Myurai smiled again as he placed his hand on Hatsu's shoulder,"Relax. You dont have to be professional and stern all the time. Just when it matters ok. I have something for you that should help in your training. From the file i read on you, your skilled in the use of ninjutsu just as my younger sister is." Finishing the jutsu he had prepared in his head he tapped Hatsu on the forehead and transferred a copy of his ninjutsu knowledge into her. Unlike when he did it with his sister he did not give hatsu his bloodline knowledge nor his chakra control knowledge or chakra theory. Turning to his younger sister he smiled,"I have a mission for you. I need you to go to the warehouse down at the docks and give me a report on the inventory there. I need to know exact numbers of what I have in stock to know if I need to go to takumi to get more. Once your done with that I need you to go into the countryside and find a suitable location for a lumber mill and a lumber yard. Then get with the archeological team out in the mountains to scout out a location for a mine. Can you do this for me? It should keep you busy until I get back. Im leaving the village for a little bit, something I have to take care of. Tell Sejii hes to ensure the blue dragon runs smoothly till I get back."
With a smile he gave her a quick hug before heading out onto this mystery task.

¥ Ryo: 300
AC: 0000450
❄ Chakra :---/335 ❄ Stamina :---/300 ❄

Arranging himself to a new target Seiji took a few moments to gather himself back up. He would produce a scroll from his sash, studying it for a brief few moments, before once more pocketing the item. Drawing his blade up he kept relaxed, but with a sudden snap sliced downward, through the air and what would some day be an opponent before himself.
[ 1/1 Basai Bagua: Vertical Slash Learned ]

Taking a step back Hattori Seiji drew his blade to a horizontal position across his chest, his eyes skating through the room to make sure their were none who would end up in the range of his blade as he struck. He drew his arm back as if preparing to throw an item, but instead twisted the wrist to keep the blade of his katana facing away from himself. Now thrusting his arm out and slashing away in an alarmingly large arc he found himself clearing a large area away from himself.
[ 1/1 Basai Bagua: Horizontal Slash Learned ]

Twisting in the opposing direction of his swing he would deftly bring the blade inward, slapping it forward and pressing his palm against the flat of it. His own weight carried behind the press, coupled with the leverage would make to unbalance any opponent. A wry smile passed Seiji's face as he let the thoughts seep into his mind of what these techniques could do for him in regular combat.
[ 1/1 Basai Bagua: Crashing Wave Learned ]

Thinking on the flowing movements of the techniques of this school of combat Seiji found himself wondering why he had let himself be so rigid. He began to practice each move once more, but in each pass he would move more, taking unorthodox steps as well as pushing and breaking moves normally found in everyday combat. The first rules of combat he had always learned were to move, but the styles he had learned and been instructed in at the academy before had pushed a kind of rank and file rigidity to them.
[ 1/1 Basai Bagua: Smooth as Water Learned ]

Shifting his feet wide and keeping himself now in constant motion Seiji would begin practicing different styles of strikes with his blade. Now he drew the blade low, preparing for an upward strike. Thrusting the blade in an upward strike he would slash from base to skull, then immediately come crashing down on what would be the opposing side of his opponent.
[ 1/1 Basai Bagua: Twin Fang Learned ]

Now drawing his blade into a backhand strike he would drive it forward and down at a slight angle before making a secondary motion. Dropping low he prepared his blade and set his mind to the action, his legs splaying slightly as he did so. Now, as he lay in this crouched pose the genin made a curved blow that would aim two separate cuts across the legs of his opponent.
[ 1/1 Basai Bagua: "S"-Cut Learned ]

Following the string of actions Seiji vaulted himself high upwards into the air. With a crashing strike he would bring his blade down in a powerful downward strike to clear any opponent before himself. Upon landing he made a quick sweeping motion of his blade to 'clear the brush' and set further into his practice.
[ 1/1 Basaia Bagua: Descending Crash Learned ]

