I read the second volume of the book and when she finally woke up and ask "Who are you?" I felt that. That must have hurt real bad.

When he introduce himself to her and went outside in the rain so no one can see him cry I was like, Damn....No matter how painful it was, he play it smooth. Of course I never cried from reading the manga.
