Description: Colored a brilliant white, it is stored in two separate parts. this hybrid weapon can connect and disconnect when lightning chakra flows into the pommel. There are nodes on the grips that send chakra either up the blade or straight to the pommel. While in Blade form, any jutsu that is point blank range can be used through the blade without the need for hand seals. While in Bow form, a chakra string connects the two tips, creating a bowstring. Projectile jutsu and normal arrows can be fired from bow, one shot per chakra string.

Blade Form

Description: Taking the specimens retrieved for information Elizabeth has synthesized the chakra virus into a gaseous form. When used this gas will expand in a 30 foot cloud and dissipate over the course of a single post. If the gas is breathed in at all, the virus will spread in her targets and take hold inside their body. The synthesizing process simply allows for her to take the virus strain and turn it into a liquid or a gas. The device beeps and makes alarming noises when thrown very much like an explosive device for the sake of confusing a target into thinking they dont need to worry about bio attacks.

The grenades disperse the virus through pinholes an a air pressure system that opens and releases its pressure three seconds after the safety tab is pulled and the red button on the top is pushed.

Description: Houetsu no Kyouki is a legendary weapon among shinto priest that was collected by a Akamichi clan head centuries ago. The weapon was said to be a tool for the spiritual cleansing of the soul used by a famously powerful shinto priest or possibly priestess, but the history remains vague. What is known by the Akamichi family is the legend of the holy warrior who slew and sealed away demons to cast into cleansing flames of Amatrasu. Thousands of fiends and wicked beast alike fell to this blade and were served to the gods as sacrifice and tribute to bettering the nature of mans world. Through it's body Amaterasu, the sun goddess, granted it a cloth that could draw in anything that was weakened into a "sunlight (energy) sash" that stretched as infinitely as the suns rays themselves. The wielder of this weapon was considered a herald of the goddess and with each act in it's use they'd be working towards pleasing the wishes of the goddess when working in the service of shinto.
Though not named after the goddess the weapon was believed to be a item based on the spirit of man and the goddess respect for this spirit. From this relationship she'd bore a weapon that granted men of a Chivalrous and just spirit to wield it to seal and slay any adversary of evil or harmful intent to be judged by the goddess herself by this action. Additions to it's frame, such as purifying bells for "harai", and the mechanism of guitar strings worked onto the weapons frame were developed over time by the various hands it passed to. With each user different results have been fostered and the Akamichi known as Choumei has been the least active slayer of "evil" from any of te users prior to her. Yet the item seems to fit her aesthetic, and though not being the one to add the musical feature of the strings to the weapon, she's certain she has a kinship with the person who did. These strings are uniquely and almost mysteriously crafted to have the sound resonate along the weapon to carry sound 30 yards from the weapon. The double-edged charka steel blade was her only addition to be honest, though simple it was a fluent idea into the features of the weapon. Blade length 26 inches, staff width 2 inches, staff length 52 inches.

Ability Summary:
• Connected to the hilt of the blade down to the staff are four chakra metal alloy strings that run along & around the staffs intricate design to work as base "guitar" strings from any angle. When strummed the vibrations create a piezoelectric energy that builds (mostly harmless for the user) and focuses into the blade. This energy increases the power of the chakra blade when taking on any elemental nature with an static surge added for one [1] attack per post, increasing the rank of the attack by one [1] per post they were played without end or use, taking an E-rank of complex Tai/buki drain per turn of play. This energy will natural subside and disperses harmlessly into the atmosphere if playing ends, taking as many turns as the build up took to ease off as well as going back down in its boost. This boost cannot exceed an S+-rank which has a recoil of paralyzing the user for one [1] turn at it's height, and takes on a C-rank when applied upon the D-rank requirement to effectively activate the chakra steel of this weapon. Reactivating the chakra steel is required once using the boost of this mechanical mechanism sheds the energy of the steel. (note: this also works with other forms of chakra coating to boost their effect on the blade)

• The blade is made of chakra steel and it can take on the elemental nature and effect (burning/electrocuting) of either of Choumei's elements. With simply a D-rank amount of chakra applied attacks performed can have the added effect of her elements. Allowing her ranked Bukijutsu techniques to match Ninjutsu techniques of the same rank (which can further break them per her weapon specialist perk). This remains passively active once effected onto the blade, but can be shed or canceled through several means.

