Pretty much this so called welfare agency in Italy, gets tese girls that are close to death and gives them cybernetic implants that seems to be a lot like regular flesh but by far stronger and quite effective. Each girl is assigned a handler to whom its not only their job to protect but they feel obligated to protect them as well.
The teams of the girl and handler are called Fratello it technically means brother but in this case it means siblings. The fratello units are used to assasinate or capture terrorist and those who oppose the Italian government. Its an awsome show!
