Mala was absolutely beaming with pride, gazing at her baby and enjoying the attention that Anise was getting.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"She's adorable, congratulations." Jaquel said with a smile, standing behind Kai and Larai so as not to crowd Anise too much.

 

[M3Gnificent]

Ariae gazed silently at the baby, having already made her comments after helping deliver and clean the infant.

"Thank you!" Mala replied, feeling most prideful of her baby.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Careful, she's already going to be on a new-mom high for the rest of the day, her ego doesn't need any help." Van joked.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"Oh, hush, Van! You get just as big of ego trips as I do, if not bigger!" Mala teased back with a small blush and a grin.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"I tease because I love." Van said with a smile as he gave Mala a kiss on the cheek.

 

[M3Gnificent]

Mala smiled a bit wider as she replied, "I know. That's why I do it too."

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

'Listen, I'm very happy for the proud parents and the new baby, but....we still have the guy stuck in the dagger over here.' Guile said, still stuck sitting on a nearby table.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"Oh yeah..." Mala muttured, slightly disappointed that she couldn't just boast about her baby for a little longer. She turned to Van and looked at him for help in deciding whether or not she should help Guile out of the dagger just yet.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"In his defense, I was a pervy jerk when I was in the ring the first time too, remember?" Van admitted.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"True...and it took a night of drinking and recklessness to get us where we are so..." Mala looked over to the blade and shrugged. "Sure, I'll help. Just give me a bit to examine the seal and I'll work on it."

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Thank the gods, I thought I'd never get out of here!' Guile said.

"I wouldn't thank all of them, there a few that are pretty big jerks. Atius especially." Van commented.

((Sorry for just getting on btw. My morning chunk of free time was spent playing Pokemon and I stayed a half hour late after art class ended to finish my stupid project. Which doesn't fit in my scanner. TT-TT))

{Ouch, that sucks. >.< Not the pokemon part, though. Just the scanner not fitting the project.}

Mala walked over and examined the blade, carefully gazing over the runes. "These are pretty old and have worn off quite a bit, else you wouldn't be able to talk to us. I can have this seal gone in a matter of hours."

((Of course, new pokemons are always much woot. XD ))

'And thank the gods for that too. You have no idea how easy it is to go bonkers in here when not a soul can even hear you for a few hundred years.'

"And I'm glad for that." Mala said easilly, going on over to her backpack to dig out her heavy spellbook. She then looked over to Larai and said, "Larai, please set up the pedestal just as I told you how."

Larai, as instructed, chanted a spell to summon a white pedestal with golden vines carved into the design.

"Now...let's begin!"