Continuing the practice of his techniques the Hattori found himself in utter transcendence and for a moment happiness seemed to creep upon his motions, if not upon the zen face of the warrior. His every motion and calculation seemed to flow from one directly into the next. Every kata of this school only existed to match the next one to come.
[ 1/1 Basai Bagua: Flowing Brook Learned ]

Continuing on with the kata and moving into the section of targets with moving limbs and interactions the genin began to relish each movement. Practicing his techniques on targets that now whirled and moved based on his own movements it gave him rise to more active movements and blocking structure in his kata. Eventually his free hand would begin to dart away from his katana to slap away incoming limbs and turn away direct assaults or even those he did not see coming directly.
[ 1/1 Basai Bagua: Slap Deflection Learned ]

Now moving between the targets and drawing some more towards himself to extend his training he would take a new approach, having lost count of the total he had presented himself with. He would dance between them and eventually he took to a still place, using his legs to dodge between the closest spinning limbs. Utilizing his weapon as well as the flexibility of his body he would extend the reach of his weapon and swing his body in a three-hundred and sixty degree arc to see all of the targets around himself now, all the while batting off their attacks with his blade.
[ 1/1 Basai Bagua: Flowing Circle Learned ]

Having taken full register of the moving targets around himself the Refined Second Son of the Hattori Clan would begin to take a new approach to the 'battle' he had placed around himself. Utilizing his reflexes and maneuverability he would begin to place himself through the crowd with simple, soft footwork. His frame dodged between beams of several different spinning targets, which would then collide with each other, and he would exit out the other side of them unscathed.
[ 1/1 Basai Bagua: Circle Walking Learned ]

He would then withdraw the scroll once more from his sash and begin to study over it again. His eyes met the parchment with much scrutiny, but the message was clear. He then replaced it and began to withdraw his blade, focusing chakra into it as he did so. The chakra would swirl and ripple in his blade, sending frozen chills and fractal patterns along the edge as it did so. To him the blade seemed to gain a life of its own and seemed as if it had grown in weight proportional to the distribution of the chakra within.
[ 1/1 Basai Bagua: Incoming Tide Learned ]

Hatsu Yuki Hattori

❄ Genin ❄

AC: 0000000
❄ Chakra :365/365 ❄ Stamina :305/305 ❄

Placing his hand on her shoulder made Hatsu jump a little, but then soothingly calmed her. After she had relaxed a bit, Mayuri popped her on the forehead with his finger. As the flow of knowledge came through into her mind, she felt a little woozy but quickly snapped back into reality. Watching him leave Hatsu decided to see if she could replicate this new flood of knowledge. She started by concentrating her chakra and kicking up around her some dirt and dust from the ground. She would then disappear from sight for a split second, then reappear in the space she was using before for her snow techniques. (Body Flicker Technique 1/1)

Moving on to the next technique, Hatsu proceeded to make a shadow clone. After producing a perfect clone, she had to make sure it wouldn't pop when it was hit, like her illusion clone technique she had learned in the academy. She gave her clone a good punch to the arm, and when it didn't disappear she gave a look of satisfaction and moved on to the next jutsu. (Shadow Clone Technique 1/1)

Needing some obscured vision, Hatsu popped her clone and kicked up some snow into a large frosty cloud that obscured vision with a quick Breath of Winter. Channeling her chakra into her eyes, she is able to see through all the icy fog. (Mist Vision Technique 1/1)

Taking the snow from the air, Hatsu turned it into water and formed them into the shape of shuriken with her chakra. She made sure the shuriken stayed together until they had stuck into a nearby tree. (Water Shuriken 1/1)

Using the snow on the ground this time, Hatsu turned it into water once more, although this time she made a small shield out of the water in the shape of a hollow sphere around her and then started warping the sphere, giving it small fist-like appendages. (Water Shield Technique 1/1)

Keeping the barrier up she then filled up the hollow center with water, and found out that she could in fact breath in the water, and felt her chakra separating the oxygen in the water for her so that she could use it. (Breathing Underwater Technique 1/1)

Dropping the sphere of water, Hatsu turned the water into chains, and linked herself to the nearby tree. Her chakra keeping it solid, she concentrated on keeping the links together while she pulled harder and harder on the chains. after a good bit of pulling, Hatsu seemed satisfied and dropped the jutsu. (Water Chains Technique 1/1)

