Maylee moved when Eren did. Searching for these circles that appeared around town as of late. She put her hand on one and traced it with her fingers. What are these meant for? She thought before they moved to the others. Eren and her where quiet as they worked. Walking together, Eren turned to her. She felt weird with him just staring at her. Maylee turn to him when he spoke. Asking why she became to shinobi. Why did she? Her dad and mom wanted her and her brothers too. The Counsel ordered it. Maylee, Rakuin and Samuru became shinobis to use Konoha. To learn strong techniques to betray every last inch of Konoha. She went with the Counsel's orders. "In my family...you don't have much of a choice. And we'll leave it at that, Eren." She said cold heartly. Maylee fell quiet again before sighing. "...sorry." She mumbled. "Why did you become a Shinobi, Eren?" She asked as they walked. Wanting to get off the subject of her.
"Mess with my Onii-chans, and I will burn you alive."

Eren, finding anything else to do after May's cold words, looks around as if looking for more of those weird ritual circles. Of course, he was mostly pretending. That was kind of rude of me to ask I guess. Maybe I'll just dr- Eren is interrupted from his thoughts when May turns his own question back on him. His eyes go back to her but he is walking slower now, eyes downcast as he remembers the day he decided he would become a shinobi. "Well... I became one to help the village I guess. They... saved my life when I was really young though and I want to return the favor by protecting the people in this village too. I didn't much care about it though and just saw it as my duty for awhile. Until I lost my parents at least. They were my only family so... I decided to become a medical shinobi. I don't want anyone else to lose their family like I did." Eren absentmindedly marks down the locations of what appeared to be the last of the ritual circles. Geez, it looked like in his attempt to learn more about May he'd learned nothing and she'd learned... well, everything about him. Fate was funny like that though he guessed.

"The world could use more like you, Eren." She told him before stopping and turning to him. "This village mostly." Maylee twisted a lock of her hair with her fingers. "I lost my dad when I was younger. No one gave a care in the world to help us when is happened." She shrugged. "I guess, for personal reason, I became a shinobi to avenge my dad and to protect those close to me. But with my bloodline, my reason means nothing. It's all about to make sure we have a strong clan leader." She lowered her hand and blew her bangs up. "My brother Raku is the clan leader, I fall under him. So I guess that kind of makes me a princess or something" She thought of Samuru. "Samuru, he's the eldest, he was born without the bloodline. I considered him lucky for all sorts of reasons." She turned and locked her hands together behind her back. "No one should suffer the way my siblings and I have." Her eyes lightened a little but not by much. "We should get back to the other's. Izuki is probably wondering where we gone off too." She started to walk at a pace where Eren could catch up to her.

Eren raises an eyebrow at May's comment that the village needed more people like him. "As far as I'm concerned, I'm no one special. Just another medical ninja who wants to heal people," he mumbles, but listens as she tells him of her own history. She finishes, saying that they should go back to the others, and he walks beside her back the direction they had come. He is silent for a while. A good five minutes at least, before suddenly blurting out, "no one should have to suffer period... you would have liked my father May," he thinks back to the day his father had rescued him, smiling fondly at the memory. "He was brave. When Otogakure captured me for my bloodline he and just a few other jounin came to rescue me. I'm sure that he would have done anything he could to help you and your family if he hadn't died." As he talks Eren looks over the map he had been checking off the locations of the ritual circles on and slips the piece of paper into his back pocket, returning his attention to May as he finishes talking about his father.

"Maybe my dad knew your dad at some point." She shrugged. "Can we get off the topic of my dad. I...really don't like talking about him since he died." She turned to him. "It's still painful to talk about even years after his death." She looked back to the path. "Izuki will like that we mapped the majority of the circles." She wanted to get off the topic of her dad. Heaven forbid she DIDN'T want to talk about her mother. Gah, her mother. She pushed through the crowd looking back now and then to make sure Eren was behind her. She stumbled a bit when she rejoined the group. Maylee flipped her hair up. She groans softly. "I need a haircut." She mumbled before standing up. "We mapped the area of the streets where the circles are at. Eren has the map that locates them." She placed her hands in her pockets and waited for the next instructions to be given.

