By applying Shape Transformation with her Seinaru Enjo flames, Mina is able to apply them to any of her known, non-Genjutsu, non-Seinaru Enjo techniques. By paying a cost in chakra equal to two ranks lower than the technique being augmented, Mina can apply the effects of her Seinaru Enjo fire to the technique for no additional activation. When applied to Taijutsu or Bukijutsu, those techniques are considered complex for purposes of collisions. Unless otherwise specified within the technique, techniques augmented by Kasōton can only apply the base effects of Seinaru Enjo flame, which are the following:

• Flames of Strength | This flame burns hotter than other traditional flames. The user's flames have the ability to create concussive blasts that either throw targets five feet per rank of the technique or can propel the user five feet per rank of the technique.
• Flames of Entropy | This flame has the ability to deteriorate certain objects and materials it interacts with, causing them to crumble away while not actually burning targets. Ninjutsu lesser in rank and chakra composition than the user's effected technique are disintegrated and allow for the flames to continue by paying an additional difference between techniques to retain strength. Objects which include weapons and armor not containing chakra may be disintegrated by flames equal to that weapon's rank.
• Flames of Conductivity | The user's flame techniques gain the ability to 'conduct' through one successfully stricken target and strike at another target for no extra cost by lowering the technique's strength by one rank. Alternatively, the flame can be enhanced with an activation and paying the difference in ranks for the technique to remain the same strength.

Seinaru Flame Formation [ Seinaru Kaenjin ] | Rank B | Fire Ninjutsu | Spiritual
A defensive technique used by Mina, where she begins by igniting a flame on the tips of each of her fingers. Mina will slam this hand on the ground and create a massive pillar of fire that surrounds her in a circle with a 25 foot radius. Making contact with this barrier inflicts Tier 3 Burns/Burning. When augmented by a Flame type of Seinaru Enjo, this technique gains the following effects:

Flames of Strength: When augmented with these flames, Mina can expand the barrier, or use the flames of the barrier to cast a Katon jutsu of B Rank or lower without diminishing the strength of the barrier.

Flames of Entropy: When contact is made with oncoming jutsu, this barrier can absorb one rank of chakra from it. This allows the barrier to actively defend against techniques of its rank and stay standing, or defend against a higher rank jutsu once.

Flames of Conductivity: By expending a rank less in chakra, Mina is able to create expand this barrier to one ally per rank of this technique.

This jutsu allows Mina to pick a target and cover them with a Seinaru Enjo flame. Instead of searing hot fire, these flames are comfortingly warm. They relax the target, reducing [2] tiers of Mental Stress from them. Additionally, it gives them clarity of mind, allowing them to Kai from Genjutsu at one rank lower. Requires Upkeep at [2] ranks lower than casting rank

Flames of Strength: The target is cured of an additional Tier of Mental Stress upon casting, and removed 1 Tier per post. However, they lose the ability to Kai for an extra rank less.

Flames of Entropy: The target is not cured of Mental Stress. However, once they Kai from a Genjutsu, they are unable to be afflicted by another Genjutsu of the same Primary Sense for [2] posts.

Flames of Conductivity: Instead of picking one target, Mina is able to spread her flames across a 100 foot area. This reduces Mental Stress by [1] for all allies per post, and reduces the cost to Kai by [5] chakra per rank of the jutsu.

Seinaru Blastwave [ Seinaru Eikyō ] | Rank S+ | Taijutsu [ Katon ]| Cost [ Complex ]
A technique modeled after the Ignition Release Howitzer Impact. This allows Mina to coat any part of her body with Seinaru Enjo fire before she strikes at a target. While condensed, upon contact the flame immediately explodes outward by 100 feet from impact. By using the flames to propel herself, Mina is able to increase to power of her impact. When contact is made and the flames explode out, anyone within the radius is afflicted with Tier 3 Burns/Burning and Tier 3 Trauma.

Flames of Strength: The explosive power of this technique is doubled to 200 feet. It additionally increases the tiers of Trauma and Burning by [1] and also inflicts Tier 2 Blindness.

