I roommates have a some equipment in the garage. I may do something light to tone myself, back to where I was.

I need more muscle. I lost too much weight this summer and all my muscle mass went with it... well I still got my nice arms but other than that. xD

Im not a big guy (only 105lbs) And im starting a powerlifitng ruitine to gain a little mass and alot of muscle. its stux....but i already feel results

I can't gain mass tone tone and be more in shape, plus stamina. All of which I've lost.

KiDtaztic I can't gain mass tone tone and be more in shape, plus stamina. All of which I've lost. Actually what the dude i work out with said is that by doing cardio and warming up properly before a heavy lift, it actually helps because the blood vessels are more open and the body is warming, allowing nutrients and energy to go to where it needs to go. So for my power lifting, i actually run 2 miles before we even start. and when we done we do a few toning exercises. so i think it works out

Do what wrestlers do if you wanna gain muscles. If you are still going through growth spurts it's not recommended.

I don't want wrestler muscles, I just need a little more mass.

Whats wrong with wrestler muscle? have the guys you see in ufc all have wrestler muscle. *now mind you their technique is absolutely atrocious and they think harder is better, instead of recognizing the softer arts like Yoga as actually being benifical and should be practiced. actually wrestling got me in the best shape of my life smile i kinda miss it
