Tai; For the most part, the big things like the crimes and whatnot are assigned by the resident Kage. Anything above C rank is considered too dangerous to just leave out for people to see.
Azei; You are a fortunate ********, considering that Kinpaku likes Kein. Anyone else and they would likely have gotten a giant's fist to the face.

I'll remember to come to you first if it even mentions you @ . @ i thought sense it was a C - rank, it didn't need your request i thought it was just setting up the back story when it said "Your village leader needs you to check the scene of a crime" the way it's worded it sounds like you are already briefed on it.

For the most part, think of it this way. How would you know where to go and talk to, if you knew there was only a theft?

I was hoping if Kein could do the mission "It's time for a drill" which is the opposite mission to what we could do. Basically, we hold back a supposed "invader" who turns out to be a jounin/konin from the village just running a drill.