Flames of Entropy: No longer applies Trauma. However, everything contacted by the flames will instantly disintegrate as the flames eat away at them. Because of the sudden disintegration of their body, the target will be afflicted with Tier 3 Suffocation and Tier 3 Burns/Burning

Flames of Conductivity: Mina is able to recast this technique by weakening its rank and paying for it again at this new rank, for no activation. This does not increase the stacks of Trauma or Burning if used on the same target. However, if used on multiple targets, Mina is able to apply Tiered Trauma and Tiered Burns/Burning.

If successful in striking an opponent by the post after personally receiving trauma, she may pay the cost of this technique and absorbing the opponents blood produced by the wound by her own mingling and manipulating it back into the body. Doing this will return a rank beneath rank of inflicted trauma. Additionally the blood pool receives two ranks beneath the value of stamina gained to its pool(minimum of 5) or to other resources should this be full. If paid for in a post but no wound is caused, then the resources are returned as the technique doesn’t trigger. Is cast up to the same rank of ranked trauma received.

Manipulating her own or blood already present on the battlefield Mirai can create multiple spikes of her blood that formed at extreme speeds to impale a person from multiple different points and angles, crystallizing only after striking a target to pin them to the location.

Opponents struck by this technique supply 10 blood per rank of the technique starting at D-rank to her pool each post they are in contact with an opponent, requiring an opponent spend an action and equal amount of chakra to this technique to break free, lest they be trapped and drained. This is considered a grapple of a person is capture despite requiring chakra to free oneself, Spikes last two posts at E-rank and one more every rank after.

Requires both mental stress and insanity simultaneously to perform. Channeling a spell through verbal or mental means Mirai can tap into energies that linger outside the accepted reality and harnesses them through herself, unleashing them in colourful yet absolutely repulsive arcs of energy not unlike lightning, yet it is not. The unpleasant and unnatural energies creates a pitched and abominable scream that causes the immediate death of natural plant matter and similar biology in the area, anything struck with it will be carried along with it as it rips through structures and people alike. This Mutates and warps the struck area to inhuman degree causing trauma that can be healed, however the limb cannot be repaired and returned to normal in combat, requiring extensive medical care after battle to return to normal, stamina lost this way cannot be returned in combat and as such lowers their stamina cap appropriately by the amount lost. When casting this technique she may pay it’s ranked cost again and again to target multiple people with the full force of the jutsu, though only once per target. 50 - 200 ft range

In doing so this augments the cast blood release technique OR technique turned to blood through blood magic to carry the status effects granted by the blood rune as well, at this point the blood technique carries an eerie glow allowing it to be used as a visual and contact oriented trigger for gen-jutsu, lowers Blood runes remaining posts by 1

Mirai sings, preaches or prays with words and information that should be forbidden for people to utter, those not a part of the Grest old ones faith almost immediately suffering physical and mental repercussions for hearing this. This starts as headaches and dizziness and very quickly evolves in bleeding from the orifices and their psyche will start to be attacked by flashes of disturbing imagery that will be implanted permanently into their memories, commonly causing nightmares for weeks after victims are exposed to this.
• First post causes tiered Vertigo, this is due to images and the mind being basically attacked and having unwanted/confusing information injected into it.
• second post onward also starts applying tiered trauma. This is represented by extreme headaches and blood leaking from eyes and nose, people also begin to cough and vomit it up after a while, fortunately most faint before they die. Expect nightmares for weeks.
• Though coming off as potentially gen-jutsu, it is not, requires a person deafen them-self or be unable to hear it for some other reason to counter, shutting her up is included. Using a technique that inflicts deafness on an opponent is enough to protect the caster from the techniques effects for that post. Simply plugging ears works as a counter so long as you cannot hear her
• requires one rank beneath casting cost and an action to maintain after casting, lasts as long as she does this.
• is an indiscriminate technique though has zero affect on followers of the great old ones religion (requires at least the first career title)

So I'm not sure what the restrictions are when it comes to clone techniques like this, so I apologize if this is no good. This is my first ever attempt at a custom technique.

