Hey I don't really see it anywhere so I'm gonna ask here...
To learn jutsu do you have to ask the Kage and to do missions the same and if yes then WHERE do I do this and what do I have to wait for?

Bloodline, you may learn on your own. You need kage permission for ninjutsu and the like. Missions... Well, you can ask for anything, but I tend to lean on there being a mission board of sorts with anything under B rank for the genin.

That's probably because I'm still partially obligated to be up with the sunrise, man. You get on "late", which I haven't been. And I don't get on til sometime midday the next day.
Didn't help that I spent the weekend socializing, either.

I'll post before the night's over or tomorrow. I've got an essay to finish and seeing as how you guys aren't writing it for me or giving me a grade you're not too high on my priority list. Just do some solo training. xP

Not terribly far. We'd just gotten by our visit to museum and the lecture on mitochondria. None too far at all.