• Engraved along the blade is a unique fuuin scripture that enacts a primeval form of fuuin that only activates through strictly physical contact of the blade and ritual chant, or "sutra", representing the principle of life the fuuin relates to. These sutra are jutsu that directly relate to fuuin, and allow fuuin to be learned under "formless" slots with only this weapon employed. When a Fuuin is completed the scriptures learned aren't written down by the user, as the sutra and their movements inscribes the matrix of the fuuin out of pure energy and forms a product of the sealing as a cloth that the seal(ed) can be released from.

– This cloth looks like a bright sunny colored tangerine cloth that faintly glows and extends from the end of the staffs bell adorned cap. The cloth can grow/retract infinitely as long as the need/lack for more space for sealed objects, people (must be weakened/defeated, or willing), or seals to effect an area are required. It releases all contents at once when unsealing until appropriate sealing sutra are applied to elaborate more specific selection. This cloth can be used fluidly in battle to tie the weapon to the grip of the user or retrieve it when thrown or swung from it.

– Though the cloth is made of energy it isn't unbreakable and sections of it are capable of being cut open by chakra blades to release the seal. Yet this may have ill effect on the cutter since it can cause the seal to enact on the cutter and user instantly to release the contents suddenly without control. The energy simply weaves about released section to retain it's whole length and the rules or benefits of learning more elaborate construction of fuuin jutsu matrices can strengthen the cloth as if weaving them more tightly, taking on the strongest seal enacted as the durability of the cloth as a whole (barring ranked durability from being above S-rank, where it will be cut by equal ranked blades.). [ "Seal connection" acts like a karabo effect on the strength of the cloths section containing connected seals. Kuchiyose work through either sealing previously written contracts into the naginata they sign. Yet another must write this out for the user. they can only enact what is sealed into the cloth]

• There are prayer gold and black rimmed bells worked onto the ornate metal cap (ishizuki) of the weapon and its hilt that work to invoke the blessing of the shinto gods. Making the weapon appear as an object of spiritual worship.
Yet these bells have another purpose as a purifying agent an really they absorb airborne, biological, and chakra based hazards by literally absorbing them into its self when making physical (even through skin) contact with them or objects obtaining them while playing a shinto "Harai" and channeling chakra into the desired bell to activate the effect of the variable marbles that promote the effect. Only one hazard can be contained in a single bell, which total eight [8], four at the hilt along the prongs of the weapons musical strings, and four at the cap. This effect is activated with a D-rank complex tai/buki expense of chakra/stamina, and released for the same amount.
(note: once full the bell cannot be used again without being emptied and one bell can hold the equivalent of 2 dosages of a hazard.)

We apologize for the delay: we were trying to find a reasonable solution to the weapon custom, as--and I quote--it does both too much, and appears to have custom jutsu built within. I've been racking my brain trying to think of something, or anything, before replying here, for some kind of compromise. Alas, nothing is popping up, so as is, all I can say is that we aren't able to accept this at all. Positively speaking, I like the idea of a great religious treasure having something more than an aesthetic appearance. Recommendation: try for something much more simple (but which can't be easily done with crafting), and build around it with in-character upgrades.

Well I guess the Harai bells are technically a custom technique when I think about it, but i guess i could build and add those through the crating system. Though the Main feature I'd like to save if i could would be the "Physical-Fuuin" or "Sutra" as I'm coining their name that take up formless slots to learn in relation to this weapon where the use of normal Fuuin (which have to be learned) are just practiced as complex buki and performed through physical motion. The weapon just acts and a conduit for this performance and concentration of chakra and there by holds onto this mold of chakra by creating the "sunlight sash".