Inking Method: Squidlings | Rank X | Bloodline [ Hojo ]
Just like for every other inking method, the Chakra cost of this jutsu is only that which the method is blended in. This alternative inking method that Hitoshi created has the sole purpose of swarming his enemies to ensure that they get inked, though it is also effective at leaving ink puddles on the battlefield that his opponent needs to be wary of. After making the necessary hand signs, Hitoshi can create a number of ink clones that are a quarter of his size, the number of which is dependant on the rank of the technique. These clones, naturally being made out of ink, will stain the opponent if they come into contact, the tier of which is determined by the rank of the technique. These clones are incapable of performing any other jutsu besides their own inking methods, of which they are limited to using only the type of ink they are made up of. If they are twin blended then they may use both. The cost of these techniques are naturally taken from Hitoshi's chakra reserves. Finally, Hitoshi may spend an amount of chakra equal to two ranks under the initial cost it took to create them in order to destroy said clones, causing them all to explode and send ink flying 5 feet in all directions per rank. The explosion itself does not deal any damage and is mostly for flair. This is only done for the purpose of spreading the ink about. The clones can not be individually destroyed in this manner, so if choosing to do this Hitoshi is forced to destroy them all at once. Such an explosion does not occur if they are destroyed normally by an opponent's attack.

Absolute Offense: Enfeebling Spear of Shukaku | Rank A-S | Demon/Fuuin | Spiritual
An augment technique used during the Spear of Shukaku technique. The marks commonly associated with Shukaku's appearance envelop the spear. When the spear collides with a jutsu the markings spread to the jutsu in order to weaken it further during the collision. The markings absorb an A or S Rank amount of chakra from the jutsu during the collision, which may allow the spear to overpower an opposing technique. The markings absorbing chakra from the opposing technique does not make the spear itself a stronger technique.

After speaking with Melody and other mods, I'm withdrawing this approval. It's simply not how collisions work and would allow for you to reduce a technique past the normal one rank below or one rank above that we allow for. If you want this to be a technique it needs an activation and can only allow it to go a rank down, not erase entire techniques.

Looks good over all. Just a couple changes and you'll be set.

1. The cost of these techniques are naturally taken from Hitoshi's chakra reserves.

The clones should be created with X amount of chakra/stamina and that's the amount they have for their various techniques.

2. The first few ranks are good for the amount of clones you can have, but you can get away with more at A, S, and S+ rank. Like the shadow clone maruton technique is A rank and it creates 100 clones. You don't have to change it, but just a consideration.

Oh wow, thanks for that. Geez, 100 at A rank? This feels like it shouldn't be allowed, but if I can do this there's no way I'm not going to. I already feel like I might have accidentally made my character underpowered after reading the crazy crap some of the other bloodlines can do lol anyways, I went ahead and made the necessary changes. It was really cool to learn that I could make 100 at A rank, so of course I decided to go ahead and do it. I wasn't sure about S and S+ but figured since the amount of chakra spent was being doubled for each rank I'd just double the number of clones created as well?

The description of the technique is basically fluff. It’s essentially a teleportation technique on its own that can be applied as either a body-flicker or as a way to enhance taijutsu. Feel free to read it if you want, but I did include the actual effects and costs of the technique below.

Glitch [Fuguai] | Rank X | Keystone / Taijutsu Augment / Spacetime Ninjutsu [ Yin/Yang ]| Cost [ Spritual ]
By applying the properties of both Yin release and Yang release simultaneously, Kojino has developed a technique that allows him to bypass the process of moving from one place to the next, by freezing his body in place while his brain goes through the motions mentally. Yang chakra holds his body in place, while Yin release chakra is applied to the brain. After his brain mentally completes the movement at a rate that is slightly faster than the time it would normally take, his body instantly teleports to the last step of the action. While this can be done to ignore travel time, it’s most notable use is the Glitch techniques effect on Taijutsu, where the inherently built up kinetic energy of a Taijutsu technique is built up and released as a wave of pressure along with the action.
    Resource and Cost:
    • Cost of technique on its own is the same as a Body Flicker. If used like this during combat it consumes 1 Shunshin use.
    • Applying this augment to a Taijutsu technique only consumes the action for the Taijutsu use, and requires an additional Chakra resource payment of [1 Rank] below the Augmented Technique’s cost [An A-Rank technique would be paid as the A-Rank cost with an additional B-Rank payment]

