"Alas, it seems my time here is at its end." Raphael said looking into his empty mug. "I'd stay and chat, but it's not really my gold to spend. Too many drinks now and we'd be out of traveling expenses." he said as he got up and placed a few coins on the counter to pay. "Good night, Miss Roxanne." he said with a polite bow before retreating back to his room before Roxanne sniffed him out. "That woman is going to be the death of me..." he muttered under his breath before deciding to call it a night and slipping into bed. The pouring rain made his attempts at sleep futile though and he instead spent the remainder of the night sitting by the window watching the rain.

Justine woke up rather early, mere hours before the morning would begin. When she sat herself up and looked about the room, she saw Raphael sitting by the window as he watched the rain fall. "...Not very sleepy, I take it?" she asked him with a small, groggy chuckle.

"Hmm?...Oh, I suppose not...." Raphael said rather glumly, looking back at Justine when she spoke before looking back out at the rain outside. "Weather like this just makes me rather....nostalgic, I suppose..."

Justine nodded slightly, following Raphael at a small distance. "Well, if worst comes to worst, I'm sure I can distract her while you leave - I could then just ditch her and catch up with you at a later point in time." Of course, Roxanne inadvertently annoyed the living s**t out of Justine. There was no guarantee she could tolerate the poor maiden for that long.