The chakra blade is pretty simple so I wouldn't think it was an issue, but the piezoeletric guitar strings I'm note sure how you guys might swing on that. Dropping the Harai, I think it's feesible to complete the weapon.

Type: Bloodline biological passive. Class custom for bloodline
Element: Blood
Description: Red has developed a very unique genetic disease of which she and her blood are the carriers; meaning ultimately, she is immune to the disease herself but as a carrier has the ability to pass it on to others. This disease is highly infectious to other humans, and if any of her DNA comes into fluid contact with another (via inhalation wounds, bodily fluids, etc.), the disease spreads rapidly like a virus, bonding and changing the cellular structure of their blood. This disease is treatable, however it requires surgery in the form of a transfusion that normally cannot be done on a field of battle. If inflicted multiple times, dosage symptoms stack by as many doses taken, up to three contacts. Any subsequent contacts cause no further penalties for a victim.

Restrictions:

• Must follow the Hazards' requirement for choices, altered slightly for being a disease:
  
• Each dose and dose postage has an either/or statement, so the target can choose which one occurs. Each statement has a minimum of 2 effects, choose 1.
  
• Previous postages will continue to occur, but the target is allowed to choose which part of the either/or statement occurs.
  
• Immunities follow the same requirements.
  
• Healing requires both a blood transfusion (from an npc/rpc), and both the appropriate eiseijutsu and skills.
  
• Treating base symptoms first reduces the later symptoms, as applicable.
  
• 'Turn' is defined as each of the target's posts.

Symptoms progress as follows:
One Dose/Upon Infliction

• Loss of normal blood clotting, and opens the first sore and/or crack along a random location on the body, causing slight bleeding. Numbness in one extremity. (touch)
  
• 2nd Turn: Adds one sore for every sore present. (a compounding issue) Complete loss of feeling in one extremity. (touch and thermal)
  
• 3rd Turn: Stamina depletion equal to any previously received attack's stamina, with higher costs over-writing lower costs. Loss of stamina regeneration. (in combat)

Two Doses

• 1st Turn: Eyes become bloodshot, with minor bleeding from tear ducts. High fever
  
• 2nd Turn: Severe nausea. Capillary bleeding in lungs.
  
• 3rd Turn: Chakra depletion equal to any previously received attack's chakra, with higher costs over-writing lower costs. Loss of chakra regeneration. (in combat)

Three Doses

• 1st Turn: Slight internal hemorrhaging. Inability to mold chakra along one extremity.
  
• 2nd Turn: Loss of stamina control in 1 extremity. All persons who attempt to perform hand signs must use both hands to perform. (If the technique requires a hand sign; Does not affect specific techniques, disciplines, and PAs that completely negate or bypass hand sign usage in their entirety)
  
• 3rd Turn: Complete loss of ability to regenerate chakra outside of combat. Complete loss of ability to regenerate stamina outside of combat.
  
• 4th Turn: Black out. (1 post) Loss of ability to have pain negate Genjutsu.
  
• 5th Turn: Victim completely loses ability to regenerate chakra and stamina. Shedding of very large patches of skin.
  
• 10th Turn: All chakra being used by body to regenerate lost blood. All stamina being used by body to regenerate lost blood.

Weapon Name: Shujinkō Komichi
Weapon Type: (Katana, Ninjato, Spear, Etc.)