    Summary of Effects:
    • Taijutsu Techniques become 1 Rank harder to dodge when augmented.
    • Augmented Taijutsu techniques are followed by a “second impact” at [1] rank lower than the base technique, that unblocked results in a knock back effect but no additional damage.
    • Teleports from one location to the next.
    • Taijutsu becomes [1] rank harder to dodge.
    • If an augmented Taijutsu technique is blocked or interrupted, including hitting Kojino before the teleport, the energy explodes out of his body, damaging himself in the process.

Shadow of True Will | Rank S+ | Fuinjutsu [ Maruton] | Spiritual | [ -2 Custom Slots ]
The user performs several hand seals to create a unique sealing formula on the surface of an inanimate object. The nearest clone (must be B-rank or higher clone technique) is converted into raw essence and then stored within the seal. As long as this seal remains intact the object retains the clone's sentience; must repay the cost of this technique for each seal after every twelve [12] posts of use. Also, if the object has moveable parts the clone can animate that object.

Puppet Magnification Technique | Rank B-S | Kugutsu [ Maruton ] | Spiritual | [ -1 Custom Slot ]
The user completes a series of hand seals and designated one of their puppets. The molded chakra is directed upon the puppet and causes it to transform into a larger version of itself. This transformation can be up to five [5] times the original size and B-rank, ten [10] times at A-rank, or fifteen [15] times at S-rank usage. All of the puppet's mechanisms' effects are proportionately increased in size and range of their effect(s); the puppeteer must be careful not to catch allies or theirself in a magnified attack. For example: a 5x magnified puppet launches an explosive kunai that usually only creates a 5ft blast, but now that blast will proportionately be 25ft. This transformation lasts for up to 6 posts, or sooner if the puppeteer ends it sooner or if the puppet suffers damage equal to the rank this technique was used.

Magnetic Performance | Rank B | Kugutsu [ Jiton ] | Spiritual | [ -1 Custom Slot ]
The puppeteer weaves several hand seals then spreads a magnetic field over the battlefield. This allows them to control their puppet(s) to the same capacity as the Puppetry String Technique allows, but they must pay the cost of this technique again for each puppet to be controlled. Multiple puppets may become controlled at once for the same activation, but any others brought in afterward require their own activation to be used. Can only control puppets that the user has gained a firm understanding of (must have made the puppet, repaired the puppet, or encountered a puppet several times in some other way). Must repay the cost of this technique every six [6] posts to maintain its effect.

Iron Sand Clone Technique | Rank B | Bloodline [ Jiton ] | Spiritual | [ -1 Custom Slot ]
Creates a clone of the user or someone else they have seen before out of metal dust. The user can freely change the colors of the sand to match that of the original which the clone was modeled after. The clone doesn't "leak" sand due to the strong magnetic force sustaining it. The clone can alter its form once per post. It turns into a pile of metal dust after 5 posts unless sustained with more chakra. Must remain in the same topic as the user at all times. This clone cannot use techniques but it can freely change its appearance (cannot become any larger or smaller).

