Nii-san means older brother while Nee-san means older sister

But if you mean the suffix '~san' then its a polite way for calling someone in japanese. Like Mr. or Mrs. or Miss.

I can call you Megahina-san to show politeness but since ur young and cute! I use the suffix '~chan'.

Like colonel, I'll call him Colonel-san and Szayel-san.

Or maybe nii-san and nee-san....lol
