For future reference, since there was already a cert request made before on April 02, 2020, just a basket popping ceremony form would suffice -- This form is used to name (and optionally assign a temper to) newly popped soquili for the first time. Unfortunately, with the request of Spring Flowers with matching feathers, I already selected a different design for Lán Shuǐ's cert.
