“The trees that whisper in the evening... Carried away by a moonlight shadow...”The Huntress observes them silently, pleased that they were already picking up this skill. It normally took normal people months to develop an understanding of it and get a somewhat passable wall formed. She gently pushes on their shields to test them, pressing harder on any weak points she found to let them know. “Sing a song of sorrow and grieving... Carried away by a moonlight shadow...” -'Moonlight Shadow', Mike Oldfield

Avani raised an eyebrow and shrugged. "All right," she said, wrapping her arms around Kota's shoulders and lightly bracing her knees against his back.

Almost immediately Rand felt a wall of pressure testing out his shield, slowly coming to recognize the presence of the Huntress as a familiar, albeit strangely and uniquely alien, one. He contained his instinct to shut her own, instead redirecting his energy back towards the shield and maintaining his flameworking. Leigh Ann's miniature self rose to join the already completed yellow rose and the Huntress figure over his left palm, freeing up his right hand to condense another cyan flame that soon faded into a deeper coloring matching sky blue. This flame he made to form into Shechina's likeness, recreating her posture sitting neatly in place against the grass. It was easier to make with practice of living models, and his shield was holding up well. The Fire Mage sighed to himself in relief that he wasn't messing up for once only for the presence in his thoughts to sharpen, striking without warning. His eyes widened in surprise at the probe ripping into the ideal setting in his inner sanctum, his strength now torn between defense and creation.

Kota smirked before leaping high into the air before kicking the air and falling towards town. "hang on." He said as he hit the ground before leaping back up into the air.

Avani squeaked and squeezed her eyes shut. "I really don't like being off the ground," she said, gripping his shoulders tighter. "Please stop."

Kept her eyes closed and a tight grip on his shirt despite his assurance that he had her. "You'd better," she muttered.

Kota chuckled as he hopped aong the path towards town. "Being in the air isn't all that bad. I you can talk with the wind you'll be fine." He said simply and smiled as he looked back at her.

"I'm an Earth mage. I can't talk to the wind," Avani said. "I'm not meant to be in the air unless I'm in a tree," she added under her breath.

“The trees that whisper in the evening... Carried away by a moonlight shadow...”The Huntress continues to poke and prod at Rand, Valiant, and Leighs shields. After a few moments, she suddenly sends a strong mental attack at Shechina, her outer calm never hinting that she was testing all four at once. “Sing a song of sorrow and grieving... Carried away by a moonlight shadow...” -'Moonlight Shadow', Mike Oldfield

Valiant focused on his snake. It slithered and coiled, hissing. All of a sudden Valiant could feel the Cobra's head rear back and strike out at The Hunter's conscience. Valiant had to form a Giant mental hand to block it, in case she could be hurt that way. He didn't really want the snake to attack. It was more of an instinct.

((Spirit mages are the only ones who can strike back into someone else's mind, though others can strike when someone is in their mind... Did that make sense..?)) “The trees that whisper in the evening... Carried away by a moonlight shadow...”The cobra suddenly begins moving on its own, slowly being tied into knots. While it was a good effort, the Huntress still didn't like someone trying to attack back, especially when they were supposed to obly be working on defense. “Sing a song of sorrow and grieving... Carried away by a moonlight shadow...” -'Moonlight Shadow', Mike Oldfield

Leigh Ann felt the water rushing past her rock, how, even though that rock had been worn into a shape, it had taken centuries to form that, and so allowed the natural strength of the rock to help her withstand the Huntress' attack.

Shechina gasped, not actually having had a mental shield up since she'd only been meditating. On instinct, she formed a mental net to catch and repel the attack that had been sent at her. Then she focused on the memory of her mother baking in the kitchen. It was an image that never failed to calm her. She loved going into the kitchen to help her mother and smell baking bread or the sweet and tart scent of cinnamon and apples.