Next, Hatsu focused her chakra underground. As she pulled it upwards, she also brought with her chakra a large amount of water. Water shooting up from ground sure to pressure, hatsu gathered some for the final water technique. (Waterfall Basin Technique 1/1)

Using the water she had gathered, Hatsu focused it into a thin yet powerful spray from her hand. It hit the side of the academy and started quickly eroding it away, so Hatsu quickly deactivated the jutsu to prevent further damage. (Water Decapitation 1/1)

Moving on to the wind techniques Mayuri had given her, Hatsu tossed a shuriken into the air. Channeling her chakra into the air around her, she let out a small burst of wind just before the shuriken hits her, knocking it away. (Gale Surge 1/1)

happy with the result of the previous jutsu, Hatsu noticed the shuriken and been blasted a large distance away. Instead of walking, she decided it would be best to try out flying instead. Her arms pointed at a slant to the ground behind her, she let a large force of air push her forward, giving her the illusion of flight for a short distance. Picking up the shuriken she made her way back the her area before training the last two jutsu. (Propelling Winds 1/1)

Pointing her hand upwards, Hatsu put a large amount of chakra in the palm of her hand. Suddenly releasing the chakra, she let out a large burst of wind radiating from her palm. The blast was strong enough to make Hatsu struggle to stay standing. (Decapitating Air Waves 1/1)

Recalling from the information that Mayuri had bestowed upon her, Hatsu knew this next technique was dangerous, so she left the academy and wandered off the beaten path to somewhere more remote for it. Finding a nice empty space, she focused her chakra, then slammed her palm into the ground, creating an even larger shockwave of air than before. by the time the dust clouds had cleared, Hatsu found herself using Propelling Winds to get out of the newly formed crater. (Extreme Decapitating Air Waves 1/1)

Not seeing much point in going back to the academy, Hatsu went over to the Dojo instead.

-----Walking here proved a chore at first for the giant, as his body was still recovering. However, the medicine men had worked on his body with jutsu and herbs he had never heard of, and now the jounin was back to his full strength. As of yet, he had not seen Samuru, and so he suspected his brother lay on the train that had taken him here. Several ANBU had informed him of this fact due to the many who had tried to lift his brother only to fail miserably. Chortling to himself, the giant man walked through the gates to the Dojo grounds, each step creating a small shockwave that rustled the leaves and scattered a few birds that were on weaker, or thinner, branches. Stepping here brought back memories of training, of war, and of fire, causing the smile to flee his lips. Here had been one of the worst one sided attacks he had ever seen. Shinobi who he had just gotten to know had died, blown to bits of burned alive while he fought to save those he could. The thunder cracking overhead reminded him too well of the explosions that had peppered the village from those massive weapons the UHV had used, and had it not been for his training he would have flinched or teared up. As it was, it sent a chill down his spine. It reminded him too well of the betrayal of Haituro, of the destruction that cat-eared witch had wrought, or at least allowed to happen. While his blood seathed at the memory he took a deep breath and forced himself to relax. Now was a time for training, to better himself against Haituro.

-----For there was no mistake as to what Wanryoku was now after.

-----Haituro would find his end by his hands.

-----Moving towards the doors, and further in, the giant moved through the few who remained and ignored the fighting from above. His goal was not to train with anyone at the moment, but to select a style. During his fight with Nekita, Wanryoku had been near useless, utilizing only destruction as a weapon. He could not allow himself to become a broken record in combat. Repetition was good in some cases, but combat? If the enemy survived, or a watcher got the word out, everyone would be able to predict the giant's movements, and that he could not allow. He would need help, unfortunately, in making this decision. War for his people was simple: who hurt the most per swing. That was it, that was the extent of training, to always get the bigger weapons out to destroy. Yet he could not do that anymore, could not allow himself to continue down the path of his warrior ancestors in using tried and truth methods. Here, this far south, Shinobi fought in more ways than simple battlefield brutality, as he had seen with those like Haituro who used illusions and lies to cloud the minds of those who were nearby. If he wanted to end Haituro once and for all, he would need someone to defend himself with. Reaching into a cabinet full of scrolls, his spirit pulled his hands towards one scroll in particular, smaller than others. Pulling it out to unroll it, Wanryoku nodded, knowing that someone, his ancestors, perhaps, had heard him. Fuu no Odachi, the way of the greatsword.

