Legend of Bagger Vance: Boring as heck!

Coraline: Don't even get me started. Henry Selick took an enchanting book and turned it into a noisy, over-the-top spectacle with flatly-written, one-dimensional characters.

Harriet the Spy: Just stupid.

Nobody Knows: Too long and too boring. I fastforwarded half the time to get to any good scenes where something actually happens.

The Piano Tuner of Earthquake: The most visually painful movie I've ever seen.

For the Love of Nancy: Terrible acting and sattled with cliches and contrivances.

Beetlejuice: Horrendous! A pathetic, witless exercise.

There Will Be Blood: Daniel Day Lewis was phenominal as usual, but it was too boring, too slow, and just too depressing.

Across the Universe: Unbearably corny and the scenes where they're getting high made me dizzy.

Moulin Rouge (the Ewan McGregor, Nicole Kidman one): Talk about nausea-cam effect.

The Great Gatsby (the Robert Redford one): Everyone except for Redford was HORRENDOUS! Even Sam Waterson couldn't pull it off and he's a season pro. The camera kept doing close-ups every 5 seconds. I swear I wanted to strangle the cameraman.

The Last Metro: Bad lighting, too quiet, a story that's fine on paper but doesn't play well in cinema, and it felt ad-libed most of the time.

Whale Rider: Keisha-Castle Hughes was great, but it's just as boring as Legend of Bagger Vance and Nobody Knows. I fell asleep!

The Inheritance. The acting's fine, but it's riddled with cliches. It's not as bad as the other movies on this list.

Space Chimps and Igor. Unoriginal, bland scripts that tries to make you laugh, but fails miserably.

Inkheart: Lazy, sloppy adaptation of the book. Not enough emotional center.

Most movies that are based on books or comics aren't my favorite--due in large part to the fact that the movies usually don't follow the book/comic storyline very well.
X-Men: The Last Stand was very boring and fell into the category of "comic movies I don't care for." The Limey, as just a movie, was not the least bit engaging, either.
