Sage techniques. Though we've only seen the Toad Sage perform anything like them, unless you consider a lot of Orochimaru's snake-body techniques as a sage mode.

Y'know? When Jiraiya was fighting Pain he was using it. Naruto too.

I don't watch Naruto ._. And I don't think Sypher has any of that unless you count the amplification he gets when using the birds. And that only works if the bird has the same jutsus that Sypher uses.