----- That was not all he wanted to learn, of course, but it set him on the path. Reaching for Olympia, and taking the only scroll the village had, he likewise grabbed Iwagakure no Taijutsu before moving outside towards the training grounds. Destruction was controlled inside, but with the anger, the rage within him, Wanryoku could not risk others getting caught up in his training. No, that would not do at all. Inhaling slowly as he reached the large clearing with stones all around, the giant sat upon the ground and unrolled the scroll of Fuu no Odachi, and began to read.

Coming to a complete halt in his kata the Hattori apparent stopped and watched his siblings for a few moments when he saw a mammoth of a man walk through the building and retrieve a few scrolls. He did not see the items in particular the man had drawn, but he could see some form of unease on the man, a visage of hostility seemed to drag about the man as he made his way out the doorway. Giving a momentary nod Seiji wondered were it best to follow or not, then looking to his younger half-sibling for a moment he decided to follow the man outside after all.

Stopping only long enough to return the practice sword he had drawn and to reclaim his book, a green-silk bound copy of The Five Rings, he made his way out to the less active areas of the building. He kept his distance initially and began to read from the words of the wise author, before himself unfurling a new scroll and taking to seat outside of the stone circles the Giant sat within.

The wording of the scroll of Hsing-I Pakua had been very vague, and for marked reasons. The style was as much about enlightenment and understanding one's self as much as it was about striking and moving. Still here sat the genin attempting to understand its tenets all the while attempting to keep an eye on a large man with an attitude filled with murder. [ 1/2 ]

He contemplated the meanings of fire for a short time still, each time coming to different conclusions. Each time he would hearken back to the thoughts of flame's dance, perpetually moving, exploding, crackling with energy. It was never still and never outsped by anything it consumed. If it ever grew silent or still, it died. So too would be the truth of himself.
[ 2/2 Hsing-I: Fire: Bursting Learned ]

And with the thought of the flame's passion and sense of consuming all, the voracity of knowledge consumed the boy.

"You look troubled." He spoke cleanly, not a question, but an observation.

Arriving at the dojo, Hatsu passed by a tall man that had to be almost twice as tall as her. His feet making the earth below rumble, she casually strolled by the man, glancing at him as they passed one another. Looking for a good spot, she spotted Seiji, who seemed to be looking at the colossal man. "Do they know each other?", she pondered, before finally getting two scrolls, one being for the taijutsu Hsing-I Pakua and the other for Kyuuten no Kumori. Noticing Seiji following the giant, she decided to check out what her half-brother wanted with the man. Following Seiji into another room, she sat down quietly in the corner of the room so not to disturb the other two and spreaded out the scroll for Hsing-I Pakua in front of her.

The first five techniques were rather vague, yet they had deep meaning in the few words scrawled into the text. The first seemed to symbolize rapid movement, illustrated by fire. Focusing her chakra, Hatsu caused the aura of her chakra to mimic that of the text, making it whip around her erratically.
(Fire: Bursting 1/1)

The next symbolized the ground, as a solid unbending and unbreaking wall. Focusing again, her chakra seemed to slow down, creating a thick and heavy aura that seemed to stagnate before dissipating.
(Earth: Crossing 1/1)

The third technique on the scroll pictured a blade. Sharp and accurate, the element associated with it was metal. Her chakra now becoming thin yet powerful, she channeled it into a power that could pierce stone with just a simple punch.
(Metal: Splitting 1/1)

Next she channeled her chakra into the essence of wood, a likeness of the many paths one can take. imagining a tree branch, splitting and forming more branches, this technique symbolized chained combinations. Hatsu's chakra was focused in a way that made it lightweight yet firm, making it easier to move around.
(Wood: Smothering 1/1)

