* walks back into the exam room and smiles at Psyzapp as he sits down and pulls out a clipboard with a physical form * So How are you feeling, health wise, today? Any cold or flu symptoms?

That's good. * stands up and walks to her and applies a BP cuff and a pulse oximiter on her index finger. While those start up and monitor he grabs up a thermometer and asks for her to open wide and he places the probe under her tounge and after a brief moment he take sit out and writes down her temperature along with her respirations, pulse, blood pressure and O2 stat. * Well your vitals are normal so lets move on to your heart and lungs.. * pulls out his stethoscope and presses it to her back just under the clavicle * Take a deep breath and let it out between pursed lips, like a whistle. * he has her repeat this 5 more times as he checks all fields of her lungs. then he moves to her chest and assess her heart sounds. He steps back from her and puts his stethoscope away * everything sounds fine in there..Is there anything els eyou wanted checked while you were here?
