Because you don't have the patience to play from part 1 to part 3 xD I LOVE that part of the game!
But you are right. The best game I have ever played was the RPG called Baldur's Gate II.

I can hardly call that game an RPG anymore. Streamlined to fit a more action shooter setting, they've kept basic elements and that's it. I hardly care about major options like that. The problem with ME, is it's just too damned tedious. Takes twenty minutes just to go and find the person you wanted to talk to to finish the quest in the first place.
Again though, Von, that's your decision to call ME "one of the best", not I.

Shinsua [ Von: } That's exactly why I don't touch western games. > _ >
[ Mana: } Yups... there are a lot of games that are just so much better and more focused. At some people at E3 were commenting, it's a lot less of an RPG and a lot more of a shooter... Ummm they aren't the only ones dude many companies are being sheep right now not many are leading the pack, until someone steps out and its technically a mix rpg shooter so long as the gamer has choices

Yeah. And apparently they are going to give MANY new options for choice in III. Kid, I've already preordered and will likely preorder the collectible as well. What about you?

Last I saw, they really downplayed the RPG elements (which I did enjoy from what I played in the first ME). As I said, I can hardly say its got a stand in the RPG territory anymore. The dialogue is the only thing keeping it clawing at that name.

What else is out there? no one is really pumping out solid RPG's now days, which is why its up there. but Mana that has happened in plenty of rpg's XD Hey even White Knight 2 looks cool and if you didn't play the first they are going to give you it along with the second game, pretty cool.

Actually, the people pumping out the RPGs aren't throwing them up for people to gawk at. Atlus keeps localizing wonderful games for those who love a true RPG.
I haven't played White Knight. I'm too broke. =.= I love it when people do that though. Like when I bought Knights in the Nightmare and they gave me Yggdra Union. Ha ha.

I bought 7 games once for the price of 1 :3
Also, Mana. I believe they are considering going back to the upgrades and armor of the first one. Not too sure though. But I loved how in the first Mass Effect my pistol did more damage than a sniper rifle and hit faster than a machine gun xD

I might do it at the last minute, my money is a bit tight right now I dont mind ME because the developers aren't trying to hurt gamers as bad compare to others. Yeah they have a bit on DLC and its optional but overall ME has been really good and stand alone. Trust me, I am waiting for another and different RPG to roll along, Square keeps dropping the bar on us sadly. I did see some FFvs13 gameplay and it looked nice but its not coming out this war. We still dont have KH3, Guild Wars 2 has no set date........... IDK I personally want to see something different but solid. Shane - WTH

Lan; All that would do is renew some of the RPG elements. It still isn't going to get my business.

What would it take to get YOUR eyes on it, just for the sake of satisfying my curiosity?
Yeah, Kid. I'm going to slowly pay for it over time simply because I can't pay for it all right now xD

Honestly, my nature deems that they technically couldn't bring it back. Primarily, they'd have to really tear down some of the most pointless and tedious things of the first game, and believe me, you know it's ******** tedious if I'm saying it (since I like to learn how to break RNGs in games). Then they'd have to rerelease the second, in the more RPG friendly form.
All in all, my standards are preventing the sale of two maybe three copies of the franchise.