The final technique on the first part of the scroll, Hatsu let her chakra return to normal, then smoothed it out, letting it ebb and flow much like a stream. This techniques water element made her chakra to look like water, flowing softly, and whipping around her on occasion, much like a river flowing into some rapids.
(Water: Drilling 1/1)

Rolling the scroll back up, she placed it and the other beside her, now watching Seiji confront the tall man. Curiosity tends to kill cats, but that never stopped them from looking anyways. Much like a cat, Hatsu sat in the corner of the room and observed Seiji and the tall man.

-----Fuu no Idachi, for the mastery of the self it gives. For the final form that bestows an immunity to mind effecting Genjutsu, if nothing else. Secondly, a newer style, something that cannot be anticipated, but only after starting on Olympia. That choke hold from the UHV brought me too close to death for my liking.

-----These were the thoughts passing through Wanryoku's mind, thoughts that had one deciding factor behind their learning: Haituro. Anything, and everything, that would help in ending his life was of primary concern at the moment. Yet he could not ignore the fact that he, too, was a Jounin of this village, a protector of all within and an adviser, or instructor, to many. That did weigh heavily on his spirit at all times, and in fact he did need to figure out what to say to dear Kinpaku when he saw her next. How did one go about telling their leader that he was going to murder a shinobi that had, until a few days ago, been a valued member of the village? For the moment that worry had to wait, for training came first. Nekita's death, and his near one, taught that physically he was not up to the standards of many other shinobi here in the village, and that worried him.

-----Unfortunately, before he could continue, a voice came to him. It belonged to a younger male, that much was certain, but where...then he realized, and turned just enough to see the boy over his shoulder. While he did look older, the male was small compared to Wanryoku, though everyone in the village was short of stature compared to the giant. Troubled? It was a good question, of course, one that took him away somewhat from the darkness in his soul. If only for a moment, that is. When Wanryoku spoke, his words were thick with his accent, but his eyes, even his expression, changed not a hair. "Trouble not word. Angry. Enraged. These words fit." Turning forward, the giant would simply remain where he sat, though he did continue to speak. "Betrayal unforgivable. That way of things." What was it about this that felt...wrong? Why did he feel this rage, understandable, and laudable rage, and yet feel slight shame at it? He could not understand, could not believe himself so weak! Yet even with those words he felt that that simply did not do himself justice.

-----Taking a deep breath, a slow inhalation that came from the diaphragm, the Jounin reached into his vest and retrieved a scroll with a rock attached to it. Looking at it for a moment, he spun it through the air towards where he knew an ANBU sat. Of course, the only reason they watched was for his health, and for his eventual report. Arriving here, Wanryoku's first words had been 'Nekita...dead...", before passing out. Surely Kinpaku would want answers, and he could not imagine what kept her so. That meant that these ANBU were likely here to retrieve the report whenever he felt like giving it...and in case his health declined once more. He watched the ANBU catch it, read it, and nod before vanishing, all without being seen by anyone. It had been an ANBU after all, and likely it did not understand the instructions very well on how to get Zangai into the quiver he bore on the train. Still, he would try, and hopefully it would be unnecessary when Samuru arrived. Still, precautions...

-----Without turning again, Wanryoku spoke to the boy he had seen, someone clearly meant for the Bukijutsu field of study. "Why ask?"

"A question did not part my lips, but an observation of the warrior before me. Just as I observe the little girl who has followed me, much to her elder brother's displeasure." The genin replied as he continued to look to the larger man eventually drawing into the larger stone circle with him, where he would sit upon a larger stone and make a gesture with one of his hands, a faint manifestation of his chakra abounding from such.
[ 1/5 ]

Seiji took a few minutes to reflect on what the giant had spoken, however, and thought heavily on this for some time. To understand this man, to understand what had happened, and to better understand what this village itself was comprised of, he had to look at the closest of things as if they were a thousand miles away, and the things furthest away as if they were immediately upon himself. He watched the man's actions still and kept his flow of chakra moving, while shifting to a new hand seal.
[ 2/5 ]

