Lucy smiled softly and got up from the bed.She looked around the room and got on all fours and looked under the bed.

Jack chuckled a bit and got up. He took a stool and put it in a corner and got on it. He looked at the roof corner and found a small voice recorder that matched the color of the walls. He took it off and got down from the stool. "Here Lucy. This is what they look like, but different color so they can match its surroundings," he said, showing it to Lucy.

Lucy came out from under the bed after he called her name.She looked at the little recorder in his hand and nodded softly.She got out her phone and smiled softly"Flashlight app to the rescue."She said softly.

Jack smiled at Lucy's joy. "Alright. You keep looking there, I'll look through this side."

Lucy crawled around the floor with her phone searching for the little bugs.She found a couple in small corners and placed them on the bed.After while she stood up and rubbed her aching knees"What do we do with them?"She asked him.

Jack walked over to Lucy and placed a couple of the bugs on the table. "Easy," he said as he got one and put it on the floor. He then proceeded to squash it with his foot. "We get rid of the,."

Lucy watched him take a bug onto the floor and step on it.She smiled and placed them a couple on the floor and started to step on them.She smiled as she heard a crack sound and looked at him"Won't Mel mind?"She aske dhim.

"Nah. She won't. She knows I don't like to be heard or stalked. Plus, this should giver a warning to never do it again," Jack said as he grabbed a small handful and stepped on them until they cracked.

Lucy looked at him as he spoke and watched him step on more bugs."I hope she doesn't get angry at me for helping you destroy her bugs."She took more bugs and placed them on the floor and then stomp on them.

"If she did, she'd have to go through me," Jack said as he stepped on some more bugs.

Lucy looked at him and nodded softly.She xat down on the bed and coughed slightly."At least you're protective."

"Yup. I don't want her to hear our private conversations," jack said as he sat down next to her.

Lucy smiled at him"Well since the bugs are all destroyed would you like to tell me about your past Or will you like to tell me about it before we go to sleep?'She asked him as she played with his hair.

"Ok ok, I'll tell you," Jack said and placed a hand on her head like she was a child. "I'm an only child, um...both of my parents are dead. All my other family members don't consider me to have the same bloodline as them and have completely disowned me. I guess you could say Mel is like a brother/sister to me."
