((@Valiant: She was only probing around the edges, but I thought I should clarify for everyone just in case)) “The trees that whisper in the evening... Carried away by a moonlight shadow...”The Huntresses mental probe evades Shechina's net and continues to probe at the different Guardians minds, never truly entering except for tying Valiant's snake into knots. “Sing a song of sorrow and grieving... Carried away by a moonlight shadow...” -'Moonlight Shadow', Mike Oldfield

((Nice new avi Minnta!))
Rand sighed feeling The Huntress peering into his thoughts, his imagery wavering like the ripples on the surface of a pond. He grit his teeth keeping his energy split among his floating portraits and keeping his mind intact, his eyes closing shut to let him focus more upon deflecting the probe. Gah. This is harder thought I was expecting, and my expectations were already high enough. I can just barely keep her off me, and even that much is because she isn't focusing on me in particular. I can only assume she's holding back on me or just dealing with the others in turn.

Shechina focused more on her mental shield. Her mother had been baking a few loafs of light, sourdough bread that morning when she had left, so the memory was clearer than it would have been otherwise. She especially focused on the smell of the bread and the image of her mother's strong back bent over her work.

((Thanks, I'm trying to get it to look like this, but it's really expensive)) “The trees that whisper in the evening... Carried away by a moonlight shadow...”The Huntress slowly starts to back off until she finally stops her probing. "Better than I expected." “Sing a song of sorrow and grieving... Carried away by a moonlight shadow...” -'Moonlight Shadow', Mike Oldfield

Shechina focused on her mental image for a little longer, then she opened her eyes and looked calmly at the Huntress. She would have glare at the older mage for interrupting her meditation, but working on the mental shield had worked the same way.

((So you're about 3 million gold short right?))
Easing back on his seat in the grass the Fire Guardian let out a small breath of relief. He was glad his shield had been up to snuff, particularly since he had struggled towards the end with her mental intrusions. Controlling his powers along with keeping himself safe was a tricky situation, but one he ultimately knew would pay off in the heat of true combat. At the very least it gave him something to work on whenever he wasn't too busy hitting on anything with a pretty face and long legs within sight. Returning back to the miniature of Shechina he sent the flame sculpture hovering over towards her, hoping he could draw her attention briefly.

Shechina's cheeks turned a light pink. It was a very good likeness, but, of course, since she knew he was flirting with her, she felt he'd emphasized a couple things a bit much. She looked away and flapped a hand at the little flame sculpture as if to wave it away.

That Shechina had flushed at all was a most unexpected reaction he had to admit, not to mention the fact she tried fanning the flames back. Rand smiled to himself that she seemed to be focusing on the minor details of her curves being exacerbated, a problem he could remedy without her input yet chose to avoid taking the easier route on purpose. "What do you think Shechina? Have I added too much here and there? Perhaps I should take a bit away..." he chuckled, adding a subtle stream of power that emphasized the size of the caricature's chest in proportion to her body. Not that he knew what her body really looked like beyond a casual observation, for all of his flame works were based off his own direct glances at that point in time.
((Oh dear. Sounds like a cause worthy of donation. I'm in.))

Shechina glanced back at the little sculpture, then at Rand. "Would you stop it, Rand? We're here to train, not to flirt."

Leigh Ann laughed a little at Shechina's and Rand's exchange. The two were cute when they were argueing. She looked at the Huntress and asked, "What's first?"

"Indeed we are sweet Shechina. But you're the one who started looking around at your own body. I was motivated by just recreating my companions. And you had to go and get all flustered by a little over ample chest here, and a slightly more prominent rear there...with even more kissable lips too. See? Even Leigh is enjoying herself and I fought back the urge to study her form in depth." Turning to face the Earth Mage he gently adjusted her features, focusing particularly on her figure's face forming into a match for her laughter. Keeping the smile on his face he added the (correctly adjusted in proper proportions) sky blue outline of the Spirit Guardian to Leigh's and the Huntress's replicas, now taking his time to regard Valiant. His brows slid together in a sign of concentration, letting the spark in his empty right hand blossom into a deep royal blue flame for his male counterpart's sculpture. As he was a more sylvan figure the Fire Mage took special care in outlining the detached aura of his appearance, adjusting the shading of his fourth creation hopefully to his liking.

Avani finally opened her eyes and glared at him. "Yes, I would. And I'd feel even better if you payed attention to where you were going," she said pointedly.

“The trees that whisper in the evening... Carried away by a moonlight shadow...”The Huntress in bemused silence, not entirely understanding the humans way of attracting mates (aka flirting). Hearing Leigh Ann's question, she rises from her crouch and scans the area around them. "We need to begin traveling so that I may find the last three Guardians and train them as well." “Sing a song of sorrow and grieving... Carried away by a moonlight shadow...” -'Moonlight Shadow', Mike Oldfield
