Desin & Kask: Yeah, that one puzzled me too but I figured it goes like this.
If you look at Stage Six the technique Final Words it states.
A passive technique whereby the user can accurately the distance, location, and speed of an incoming object or person based on the sounds made and the disturbances made in the environment.
This leads me to believe that Sensory Information means, you know the general area where something is coming from but not the exact location, how fast, and stuff like that.

Looks like a misplaced comma to me. :/ Like you can locate anything itself, but not by what it's disturbing. i.e. a moving leaf due to a chakra-ized kunai can't be detected, but the kunai can be.
It's a weird sentence, at the least.

@ Haruhi: Is that the stated wording? I'd add 'general' just before 'location', & then clean it up a tad. Which style is it from?
