Actuaully I dont mind I would still have enough to get why I came to the city so if you the sword tell him I.C. how much it is and he will give it to you. NOW TO POST

Sypher needs one more student, possibly 3 more because the other 2 are so lacking in posting. A few days is fine. A weeks wait? Not ok. Not without a reason...
So if your Oc is a genin, that would work well.

So if your Oc is a genin, that would work well. Uh. My character is from cloud too. : D. But he's not gonna wanna join ._. He isn't the kind of guy for teams and stuff. Feel free to beat him into submission until he joins if you want. xD.

That's why I suggested Sypher ^^ My other Oc is in Snow (for now).
Thats fine. Sypher can do a side job on him. Teach him, spar with him and generally force him to do all kinds of things he might otherwise not want to do ^^

Sure the bijuu are even more overpowered, but that's why they're given as rewards for the deserving anyway, so it's cool : D Any dude can just call Sharingan and be, AMATERASUTSUKUYOMISUSANOOOOOOOOOO!!!! They would be blind after, but they're still alive. ._.
