history, I took the sword from it's very first owner, Before it gained fame, and my runaway Kiri nin, who's now in konoha, will be the one to give it a name as being a powerful sword from the mist.

I had to basically make a well thought out list of rules, then run it by several of the crew members, and get things approved. Took a while, but it's worth it, for the character.