Kotori, while utilizing any degree of the Hachimon Tonko no Jin and either the Awakened or Unleashed stages of her Mark of Kurama, compounds her superior might by synergizing her physical prowess with the Forbidden Seal's fiery powers. Kotori can expend total S+ rank amount of natural energy and stamina (Complex cost) to allow herself to open more than one of the gates at once and greatly reduce the drawbacks of their active usage and aftereffects; all bonuses from opening the Gates apply and stack as normal. Completing the Hachimon Tonko no Jin will absolutely still result in death. While utilizing the Hachimon in this manner, Kotori's Forbidden Seal instead strains her chakra networks as it actively converts her chakra into natural energy which is immediately burned as additional fuel to keep the Mark of Kurama active. The Forbidden Seal drains user of a B-rank amount of chakra and stamina (each) every other post (plus the Forbidden Seal's standard upkeep cost); if Kotori would run out of chakra first, the Forbidden Seal's Natural energy reserves can sustain her instead. The Hachimon's durational limits are changed to allow their use for as long as the Mark of Kurama is active. This allows Kotori to fight without restraint, but exhausts her body more quickly. As this effect is passive and automatic while using Hachimon and her Forbidden Seal, Kotori must pay these costs while both transformed states are simultaneously active. Due to the physical and spiritual acclimation necessary to achieve this feat, Kotori can retain 640 additional corrupted natural energy for use through her Forbidden Seal. With the natural energies being used to fuel this form, only Genjutsu that is also empowered with natural energy (Sage Arts, etc.) can affect her in this state. This incredible focus is generally portrayed as horrifying bloodlust while her mind becomes completely engulfed by the Mark of Kurama's desire to fight and destroy any opponent she might encounter while the Forbidden Seal is actively in use.

Kotori can only utilize this technique while the Unleashed stage of her Mark of Kurama Forbidden Seal is active. Kotori infuses half of her current natural energy reserves into her burning aura from the "Curse of Kurama" PA and draws every last aspect of fire in range (minimum: whole topic, maximum: subforum) into itself over the course of one preparation post; she must pay half the cost of each fire-based technique being affecting by this effect that she did not create. This technique's power supplemented proportionately by half the total power of the fire techniques absorbed by this effect. The aura is immediately enhanced by any fire in the same topic in the post of activation, and finishes drawing flames from the surrounding topics in the subforum by the end of the second post. Once fully charged, Kotori wears these intense flames for up to 5 posts or until she lands a strike with a simple attack or taijutsu technique. Doing so unleashes all of the gathered power from the point of contact into a flame that completely consumes the target and clings to their body (inflicts Tier 4 Burning/Burned and Corrosion). They suffer the Burning and Corrosion for up to 2 posts, and are left with the Burned and Corrosion statuses until healed; must utilize a technique(s) equivalent to the total strength of this attack to extinguish the flames early.

Ifrit's Might | Special Enchantment | Enchanting [ Fire ] | Spiritual [Special Enchanting Seal | -0 Slots]
A Special Enchantment to be placed on the "Kotoshironushi" kote. This seal increases the armor's Endurance bonus by +2. Also, this seal allows the Kotoshironushi to absorb half of any fire-based attack into itself to charge up its "The Best Defense" ability.

Cursed Brand of Kurama
Kotori acquired this cursed seal was in the Southern Forests of the newly established Konohagakure. It remained dormant for some time while it acclimated itself to Kotori Hyuuga's fiery fighting spirit and competitively violent tendencies. While actively in use, her mind becomes obsessed with combat and she is compelled to engage against anyone who seem like they would be a challenge- no matter how small.

Dormant Stage
Provides the host with 400 Natural chakra. This chakra can only be recovered while the host has their seal in its dormant stage. In addition, the host gains a passive chakra and stamina increase of +50 per body rank. Natural chakra when the forbidden seal is not active passively gathers natural chakra. In a non-combat situations, the seal regains 50 chakra per post and 25 chakra per post in combat situations.
Training:
• Requires the user to write out five posts of the user training to activate the Mark.

Awoken Stage
Kotori's hair changes color to a bright red and the smallest of flames flicker atop of various markings that grow from her left shoulder. Occasionally, flares of dark red-orange katon chakra give visages of long, flickering fox-like ears and/or a fluffy flaming tail.
• Increases [ Stat 1 ] and [ Stat 2 ] to [10] and [ Stat 3 ] and [ Stat 4 ] to [8] automatically.
• Overwhelming Basic Ninjutsu (Elements & Maruton)

