Avery laughed. "Uh, Jordan, as you're the one who can fly I highly doubt you'd ever be the one left behind."

Whit snorted too as he scooped a big plate of greens. He was inching ever nearer to the bowls. Allllmost there....

Jordan snickered. That was pretty true...most of the time it was impossible to leave her behind. Unless, you know, she was reading a book or something. "Well it's not my fault you guys ditched me." Jordan just grabbed some Ziti, meatballs, and a bread stick. "Italian somehow feels odd with purple carrots on the side."

"Interesting assortment of carrots. Everyday is a new color" Dr. Sullivan said. "Don't forget to brush your teeth afterward. Carrots contain quite a bit of sugar" the dentist added.

Avery laughed again as she went for some noodles with white cause. She grabbed a spoonful of Parmesan cheese and put it over her noodles.

The garlic bread was awesome looking and smelt strongly. She grabbed two slices that were stringy with cheese and started needing to swallow.

Whit stretched over her arm and grabbed a slice for himself. Pecking Avery on the cheek as he went by. No one was looking. And it's not like je couldn't get them away a-la invisibility powers.

"I've never really gotten carrots stuck in my teeth before..." Just to be safe, she skipped on the carrots. "You two done?" Whit seemed glued to Avery...as always.

"No!" Whit said and kissed Avery repetitively on her cheek and neck until he came up laughing. She'd been about to figure out how she could push him away without putting down her tray. And he so hated to see her in a quandary.

Avery just put up with it and just shook her head. It was probably his revenge for earlier today.

Jordan rolled her eyes. "Okay you two...or rather, Whit...I know how much you adore each other, but could we at least attempt to keep our displays of affection down a bit? Or at least hug. Hugging's nice."

"True, hugging is nice, but hardly makes an acceptable substitute." Whit took his free arm and managed to one arm hug Avery before heading over for a drink cup.

Avery gave Jordan a beleaguered look. "Did you really not see that coming?" she asked, quirking a brow and giving Jordan a small knowing smile.

She headed for her own drink.

treya still had her head laid down in her arms on the table, although there was alot of noise in the cafe she some how was managing to doze off

Bou walked through the lunch line picking up some steamed vegtables and some pasta with meat sauce. once he'd gotten everything he was going to eat and a bottle of water he swiped his card to pay for the food and headed for a table by the windows.

Dannie finally toughened up and put some of the 'unnatural-looking' purple carrot in her mouth. After a few seconds with a scrounged up face, her expression lightened into a delighted smile with her eyes closed. By appearances, she must be enjoying the purple carrot.

Christopher was poking at his strange colored carrots. "I have to ask how they do that. I really want to know" he said, referring to the colour. After dinner he and Maria were going to be dissecting a rat, however he didn't want to mention it at the dinner table. He didn't think it was the appropriate place.

Avery picked up a milk and a frothy hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. She usually saved it for dessert, as the staff made them so hot it was wise to let them sit for awhile.

She delicately balanced her red tray as she swiped her plastic ID card, picture up, against the angled scanner.
She looked around for where to sit.

Whit grabbed a root beer and a cranberry juice, he was having an inkling, before coming up behind Avery.

"Aves?" he asked. "You're kind if clogging the works there slowpoke." He shifted his tray to one hand and lifted the other over and above her head to steer her from behind.

"You don't think they'd mind?" Jordan asked, referring to Dannie, Spencer and [ I'm assuming ] Christopher. She seemed determined to not be butt out by the Avery-Whit dynamic, even if they didn't really exclude people like a lot of couples. Er, well...yeah, they were totally a couple.

Jordan's drink was, as always, water.

"Where are you?/..." Avery said to Jordan as she hadn't yet seen them, then she remembered to look for Dannica's hair and spotted her between the two boys across from them.
"Oh there they are." She turned and wiggled her eyebrows at the other two so they would forgive her for being temporary blind, then started to head over.

Jordan followed the two, put paused as they passed a rather distinctly white-haired figure. "Umm, Treya?" Jordan hovered [not literally, lol] around, unsure whether she should try harder to wake the girl up. Someone had said something about the dentist...well, maybe she could get some food and by the time she sat down she'd be able to eat? "You know this isn't the place for naps, right?"
