The gennin shook her head at Narimoi's offer to be used as a test dummy, then took a bite out of the lizard on a stick that she was served. She blinked, looking at the cooked reptile. She had heard people joking about how it tasted like chicken but they weren't joking; it did taste like chicken, wiry, scale covered chicken. She swallowed the bite in her mouth before speaking, "I couldn't possibly use you like that, that's horrible... It would make me feel like a terrible human being." She took a sip of her water before continuing to eat the lizard.

She smiled brightly, finishing up the rest of the lizard. She was truly excited to become a Sunagakure shinobi, and although she wouldn't get her headband for a while now, she already felt like she was. The weight that had been on her shoulders was lifted, and it seems that it had been cast away with the headband she gave Elizabeth. She would have to remember to leave her a note letter and send it to Takumi. She hoped her friend was alright. Caramel hands went up to his chin as Nari sat and listened to her words. He wondered for a moment if he would be able to do something for her, he knew he was capable of doing it, but should he? He was ordered to stay and watch Sonyo but what if he was technically watching her? What if she was right there along side her? Sonyo blinked as Nari stood over her, looking up at him. She was confused by his words, what did he mean? "To make sure my parents are at least alive...? Anything, probably. I used to really dislike my mom but... she tried her best to give me everything I could have... I'd be crushed if they were gone... " Looking down, she gripping her sleeve. With a sigh he stood up straight and pulled a wad of cash from his belt and set a few bills onto the table more than covering their check. "Lets get you geared up then we can go from there. After quickly freshened up and changed into her village clothes. Quickly leaving the residence and following Theo. Going so far as to put on lipstick and eye liner for him. Which she never really did unless there was a ceremony or something going on. She was blushing a bit as Theo's eyes were upon her. Most of her fears about Theo looking after other women proved to be false. As it seemed he only wanted her which helped her confidence.
Then when he asked her where they should start she drew a blank. Blushing even deeper as she looked down at the table. She was a warrior damnit! Why was she acting like a deer that had been spotted by a mountain lion? She looked up to him and smiled back at him. Giving him quite a sight to look at. Her smile would drag him into her web. Looking into his blue eyes with her golden eyes she was surely about to trap him. "Well I guess we should talk about what happens between us." She spoke softly.
