She desperately tried to get free but called out for help. Luckily, the two mers came back to help her. Embarrassed by her bad luck, she followed after them sheepishly. This was something completely new to Calliste, but it was very exciting. She followed the twists and turns and got through the maze without a problem. Some of the plants that grew here seemed to have a terrible smell coming from them. She wasn't sure but some looked like they could be poisonous. She wasn't about to find out. Another one?' she thought as she followed suit. She made her way through this one just as easily as the last, making sure not to touch any of the plants below. She did notice that they were moving in an odd zigzagging pattern. As she got closer, she realized why. Though she couldn't see them, she could feel the heat coming from below. There was steam vents from magma tunnels below the seafloor that let steam escape here. She could feel the residual heat from the vents below her. Username: Moxxiie Character name:Calliste Roll response: She made it safely past the heat vents and just as she was about to ask for a quick break, she caught sight of a giant squid zooming towards her out of the corner of her eye. She narrowly dodged the squid, but it left a large cloud of ink as it swam by. She flapped her tail to try and disperse the liquid so she didn't get lost and left behind.
