chris4u 25 granted, but it also grants another's wish to cancel out your wish i wish to know all the languages in the world (being able to speak and read each and every one) to read any book in the world, (including the books i obtained in my last wish) Granted but you may only use them to swear at. I wish I could fight zombies. ;O

You can, but you can only fight them on 2 player VS. mode on the video game Olsen Twins Shopping Mall Adventure!

Another way to look at it is you get ONE wish, you make a wish then wish it won't get crushed, that's two wishes hence forth breaking the rules of said wishing game, second wish (Wishing your initial wish you wished won't get crushed) is nullified. Ending result, your initial wish you wished to protect from crushing, is crushed by a technicality in the way you presented your wishing statement.
Phew, after that long winded statement, I wish for a glass of water.

Granted, but it's lodged in your heart. (And I didn't get two wishes, there was only the one. Personally, I would've said, "Granted, your wish isn't crushed. In it's place, you're crushed instead.")

granted, but as soon as you get your kitty it runs to the other side of the street and you spend 6 months in the hospital in a full body cast by being hit by a truck for running after it (the bright side of this is that the kitty lays on you the entire 6 months)
i wish for a pancake breakfast for everyone here at this guild (Free of course ^_^)

granted. however as soon as you get enough for it now, the prices inflate and now you need even MORE gold to make up the difference (Yay! i have them, wearing them as we speak, you won't be disapointed when you get them...which gen are you looking for question )