Description: To anyone who looks at Komichi, they'd likely just see an absurdly large, wide, impractical sword with the weight and length to cut a horse in half with a single slash. They'd actually be right, but there's more to it than that. The weapon has two different hilts, which when interacted with differently, reveal the different properties of the large hunk of metal. When the two hilts are pulled apart and chakra is inserted to undo the multiple lock mechanisms inside the weapon, it can split in two. This, however, is only the tip of the iceberg.
Ability Summary:
• By twisting the main hilt of the weapon and pushing it inwards, the weapon can burst into nine different blades, connected to the hilt by strings of chakra. These can be swung around much like a flail, and return to lock up once more when the hilt is pulled out and twisted back into its primary position.
• Pulling the secondary, smaller hilt outwards causes the edge of the blade to sink in, while seven blade tips extend from the blunt edge of the weapon much like spikes. These extend three and a half feet with threatening speed and force, and are rather jagged along the sides that should naturally be considered blunt on most blades. The former cutting edge of the main blade has seven squared indentions that can be used to catch opposing weapons for a brief time.
• The weapon can act as a channel for his Steel Release. When this is done normally, it covers the entirety of his blade, surrounding the exterior in black steel. From there on, its edge can extend in spikes or even grind along the original blades surface continuously to give it more of a chainsaw effect. Said effect applies the force of his Steel Release continuously to whatever opposes it, increasing the likeliness of it breaking and tremendously increasing Shujinkō Komichi's cutting power.
• A last resort method, Takeda can completely overcome the steel of Komichi with that of his Steel Release, then completely break the weapon apart. Its size bends and shifts to form multiple black steel spikes that assault the surrounding area around Takeda. This steel grinds constantly along each others surfaces to create the chainsaw effect, constantly breaking the steel down while likely breaking the defenses of surrounding enemies. This creates a tiny forest of black steel that Takeda can manipulate for three posts before the steel grinds away. The hilts and base of the weapon remains, allowing it to be repaired and reconstructed with his Steel Release. Due to the intricacies of his weapon though, it requires seven posts (guild posts) after not being attacked for two gain posts.

This energy will natural subside and disperses harmlessly into the atmosphere if the playing ends, taking as many turns as the build up took to ease off as well as going back down in its boost. This boost cannot exceed an S+-rank which has a recoil of paralyzing the user for one [1] turn. (note: this also works with other forms of chakra coating to boost their effect on the blade)
The strings produce a sound that can be heard clearly for a quarter mile on clear day.

• The blade is made of chakra steel and it can take on the elemental nature and effect of either of Choumei's elements. With simply any amount of chakra applied attacks performed can have the added effect of her elements. that will passively remain applied to the weapon once activated. Allowing her ranked Bukijutsu techniques to match Ninjutsu techniques of the same rank. This remains passively active once effected onto the blade, but can be shed or canceled through several means such as bukijutsu that release a surge of chakra from he blade. From which the effect of her chakra must be reapplied to the weapon.

• Engraved along the blade is a unique fuuin scripture that dictates a method to enact a primeval form of fuuinjutsu that only activates through the physical contact of the blade and a ritual chant called a "sutra" (which is a custom technique requirement that assimilates formless slots to be used towards learning "Physical-Fuuinjutsu"). These sutra are jutsu that directly relate to fuuin, and allow fuuin to be learned under formless-slots with only this weapon employed. When a Fuuin is completed the scriptures learned aren't written down by the user, as the sutra and their movements inscribes the jutsus's matrix of chakra into a sash of woven pure chakra energy, where the fuuin's scripture is printed and used for the seal can be released and manipulated from.

This energy increases the power of the chakra blade when taking on any elemental nature with an static surge added for one [1] attack per post, increasing the powr by a descriptive rank by one-sixth [1/6] per post they were played without end or use, building to its height to a full ranks boost to the attack, other wise the attack can simply over power equal ranked ninjutsu and complex Tai/buki by the slightest margin. This energy will natural subside and disperses harmlessly into the atmosphere if the playing ends, taking as many turns as the build up took to ease off as well as going back down in its boost. This boost cannot exceed an S+-rank which has a recoil of paralyzing the user for one [1] turn. (note: this also works with other forms of chakra coating to boost their effect on the blade)

With simply any amount of chakra applied attacks performed can have the added effect of her elements. Allowing her ranked Bukijutsu techniques to match Ninjutsu techniques of the same rank.