"It is difficult to know yourself if you do not know others. To all Ways there are side-tracks. If you study a Way daily, and your spirit diverges, you may think you are obeying a good way, but objectively it is not the true Way. If you are following the true Way and diverge a little, this will later become a large divergence. You must realize this." The Hattori quoted furthering his indulgence however, his eyes half-lidded as he once more inspected the giant and his energies danced.
[ 3/5 ]

"I suppose were I to ask, however, it would be in that I wish to understand you, so as to better understand myself and why I felt drawn to understand you in the first place. And while yes, as you said the act of betrayal may be unforgivable, are you so ensorceled by the flame of their treachery that you will let it drive you into a self-destructive route? The shinobi inquired, shifting his left hand once more as he made for eye contact with the beast of a man.
[ 4/5 ]

"The "mountain-sea" spirit means that it is bad to repeat the same thing several times when fighting the enemy. There may be no help but to do something twice, but do not try it a third time. If you once make an attack and fail, there is little chance of success if you use the same approach again." Seiji tarried on for a moment longer, while on the thought. "I pray to the Buddha that should you come across this being who betrayed you, you not strike him ever once more as you struck him twice before. It would serve to be your undoing. Instead let the flow of nature and the elements become your guide, they will serve you much better than brute instinct."
[ 5/5 Basic Training: Meditate Completed ]

Resuming his original train of thought while he waited for the mountain of a man to contemplate his next words the young Hattori began to think on the aspect of Earth. The way the earth, the ground, was his ally during combat, and how in it's crossings the earth was the one constant. He envisioned the many-fold path of combat, the Form, No Form, and as his mind carried on he came to a realization of the passing of bodies.
[ 1/2 ]

All forces met in contact, in crossing, at some point. To weather the toughest of storms, some must remain grounded. He thought deeply on this as it occurred to him, but knowing that holding too deeply to some information lead one to follow it alone he let it go. Nodding to himself as he let the thought go from his mind while he continued to wait.

[✠]Walking into the dojo, it didn't take Samuru much looking to find the giant, already engaged in a conversation. He stopped and turned, taking a moment to attempt to do what was apparently required of him...to be nice Ugh. he shoved his annoyance down and fixed his face into a neutral expression. It wasn't perfect as he looked perpetually perturbed about something but it was better than scowling. Now, Samuru merely looked frowny. Turning back around, he walked up to the giant and his conversational partner, stopping a foot or so away I will not interrupt....but if this conversation goes on long, I will stop this stupid face of mine. he thought, a tiny hint of his thoughts revealing themselves in his frown as it deepened.[✠]

-----The boy who had spoken before continued again, this time with something that nudged parts of Wanryoku's mind he had wished would remain still. Vengeance was a painful, and often evil thing, an infection that could corrupt the best minded and surest of spirit with the darkness it so threatened. And so to hear this boy speak made him think beyond this darkness, to possibilities beyond killing the betrayer. After a moment he realized that was not the boy's intent, but the misunderstanding caused the thoughts to rise nonetheless. What would this hatred do for him? To him? That latter gave him pause, but before his thoughts could finish someone else came into his stones, someone...more important in some ways, less in others. Samuru, the boy who wished to be trained, the boy who, oddly, he felt the desire to trust. When his eyes met the younger's, he nodded in greeting, his eyes intense with the thoughts raging behind them. However, there was a slight lessening of tension to his body, his eyes opening a bit wider, his muscles relaxing just a bit. To someone with a trained eye for specifics it would be obvious, though whether that would include Samuru was unknown.

