I am just tired of these same people, i might like these people, but you can always count on them to someow miraculously gain a mod position

Can I point out that people who are the "same old faces" are usually there for a reason? I mean, if you're always a mod no matter who the Captain is then doesn't that mean that they are doing a good job at what they have been given? Please stop complaining about who is a mod and who is not...obviously some people will be disappointed and mad at what happens and what doesn't.

You too, you always get a job, though you do it well.

I'm all for experience, but give someone else a chance.

I don't usually try out for mod positions because it is a waste of time. I've seen countless mod tryouts, and the same people get the job. Rarely, does anyone else get a chance, and when someone does it usually is for a specific reason I won't mention.