• Engraved along the blade is a unique fuuin scripture that dictates a method to enact a primeval form of fuuinjutsu that only activates through the physical contact of the blade and a ritual chant called a "sutra" (which is a custom technique requirement that assimilates formless slots to be used towards learning "Physical-Fuuinjutsu"). These sutra are jutsu that directly relate to fuuin, and allow fuuin to be learned under formless-slots with only this weapon employed. When a Fuuin is completed the scriptures learned aren't written down by the user, as the sutra and their movements inscribes the jutsus's matrix of chakra into a sash of woven pure chakra energy, where the fuuin's scripture is printed and used for the seal can be released and manipulated from.

– This cloth looks like a bright sunny colored tangerine cloth that faintly glows and extends from the end of the staffs cap. The cloth can grow/retract infinitely as long as the need/lack for more space for sealed objects, people (must be weakened/defeated, or willing), or seals to effect an area are required. It releases all contents at once when unsealing until appropriate sealing sutra (adapted fuuin) are applied to elaborate more specific selection. This cloth can be used fluidly in battle to tie the weapon to the grip of the user or retrieve it when thrown or swung from it.

– Though the cloth is made of energy it isn't unbreakable and sections of it are capable of being cut open by chakra blades to release the seal. Yet this may have ill effects on the cutter since it can cause the seal to activate on the cutter and user instantly to release the contents of the seal suddenly without control. The energy weaves about the released section to retain its whole appearance and length and the rules or benefits of learning more elaborate construction of sutra (adapted fuuin) matrices can strengthen the cloth as if weaving them more tightly, durability of the cloth and it's visibly inscribed seals are equivalent to the rank of the sutra (adapted fuuin) in durability requiring equal force to cut. [ "Seal connection" acts like a karabo effect on the strength of the cloths section containing connected seals. Kuchiyose work through either sealing previously written contracts into the naginata's sash or drawing a contract with the blade.]

Perceived mechanisms: If the descriptives part is just acting like normal descriptives, then the first one is fine. For the second, any chakra/stamina interaction must have chakra/stamina applied, so we'll require it as such. If 'sutra' is a jutsu implication: Nothing further to discuss, as you're putting in for some kind of custom instead of asking for ninjutsu: We're aware that your rpc can't learn ninjutsu, so please think carefully. Approved, without any 'sutra'.

1.) yeah I meant descriptives as acting like the normal descriptives int he guild.

2.) So I figure it passively remaining active after application is a no go, or do you mean something else. Either wy I'll just work with it along normal chakra steel principles.

3.) I'm putting this ability behind a custom Jutsu I've yet to make to support it's application and the limitation would rest in my formless slots available. For learning. Yet if the hard set situation is that i cannot learn Fuuinjutsu because it's under the umbrella of ninjutsu indefinitely then I'm I can live with that and rework the mechanics of the sash. Though Just let me know in finite words what the call on that is.

As the blade cuts consecutive times into the enemy it builds this chakra in the form of a saffron-golden yellow sash that extends from the cap of the staff. Once the Energy builds enough It can be released into any thrusting buki-jutsu technique extending it's reach and power equal to the amount of chakra stored which caps at that of a [S-rank amount]

– This cloth looks like a bright sunny colored tangerine cloth that faintly glows and extends from the end of the staffs cap. The cloth can grow/retract infinitely as long as there is Chakra presently being stored in the weapon. Though the cloth is made of Chakra energy it isn't unbreakable and sections of it are capable of being cut open by chakra blades. Yet the chakra blades rank must be higher than the amount of chakra stored into the weapons sash.

– The uses of this sash are more powerful in the hands of a Koton [Light Release] user giving their blinding techniques a +1 rank in effect and defense.