-----Speaking to the boy as he moved to stand, Wanryoku's broken language surfaced further as he tried to speak just a bit quicker overall. In his hands was the scroll for the fighting style he intended to learn, called Olympia. It was perfect for what he intended to do, and he felt that if anyone could put up with him, it would be either Kaileer or Samuru. "I will learn style no one will expect. I will fight him, no matter say." Looking to Samuru, he also realized the boy did not bear his brother in tow. Well, Zangai did have a tendency to be stubborn. Perhaps that was it? Without asking, Wanryoku continued on and spoke more directly to the other warrior. "You come to train? Good. I will learn with you, together." The words were simple, but he hoped the boy would get his meaning. To train with someone else while fighting, to learn while attempting to overwhelm an opponent, one could learn fighting styles quite a bit faster. It would also teach them both the limits of one another, something important when fighting alongside allies. He nodded then to the other boy, the one who spoke in words of wisdom. "Name self. I be Wanryoku Jingi Horobusu." It was a name of destruction, strength, and overall forward movement. The way of a warrior, as it were. Perhaps the boy would pick up on it?

-----In part, the giant's words were broken up because he stopped caring if others could understand him clearly. He simply spoke the words that came to him, as best he could. Perhaps with time, and effort, he would speak like someone born and raised here, but he felt that even if that were the case, he would choose to speak as he did. It was a mark of his heritage, one he would never choose to expunge.

Taking notice of the new arrival to the field the Hattori nodded for a moment before returning his stance to the giant. The man spoke of training, and for a sword to go to battle without being sharpened or tested was a most meddlesome thing. Thus Seiji nodded and gave a gracious bow to the giant of a man. When he at last turned to face Seiji and gave his name, the Hattori heir took to decoding it's meaning quickly, before smiling. The parts of his name roughly translated to Brute Strength, Humanity and/or Justice, and To Wreck. The elder shinobi's mind quickly pieced together various ways that his name could make sense, arriving to only one immediately.

"Strength and Justice. Let us Hope, that Might makes Right." The Heir to the Hattori clan spoke as he looked to his opponent and drew himself up into a new stance, one loose in the body, but prepared to move in quick action.

"I am Seiji Satoshi Hattori. My names hold meaning, much as yours does. Seiji denotes my place within my family, I am the Refined Second Son, and Heir to the Hattori Name. Satoshi was given as a boon, that I would be quick thinking and quick witted." He responded in turn.

[ [ Enters into Training Bout - Non-Spar with Wanryoku // pending adds ] ]

Thinking on his feet as he adapted his stance he began to think on the hardness of the steel in the sheath at his side. Focusing on the metal he let his mind wander through the hardness of his attacks. Sparse moments dedicated to the sheer power drove him and he thought through the elemental imbalance of his weapons and his own body.
[ 1/1 Hsing-I: Metal: Splitting [Jin: Pi] Learned ]

His mind yet wandered onto the principles of water and it's smooth flowing course. Water, an element so intense yet so serene, with such power, but which could easily be diverted. On this he thought, and realized, if his opponent were to be stone, what better could he be than water, to deliver a pressing blow that drilled through the core unto the other side.
[ 1/1 Hsing-I: Water: Drillng [Shui: Zuan] Learned ]

Finally as he began to transition his feet forward he thought of the trees which surrounded them and the great branches and roots which expanded from them. The branches swatted at the skies and the animals within them with the raging winds, while the roots lay in rest, ever expanding and ever deep. They were a two part system, a deep combination of earth and wind that never subsided. So too must his attacks be, intrinsic and unseen, one following the other from within to without, so that they cannot be halted easily. He took a great moment to think on this and lowered his stance just slightly.
[ 1/1 Hsing-I: Wood: Smothering [Mu: Beng] Learned ]

Making the seal of readiness Seiji stood in full stance, his body prepared for the larger shinobi to come for him, his eyes searching for any change in his movement or stance. His body was lax but prepared, his hands near enough his blade to draw it from any angle or stance, and his feet in no locked position.

