Mint: Aww, sucks! You gotta' have some BBQ while you're there, it's one of THE four BBQ states! Next to Tennesse and like the Carolinas.
Well not both the Carolinas, just South Carolina, I can never really remember the last state.

I'm in fortworth right now to see the zoo but I'm staying in grapevine county

Hang on, it says on Wiki that there are four main styles.
Memphis, Carolinas, Kansas City, and Texas. Other regions include California, Hawaii, and some other states... but they're minor I guess.

We BBQ indoors in winter and outdoors in summer when it gets above 0 degrees because we can put shorts on them :3
