@Kazz: That name means (almost anyways) Thousand Wind Eyes... Are you seriously trying to claim that's a good name? = .= Though it might work in AG. XD It could also me Thousand Obedient or Disciplined Eye.
@Tai: I'd limit it with a certain use limit like Shunshin or you could kinda just spam it and wait until your opponent runs out of chakra. I mean if you have more chakra than them.

Maybe instead of limiting it, I'll at a slight chakra increase cost, for extra concentration or something. or your idea works...hmmmm what a good number limit, like three per battle max? or two.

Don't even get me started on AG Tricks. xD Road Name: Chill Road Road Title: Chilled King Road Description: A Road that can cause both the effects of the flame road and the glacier road through a means completely unrelated to both. The road works through a process that uses vast amounts of air movement with swift circular movements and basic wind manipulation. By picking an area and then running that area constantly and forcing new air in it creates a zone filled with cool air that rapidly becomes colder the longer the rider keeps running. From that point is where the road really begins. As all air has trace amounts of Carbon Dioxide in it the rapidly cooling air shifts the Carbon Dioxides state from it's harmless gas into it's solid form, Dry Ice. These dry ice crystals permeate the air so that all things within the zone are now fighting in an ice field. The Dry Ice is such a low temperature that prolonged contact with it can cause burns (frostbite). The road is dangerous to both the rider and whoever is near them due to the ice and the fact that should the temperature suddenly increase the outgassing caused from the dry ice could easily swallow them all in unbreathable air. The Road Requires vast amounts of Speed and Stamina to pull in the air and to continue pulling the air in. Road Tricks: Chill Zone: The First trick of the Chill Road which all riders must learn in order to really utilize their road. It is just simply the skill to create the frozen field in which the ice is produced. It is done by running a constant circle around an area at high speeds creating a sort of vacuum which pulls in air. The vacuum force cools the air through its movement dropping the temperature and freezing the Carbon Dioxide in the atmosphere. The trick gets stronger and has a wider range the better the rider creating it is. The Field Lasts so long as the rider keeps running. F-Rank: Five Foot Area E-Rank : Ten Foot Area D-Rank: Fifteen Foot Area C-Rank: Twenty Foot Area B-Rank: Twenty-five Foot Area A/King-Rank: Fifty Foot Area

Yeah that is possible in that guild.
@Tai: I'd say five personally. Seems a reasonable number of times to hard counter something and considering you're paying for it equally the number could even go a little higher. So 5-10 times is what I'd do.