Unleashed Stage
At the Unleashed stage of Kurama's curse Kotori becomes feral in an appearance which very resembles a demonic fox. She becomes wreathed in dense flames during this transformation. When the fire (mostly) disperses she is seen wearing a different outfit; her equipment remains on her person, but her clothes were burned away into this form. The markings spread across her entire body, while her physical anatomy shifts in a few areas. Kotori's hair becomes/remains a bright red color which can also be seen in patches of fur along her limbs, body and face. She grows about a foot in height, her human ears become fox-like and generally stand at attention toward the top of her head, her teeth become sharper (the canines become more pronounced in her mouth), and her fingernails grow into two inch long claws. Lastly, four fox tails with similar markings to her Awoken state form at her hind side. This whole transformation process is completely reversed in another fiery cocoon upon returning to the Awakened or Dormant stages.
• Increases Endurance and Strength to [12] and Speed and Agility to [8] automatically.
• Overwhelming Basic Ninjutsu (Elements & Maruton)
• "Curse of Kurama" PA: While using either the Awakened or Unleashed stages of Kurama's Seal, Kotori's body becomes wreathed in twisting arcs of flame that set fire to anything she touches. This inflicts Tier 3 burning damage on contact and ignites any flammable materials/substances she comes into contact with. All abilities/techniques that utilize chakra in their function become fire release while Kurama's seal is active. The affected technique's extra effects are simply replaced with or add a burning effect according to that technique's rank.
• Costs 50 Natural Chakra per post used to maintain.

* You need to specifcy that if, for example, Fire gets overwhelming then they can only apply to fire techniques from the Fire ninjutsu roster or Fire customs.

I forgot that controlling puppets with jiton is integrated into the clan abilities (I've Got no Strings), so my Magnetic Performance technique is super outmoded. Lol

I replaced that submission with Skillful Achievement with a Magnetized Body.

The user performs several hand seals to create a unique sealing formula on the surface of an inanimate object. The nearest clone (must be B-rank or higher clone technique) is converted into raw essence and then stored within the seal. As long as this seal remains intact the object retains the clone's sentience; must repay the cost of this technique for each seal after every twelve [12] posts of use. Also, if the object has moveable parts the clone can animate that object.

Puppet Magnification Technique | Rank B-S | Kugutsu [ Maruton ] | Spiritual | [ -1 Custom Slot ]
The user completes a series of hand seals and designated one of their puppets. The molded chakra is directed upon the puppet and causes it to transform into a larger version of itself. This transformation can be up to five [5] times the original size and B-rank, ten [10] times at A-rank, or fifteen [15] times at S-rank usage. All of the puppet's mechanisms' effects are proportionately increased in size and range of their effect(s); the puppeteer must be careful not to catch allies or theirself in a magnified attack. For example: a 5x magnified puppet launches an explosive kunai that usually only creates a 5ft blast, but now that blast will proportionately be 25ft. This transformation lasts for up to 6 posts, or sooner if the puppeteer ends it sooner or if the puppet suffers damage equal to the rank this technique was used.

Skillful Achievement with a Magnetized Body | Rank X | Kugutsu [ Jiton ] | Spiritual | [ -2 Custom Slots ]
This technique can only be used on a target that is currently under the effects of the Magnet Release: Magnetizing Technique. It allows the user to apply additional jiton chakra to an actively magnetized target within the puppeteer's magnetic field to manipulate their body as if using the Puppet Performance: Skillful Achievement with a Human Body. The cost of this technique equals the body rank of the target; can be applied to up to 3 targets for one activation, but the targets must be magnetized at the time. A target affected by this technique can pay their body rank in chakra to be freed but only if they are no longer magnetized.

Iron Sand Clone Technique | Rank B | Bloodline [ Jiton ] | Spiritual | [ -1 Custom Slot ]
Creates a clone of the user or someone else they have seen before out of metal dust. The user can freely change the colors of the sand to match that of the original which the clone was modeled after. The clone doesn't "leak" sand due to the strong magnetic force sustaining it. The clone can alter its form once per post. It turns into a pile of metal dust after 5 posts unless sustained with more chakra. Must remain in the same topic as the user at all times. This clone cannot use techniques but it can freely change its appearance (cannot become any larger or smaller).