[✠]No no no. The giant didn't just get to ramble on like that and Samur's features started to turn a little stormy but he maintained his neutral expression as best he could. At least now he had learned the giant's name. As for the other boy, Samuru returned the nod of greeting "Another one?" the words came out before Samuru was able to register any real emotion to them and so the tone was flat. He eyed the boy up and down, trying to see Myurai in the sharp features and more ragged appearance. Myurai was always so neat and tidy....it always made Samuru want to ruffle him in some way. Probably not the best choice of action but "Yes....I'm here to train with you, Wanryoku, and to inform you that your Zangai thing is still on that crashed vehicle. You didn't tell me it was outside the village. I cannot go outside of the gates." again with the flat tone. Samuru couldn't mimic a nice or polite tone of voice yet, could barely manage civil at times. He was frowning at the giant, his face indicating he was unhappy to have been given a task he would have had no chance of completing.[✠]

-----From the tone and expression upon Samuru's face, Wanryoku was forced to realize the boy likely felt rage at being send somewhere he could not go. Worse, the giant had not known of this restriction, and it bothered him greatly. Beside him, the other boy, the one naming himself Seiji, meditated and drew his blade, preparing himself for an attack. Cocking his head slightly to the side, Wanryoku turned to face the boy completely, before lowering himself into the stance for Iwagakure no Jutsu, weight distributed just so by the placement of his feet. However, his words were for Samuru, not the little one. "I not know you bound. Nor I think you actually do as you try. Thank you, and proud I am. How about you fight me, with boy by side, and if win, I will tell Kinpaku to let you go where want?" This proved that Wanryoku, unfortunately, did not know about Kaileer. Likely the giant had been in concentration when the announcement was made. Still, it might mean something that he was willing to argue with Kinpaku to allow Samuru more freedom.

-----Normally he wouldn't have attacked head on, but he wanted to see what this boy could do. And so Wanryoku lunged forward with a single palm thrust, without any Stamina behind it, but still enough strength to knock the boy off of his feet should Wanryoku hit his chest, as he intended.

Setting on the size of his opponent as he now rushed forward at him Seiji would not let himself cower, instead he would hold his ground and recall from the teachings of his youth. Spanning one arm up over himself to appear almost as if a bird inspecting it's own wing, while the other swung low, much as a raptor flying over its prey. He waited, held for the right moment and the correct movement. His breath held firm as his opponent closed in.
[ 1/2 ]

Then the triggering moment came, the giant lumbered in with his forward striking palm and Seiji deflected with the lower arm. Instead of the standard redirection to be expected from the upper arm, he would use the momentum of bringing his lower arm to bear to separate himself from the man. Buying himself a scant few feet from the man he prepared for his next movement in the combat, his eyes intent on the man.
[ 2/2 Hsing-I: Phoenix Spanning and Turning Learned ]

From the distance he placed between them he would intone a phrase of his meditation, not placing the true chakra behind the technique, but instead applying the theory behind it as he moved into the next technique.

"Jin: Pi [ Metal: Splitting ]" Was the meditation he applied, increasing his attack strength.

Taking a small step forward he shifted his balance onto his main foot, drawing his right hand back. His body would begin to coil as if a snake preparing to strike, and for a moment the natures of this style could be seen in his very movements. His hand clenched into a fist while he took the briefest of mental preparations into consideration.
[ 1/2 ]

Rotating forward with his hips he now thrust his fist forward, his arm and frame bursting forth like the venemous cobra striking its prey. Unlike normal blows of this technique, however, he would not aim for the face or torso, instead he would attempt to take himself underneath the weight of his opponent and place the strike low. The blow, should it connect, would find itself designed for the giant's left leg, just above the right knee on the thigh.

[✠]Seriously? Samuru's look of disinterest was slowly turning into his usual look of unamused annoyance "Thanks but no. Two on one, no matter the size of the one, is not how I battle." he replied, fighting to maintain the flat tone. Stepping back from the battle as the two began their fight, Samuru leaned against the wall and watched. It had been pretty obvious that Wanryoku was a weapons or tai fighter No genjutsu user has that kind of physique. the other one though....Samuru's gaze followed the Hattori's attacks, narrowing his gaze at the retaliating attack ....same. he let his head fall back against the wall, watching with his head tilted back. This would be an interesting fight...and perhaps he could learn more about this Hattori who would be working with him. Hopefully, this boy had a better head than the little princess who Samuru had met before If he's useful as a fighter, he might be useful in the forges. he turned his gaze back to Wanryoku, waiting for the retaliation.[✠]