Expression grim, Jae stayed perched up top of a rooftop, having followed the culprit back into the inner working system of Konoha. After making sure Samuru had been alright she had made sure to stay hot on the suspicious persons trail. Where the hell are you...a** munch... She thought to herself, scanning the area. Quickly, she looked from area to area, jumping from rooftop to rooftop with relative ease. He was in their territory now. She had to make sure this b*****d stayed in it or else it would only make the chase even that much more difficult.

The man had vanished, it was a busy time of day in the streets and so many people were out in the streets. But the area he vanished was interesting. It was downtown Konoha, where the night life of the village happens. Perfect area for people to disappear with all of the drinking and people hooking up. But something was also terribly wrong, the guy was trained. And he was good enough to get away from Jae, these kidnapping were far more serious than previously anticipated. All that was left was to report this to the Hokage.
Retribution...this is not my goal. No, I care not for soaking the world in violence. There has been enough of that.

Sticking to the streets since Jae had taken the rooftops, Samuru moved through the crowd with no success. The man had vanished. He turned, spotting Jae on a roof and held his hands up to his shoulders, signalling his failure. It annoyed him to no end that the man had managed to escape...Now what?

Having lost sight of the culprit, Jae peered over the side to look into the streets below. Spotting Samuru, Jae looked hopeful but let her crestfallen expression show as he signaled with his body language that he too had failed in maintaining the trail. Jae could bet her life on it that he was still around, somewhere. So close...! Jumping down from the rooftop, she buffered her fall with a built up burst of chakra that sent a small dust cloud of dirt and other matter up into the air. She sighed aloud and made her way towards Samuru. "I'm going to wring his little neck when I find him!" She barked, fuming. Placing her hands on her hips her displeasure was evident in not only her gestures but her facial expressions. They could have been that much closer to finding Emi's husband. That couple was counting on them. She felt like she had somehow failed them. She hated the feeling. "We have to inform Noctis on the progress of this mission. Even though I would like to be the one to make the final blow I don't want to let my pride risk finding Yuusuke san." She explained, looking up at Samuru as she informed him on their next direction to take. "Come on." She said, indicating with her head to follow her. Letting her hands fall to her sides she stalked away, in the direction of the Hokage's office.

As Reiojika walked along the rooftops listlessly, he looked down upon the crowd with disdain, having a large quantity of dislike for large crowds and loud noises. Unfortunately, the streets were the only way to get anywhere in the Village. But, instead of walking among the ground, Reiojika often took it upon himself to walk along the rooftops; not for some sense of thinking he was better than them, but because, besides the streets, the rooftops were the only way to get anywhere and since no one except the occasional ninja used them, they tended to be the fastest way, too.
Reiojika then increased his speed a little, wanting to get away from the obnoxiousness of the crowd and its noises.

Naomi was picking up obvious signs of anger, and possibly jealously from Izuki, though it was more of a compliment for her, rather than an annoyance. She turned to Kansuke, who also picked up on it, probably far better than she did, since they have known each other for quite some time, and was the first to respond. Afterwards, Kansuke explained that even ANBU ranked Shinobi had to deal with such petty missions. That surely crushed her dreams of becoming apart of the ANBU, but as long as she could help protect the village, if completing under ranked missions was the only way, she'd do so. She was only looking for something... thrilling. Ever since she graduated, not much has happened other than training. Naomi turned to Izuki as he finally spoke, talking about some 'follow up' missions. A deep breath escaped her slightly parted lips, annoyed about the fact they'd have to do complete more boring missions. "Follow-up missions... lovely." Her face retained its usual emotionless expression, her voice carrying a very obvious hint of sarcasm.

Reiojika suddenly ran quickly across the rooftops, his previous annoyed expression from the river now deepened. There was one thing Reiojika hated most, next to pretentious pricks, and that was getting lost. Unfortunately, this was what he was exactly now. Lost. Reiojika now realized his folly of not asking Eclipse for directions to her mansion.

As such I’m extending an offer to you; we can complete the missions together or solo, I myself have no real qualms with either option. The choice is yours in the end, so people feel free to give your answer at any time.” The calmness on his face as easily detectable through his voice as well. At this point he merely wanted to finish the missions up so he could get some training done. Maybe work on some Genjutsu and his Bukijutsu.
